he's just so big on the window tried the
door down and get the [ __ ] out of the
cars you get the [ __ ] out of the car hey
hey I [ __ ] you backed it up I took off
and sounds like whoa my mother I didn't
even [ __ ] just freak me out though

knocked him in his car fed
you chase me you [ __ ] just like you
need to start taking your turn around

took a ride I turned he pushed me up
against the bridge

when you were in in the gas station no I

girlfriend goes back out she gets in the

obviously kind of banging on the window

just I didn't and I looked up in the

I didn't see it I mean I just backed up
freaked out I mean I hate us call me oh
[ __ ] you mean so I drove over the
railroad bike that was on the right and
went over and that took off for me so
once I I know so you say you didn't see
that part initially but then you ran
into a car wreck so once you uh you
realized there was a vehicle there and
and uh and you you said it was the
officers uh vehicle right the offshore
was banging you and you saw that he was
the his car was behind you right yeah at
that point why did you continue on
trying to overcome all area set them on
the run you know man like okay you know
how we are I mean it's not trying to go
to jail I understand
but like at the same time everybody no
but then like he just I'll survive dude
maybe a hamster do I do is buying as

dude I mean what am I supposed to do

so so I at that point I just want to let
you know that the officer did get that
call for you know though you're you're
is she your your girlfriend yeah that

you know doing drugs and the vehicle so
at that point her own he's the officer's
objective is just to you know make
contact with you guys and and kind of
you know see what was going on because I
mean obviously you know that people
pushes are way different sort of way
different dude I mean and him come to

personally me I thought she has to do
special cops bad I mean I've already

the cops and stuff you mean yeah I'm

house where the cops are always around

looking for at that time when you were

get away I wasn't trying to hurt nobody

um so at what time do you uh do you
actually uh notice that you heard the

mean I didn't know right away

and I ran into the field and we down now

it was done I opened my door and I went

later on I was walking and my uncle was
walking and she didn't use this form I

you're able to kind of see how her
demeanor is when when she is under the

but she said she was gone for like 45
minutes no no we were sitting in the
parking lot for like 45 minutes okay and
then she went in to to do what you know
I remember to go wash her face and start
crying and stuff okay and what was that
huh what was that what was she sad or
what was she crying you don't mind me
asking who's his personal problems with
Jimmy and her oh okay okay like any
other couple yeah
okay so at that time you guys kind of
want to do like just take a little break
and you know cool off because we were
doing is what we were doing here okay so
what else you know I'll do is my
scratches and scratches if you look in
the car they're in the door in my car
you mean I don't know if you guys had an
argument before
I got into the gas station
and yeah we're like oh like when we were
driving we pulled over and we started
talking about because we don't want to
drive while we're talking arguing yeah
they don't interacting but some people
are risk you know so I pulled over yeah
and we're talking stuff I'm sitting
there I mean I'm racing music and stuff
just chilling do you remember like if we
don't even yell anything like we don't
get loud we don't get fighting I mean

scratches and stuff but she went inside
to go wash your face do whatever she
does she's a woman you know yeah yeah
you know shoot back out
I moved here for like 45 minutes you're
not working on whoever for a little
while I mean how long have you guys been
together you know as a boyfriend uh
about five months but I don't feel like
10 years
so you guys been friends before that
yeah we're best friends for that

so once she comes out from

then I turn the music up literally as I

just to stop it was a surrender pretty
much work she wanted you to surrender to
the officer yeah yeah just to stop it's
like what am I doing what are you doing
you mean stop you're just you're hurt
what do you do stop
I mean she doesn't even need to be
I feel so bad
so uh cash and all kinds of [ __ ] this
morning you mean just because that's
what happened
so then um so then you guys you end up
pursue and I know it might be you know
hard for you to describe but I just want
to kind of get how she was reacting
throughout the the pursuit like how how
would she react or acting with you or at
any point like how how's your what was
her demeanor

sequence of of you guys getting out of

until tomorrow
and was you okay with that uh your
girlfriend
but I was showing me right away

and uh but then you guys kind of agreed
on just
staying until tomorrow is that we said
she was okay like she never like trying
to play anyone I'm Gonna Leave No Okay
so she supported you pretty much
um with me for a long time you know yeah
it could be wrong for sure but for her
for both of you guys
so when you were shooting were you
shooting it you were inside your car
shooting out right you're shooting out
the window or out the passenger side or
in front of Alana or what were you doing

I do remember that that's what I was
saying I remember that I told her to
lean back and I sure got it like the
window was like I don't know if the

people but we we did talk to some people
and and we found out who gave it a ride
uh and I mean we found that it was a a
Layla Layla and Daniel so we found that
out from from different information we
had and I know you told me like if we
were able to find that out you might be
able to confirm that with uh for us
I'm not going to tell you right now I
don't know who's saying that but I hear
right now if it wasn't there
okay and so because the information we
have and I mean we I really appreciate
you know how honest you've been it's
just that little piece of information
that we got and I just wanted to confirm
it with you
know I'm telling you I don't know who's
talking out there you know who's doing
so he's trying to throw something it
really wasn't it wasn't them okay and I
mean so something that that we really uh
need especially so we're not big enough
in anybody's business as that gun and I
know you don't want to give anybody else
all we would need is that gun like we
don't want to go out and you know like
how to look into that gun and then we
find out some other stuff you know
people that give that gun tour doing on
that we don't care about that we just
want to get you know that gun for
probably for this investigation I don't
I don't know where to try to remember
do you will you be able to give us who
has if you give it to maybe they'll let
me tell them off for me we just need
this we don't want to mess with whatever
we do

because I mean same thing that we have
information that the Layla has that and
I mean we know she's maybe involved in
some stuff we don't want to care about
that we just care about the gun and we
don't want to get her mixed up and you

not her boyfriend obviously

girlfriend say that that they were the

also that they had they took the gun at
least I don't think it was somebody else
but that that's what she told us or told
the other agents
why would she say that that she has

you but then again she doesn't she
didn't even know she wasn't even
she didn't see who I had any good to me
I I walked I went out front and sat in
the car with somebody with me so she
said you know I think she's just don't
even I mean she's just scared not
nervous worry about what I'm saying you
know I'm saying and trying to put into
everything she's trying to
sugar
guess things that I'm saying to me but
she really doesn't matter I mean that
makes sense and unity will be easier if
you guys have a great name instead of us
just you know I can't do that dude so
you don't have to go out there and you
know try to you know like investigate
different people that might have it and
we don't want to mess those guys if they
have nothing to do with it that's why I
mean I want to give you this opportunity
you know what it is so you don't mix up
other people that's pretty much what it
is I know you really I like uh your your
auntie right you want to protect her so
you know you give it so we don't have to
mess with with that
that's the opportunity right now and
then I'm being out front with you that's

the gun's in the house somewhere well it

you about the gun I mean we're bringing
up do our best to to to to look for

all I can tell you is uh that you know I

with him uh I I know they're still
working on it I don't want to give you a

get a good I create information I'll

gonna talk to my girlfriend
uh I I wouldn't be able to guarantee

uh and uh regroup everything that you
know that we're doing is an active
