call somebody whether it's you or you or somebody else and start working a bonder out the bond um she's never arrested misdemeanor DUI's 500 bucks if you use a bail bondsman you only have to pay I think 100 bucks of that don't quote me right but that's through the bail bondsman so if I were to bail her out you know like exactly what I need to do I've never had no I've never had a bail anybody out I just usually drop them off and that's about it good OPD just called back the advice they did not have a female to assist now I'm 26 thank you for trying sir um so she'll call yet they'll they'll Bond her out they have to process her in It's Gonna Take a couple hours so the first couple hours she'll be at the DUI Center then she'll go to the jail process there for a couple hours so eight hours is the minimum but I mean it could be much longer you know I mean it could be the afternoon she'll be out tomorrow okay at some point in time which Jill Orange County Main Jail so that's going to be on 33rd Street so you're about 10 minutes away from me from there okay it's off of John Young and yeah okay so yep right there and then um it's a couple hours and you said it's um mandatory eight hours she has to stay okay yeah it's misdemeanor Dy as of right now right unless unless she gets to the jail and they find Contraband or drugs or something that she's hiding then it's a felony and but other than that just misdemeanor DUI 500 a month okay she's from here right she's got a license she goes yeah yeah yep well that would double if she's from out of state or not from the area all right
