for um this whole document basically in
the next 5 days um but it'll be a couple
minutes while this machine's warming up
and then we have to wait till another
officer can get here cuz somebody has to
witness this
um like said just some paperwork and we
get you
home and then I'll once we're done with

own expense and here at the bottom all
the way at the very very bottom notice
of suspension independent of all
penalties and sanctions imposed upon
your P pursuant to any other section of

your driving privileges of commercial
license permit or non-resident operating
privilege is now suspended the
suspension takes effect immediately the
suspension will
last at least until your initial
appearance on the charge like I explain
to you it's about 5 days which will be

of the the date of your v in issuance of
the citation to you may appeal to
suspension at the initial appearance
before the court that hears your charges
against you that result in arrest during
your 30 days after the initial

vehicle if the car insurance is in my
name m so for the the citation purpose
it's your insurance you need to make
sure you bring your insurance for you

tow truck company that'll be all
underneath your mom's insurance okay um
if if it needs to be stored or anything
like that but if you're planning on
picking up as soon as possible and you
won't have any issues there um another
thing to explain with your citation and
I would recommend informing parents
about this is that because you're under
the age of um 21 it's an M4 it's not an
M1 you know what that when I say that
okay so there's different levels of
misdemeanors so you've heard of felonies
right yes so Mis meanors are like the
lower crimes okay and there's
um levels to that you have your minor
misdemeanor your M4 M3 M2 M1 M1 is your
typical um adult OVI yeah um you have
just have an M4 so it's a little bit
more but a little little less than a
normal adult OVI but a little bit more
than like a speeding ticket okay if
that's if that helps explain things um
so your court date is February 29th 8:30
in the morning if you don't mind signing
the top portion right there for me just
state that you've been informed of your
court date and you're aware of where
it's located you said Claremont County
Claremont County Municipal it's a big
white building next to the county jail
