you okay okay so how much uh how much did you drink today I had a round bucket which is I don't know how much in in alcohol and I also had one wake CL so I had two drinks and that's all you drank all day that's all I drank okay and where do you have those at Donovan and TBR and which one did you have first the rum bucket or the wall the rum bucket okay what time time do at a few hours ago did you have when you first got the Don a little bit after that okay what time did you get the Don 11 and I had around like 12 okay all right and you had the white claw second yeah you know approximately what time that was like 2:30 2:30 okay so there was a a gap between when you had your drinks did the drum bucket take you a little while to finish all right so there's this giant statement that I have to read to you okay uh basically what this is is this is uh when you when you apply to get your license they have signed a piece of paperwork that basically says um if you get pulled over and use the driving while intoxicated that you have to uh consent to being tested for okay all right so I'll explain everything to you let me read the whole thing first and then at the end I'll ask you if you have any questions you need to repeat anything okay all right so this this is the general standard statement for motor vehicle operations from the new attorney general all right number one you have been arrested for driving wall intoxicated NJ statute 39450 all right number two the wall requires you to submit samples of your breath for the purpose of testing determin alcohol content all right number three if you refuse to provide samples of your breath today you will be issued a separate summons for the refusal a court may find you guilty of both refusal and driving wall intoxicated any respon response from you that is ambiguous or conditional in any respect to my request that you provide breath samples will be treated as a refusal to submit breath testing even if you agree to take the test and then do not follow my instructions do not properly perform the test or do not provide sufficient breath samples I will charge you with refusal to submit to breath testing I repeat the law requires you to submit samples of your breath for testing will you submit samples of your yes okay so I'm going to start a little more paperwork on on the computer all right we have a couple more minutes uh before we can start administering the breast sample tests okay okay all right do you have any questions for me right now okay do you have any gum in your mouth or anything like that no you
