what's up everybody how are you guys doing Welcome to our second live stream where we'll be taking a drunk Drive taking a look at drunk drivers getting arrested as usual now I believe I have three videos for you guys and these ones are mostly fresh I don't think many of you will have seen it before so let's get right into it let's start the show I hope you guys are all having a wonderful Friday night what's up Kelly Welsh the Australian opinion Norfolk uh so the Australian opinions has why do American police make people do a field sobriety test uh I'm in Australia and it's an immediate breathalyzer and takes a couple minutes so from what I've learned the reason why they do it is to add to evidence to the case so it adds strength to the prosecution and on top of that it's able to detect other forms of impairments that have nothing to do with alcohol right I know in Australia they also have the drug testers but I know I'm I know that's why they do it it's to add strength to the all we'll be taking a look at we have an 18 year old College athlete that was arrested and then we have a guy that gets arrested but then he has like a medical emergency during the arrest and I really wanted to show you guys that one because it's really suspicious and then we have another one where this chick is not on alcohol but she is very impaired so we'll try to watch all of them let's start with the college let me know how the volume is compared to my voice let me put it as loud as it gets all right hello hi how's it going tonight good how are you good reason I'm shopping you're going I'm pretty sure my license is expired because I haven't been home so I haven't got my new one got my registration okay it's in Houston okay are you okay what my spiders my expired insurance yeah you can just take that piece of gum out for now okay perfect expired registration or expired insurance um I had no idea I haven't been I moved in in August I haven't been home yet okay your license isn't expired yet no but so most of these most of these college chicks like 18 19 year old they always have a fake ID and most of the time they just whip it out by mistake and get busted that way I'm sure something similar is about to happen with this girl did your parents pay it you just haven't put the sticker on they have I haven't been home from college yet because I have sports okay so you're saying you haven't had a single drop alcohols you have not had a single drought there we go you haven't you don't have a more current one I haven't been home so I haven't gotten one okay I'll take that just hang tied up right back yeah I got you thank you do you have a jacket or anything so guys what what do you think how drunk do you think she is on a level of one to ten and that's why these tests are really important because she seems to be talking very normally either she has a good tolerance on alcohol or I don't know what's going on but she doesn't seem impaired in my opinion initially I guess we'll see how she does it right heavy stuff out here for a second do you have anything in your pockets at all oh yeah this smell right that's true the smell might give it away but it looks like she has something [ __ ] up here over her eye I don't know if she has an injury or she messed up her makeup or some [ __ ] yeah you guys are saying she's a 5 out of ten she's a 15 out of 10. twice the legal limit I guess we'll find out I guess we'll find out yeah so also it looks like she was arrested for driving on the wrong way in the wrong direction so yeah that that's a Telltale sign as well we'll walk right over here so what I'm going to do is I want to run into what are called standardized field spray test we can either do it out here or I can drive you a block you're not okay all right uh so you weren't in the bar or anything like that I just picked people up I walked in for maybe two minutes to grab my group of people I was picking up how'd you get in um maybe 1 people so they let me in I found my group okay and no drinks whatsoever okay all right so I'm just gonna run it through standardized Fields where I test me just to make sure I promise and then right when I hit the lights you kind of did some a little weird maneuvering of the vehicle like tried to pull over and then you just yeah okay all right so our first test it's called the horizontal gauge knife stagness test if you have anything around your head neck or eyes okay is there anything else in your mouth yeah no worries Tavia it's all good nice to see you here Tavia two weeks in a row we're gonna oh yeah let me just address sorry to freeze on such a weird picture but we're I just want to talk to you guys about the schedule uh so I'm gonna try to post at least twice per week and one live stream per week so the videos ideally Sunday and Wednesday that would be great but I'm always waiting for YouTube to review the videos to make sure they're fully you know green and I can monetize them because it every video every every single video gets initially demonetized because of the contacts you know the jail and arrested and drunk but uh so yeah so I usually have to wait a couple of days but I'm gonna try to post every Sunday every Wednesday at 9 00 pm and then do a live stream at 7 p.m Eastern every Friday so I think that's going to be a good schedule it's going to be three piece of wearing glasses or contacts nope Vision Perfect all right so for this test what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna complete the starting position so hold your feet together heels touch and feel extension arms down at your side just remain in this position during the entire test you understand yep all right so for this what you're going to do is you're going to tip my finger you're gonna follow it with your eyes and your eyes only keep your head completely still you understand yep do not stop looking to tip my finger until I tell you it tests over yeah so the Australian opinion says in Australia which is blowing a handheld and that decides on the spot find your arrest it's really simple yeah I mean that seems ideal if the device is able to pick up on on like drug use that's fantastic maybe I don't know if they can't afford it or why it can't happen over here but it seems like a good system but um yeah this case you know they do these tests also maybe if people are just you know having a bad reaction off medication I guess it's a good way to just to make sure that even though it's not alcohol they can figure it out and make sure the person is okay to dry all right if you're not moving prescription medications or anything um okay none of those say don't try don't operate heavy machinery that sort of stuff all right so our next test is called the walk and turn are you comfortable in those shoes and pants you're wearing yeah I'm good all right anything wrong with your legs have triangles nope all right so what I'm going to do I'm gonna well I've actually tested that I mean you could try to do the walk and turn test right now at home if you're sober or drunk you know just for out of curiosity and I tried it it's pretty easy to do to be honest uh you know the eye test I can't try because you know I can't look at my own eyes but I think you can do you can nail these tests if you're sober yeah for sure for this test as soon as I complete in that position I want you to remain in that position if I demonstrating test do not start the test until I tell you do so you understand so far yep all right what we're gonna do is we're gonna Envision a straight line right down the center of the sidewalk all right yeah we'll do that Envision straight line yep all right let's say you're left foot is a space or monetary line so keep your left foot where it is put your right foot directly in front heel touching until like this then arms down at your side just remain in this position I demonstrate explain the test do you understand all right when I tell you to begin and not before what you're going to do is you're going to take nine Heel To Toe steps down this line on your ninth step keep your front what planets use your back foot take a series of small choppy steps turning around then you're going to dig a series of nine Heel To Toe steps back on the line okay while you're doing this make sure your arms are down at your side you're looking at your feet and you're counting each step out loud all right I'm going to demonstrate the test so you know so you're in the starting position like this I'm going to tell you to begin you're going to go one two three I only want the three you're gonna continue all the way to nine on the ninth deck keep your front foot planets here's a small choppy steps turning around then one two three again I only went to three you're gonna continue all the way to nine while you're doing this make sure your arms are down at your side you're looking at your feet you're counting each step out loud and also as soon as it starts this you're not stopping completely entire I have a feeling that she paid no attention to the instructions I don't know why any questions about my instructions nope all right you can go ahead and begin one hi oh that's too bad man the camera officer please look down we want to see the results oh [ __ ] turn as I instructed all right you can turn around normal face mix our next test is called a one leg stain I can see she was a little bit wobbly but unfortunately he wasn't like the camera wasn't pointed down unfortunately you can be able to stand on one foot for sure I really bet balance but yeah all right so again I'm going to put in the start that's a bad balance because she's drunk put your feet together heels try to and Toes touching arms down at your side just remain in this position when I demonstrate explain this test when I tell you to begin a knot before what you're going to do is you're going to lift one leg whichever one you choose and hold your foot about six inches off the ground keeping your foot parallel to the ground you're going to look at your tone kind of out loud 1001 1002 1003 and so on until I tell you to stop during this entire test make sure both your legs are straight your foot's about six inches off the ground your foot's parallel to the ground you're looking at your toe and your laws are demonstrated okay all right you have any questions about this get a sober driver am I able to go or do you want me to stay over oh come on I was just vouching for you chick and now you have all these stupid questions obviously you're going to jail you're busted receives an anonymous call that claimed a man was sitting in a white Ford F-150 and drinking alcohol near a Dollar General an officer soon spots the suspect and follows him through an Alleyway nearby as he Parks his vehicle near his home as the officer pulls up directly behind the driver he steps out of his vehicle just as her investigation car right away that's a bad sign that's a really bad signal foreign do you live here I think we can all agree that's a really bad start right I don't have a driver's license I mean dude aren't you driving shouldn't you need one like what the hell man medication is not something that works like that you need to take it every single day and it just helps to regulate your blood pressure now if he was saying he was having an anxiety attack that would be another story that he could take a benzo and be like okay like 15 20 minutes later he'll feel better but yeah it's probably just an act right now because you're under investigation I know I know I know you you have work ever here back in Tosh they besides having his hand on his chest he doesn't seem to be having any other type of issues right but yeah let's see so did she she told you how we got called okay we got cold something called our dispatcher said there's a guy in a white truck over a Dollar General oh the nitro pill the nitro pill Works instantly okay gotcha she gets over there you're in the store or she just investigates the vehicle comes back to you and you're failure to reinstate you can't you can't drive her okay so you get in the vehicle all right she sees you driving that's why she stopped you right now okay so we're investigating the complaint about the I can smell the alcohol and you were honest with me you said you had a beer like I said you were honest with me I just have to make sure that you're safe I know I just have to make sure you're safe because you were driving a vehicle just because you you want to sit down I can help you down or do you want to sit something I would believe that he's feeling very anxious and anxiety because his ass is about to go to jail now I'm sure most people that are about to get arrested would be anxious too let me know in this is your insulin stuff okay I don't have it hey man so he also is diabetic okay yeah I mean I've had panic attacks too I've had panic attacks they can be debilitating but I find it's kind of sauce that just as he was about to do the test all of a sudden panic attack right and it's like a panic attack you can work through it you can try to like if you're doing something important you could try to like you know yeah it's it's hard to it's hard to fight but you can't work through it and it usually doesn't last more than like usually when I've had you know anxiety attacks yeah it's like 15 minutes 15 to 20 minutes of really really bad and then after that it slowly goes away and then after maybe like two hours you're perfectly fine but it does have like an impact for a couple hours this is Hiram yes okay Hiram's been drinking some alcohol all right he's under investigation for Obi right now and he's due to medically redacted information yeah oh yeah and so now because of you know they can't a lot of the audio is gonna be cut out so the narrator is going to explain what happened but one thing I do want to mention I don't think I've ever had a panic attack that's just for myself after drinking like drinking just completely calms me down relax and it's usually very it you know throws away all the anxiety so I don't know if I necessarily buy his story anyways let's listen to this information no more audio is available for this instant borrowing the initial investigation the suspect Hiram was taken to Miami Valley Hospital South for a medical evaluation at 608 PM Hiram consented to a urine sample which yielded a result of 0.266 percent BAC so .266 so that is literally three times the legal limit this guy was hammered the suspect was eventually charged with operating under the influence of alcohol second offense or OVI driving with an open container and driving with a suspended license Hiram was also charged with OVI alcohol urine 0.238 or greater in court the defendant pled guilty to A reduced charge of OVI second offense which turned into an OVI first offense a first degree misdemeanor in the state of Ohio the three other charges were dismissed the defendant was ordered to pay 950.56 the bulk of which came from the OVI fine of five hundred dollars additional charges were so I do have one criticism to the DUI Channel if he's listening really love his stuff love his videos I don't know how the hell he gets all the body cam footage I tried getting body cam footage but it's a pain in the ass but one thing I will have to say is the narrate the narration is like he should edit out all those catching your breaths moment that's all I would say but besides that his channel is great obsessed after bench warrants were put out for probation violations while the suspect paid the original fines and fees from the conviction the costs associated with the probation violations are still outstanding Hiram was ultimately sentenced to 180 days of jail imposed with 180 days suspended his license was also suspended for 365 days he received so he got 180 days in jail that that's a decent sentence like that that that's a good like sentence to have people be like oh [ __ ] maybe I shouldn't do this six months in jail that six months of your life completely gone yeah it may it's a good sentence like it's fair he's six points at his license and he was ordered to attend a driver Intervention Program or dip School Hiram's current unsupervised probation is scheduled to last until January 18 2024 beer over here spilled okay I don't see the key yeah traveling left of the center lane in town while following the vehicle the driver turned left at the intersection of 7th Street and Washington street where the driver appeared to turn too sharply and cross into the eastbound Lane the officer then pulled over the driver and began his investigation let me just say that this person we're going to see is part of the church that she I believe she is a crystal methodologist so you put two and two together you'll know what I mean hi there so much motor care I appreciate thank you so much for that two dollar super sticker thank you so much guys really appreciate it guys today is because you were crossing the center line and then you also cut the corner here when you're turning onto 7th Street so you know Yep this is Seventh Street all right yep so if it's your driver's license and your proof of insurance where you guys coming from tonight what's that it's getting gas oh gotcha what's that all those things for boyfriend's truck oh gotcha so you don't have the insurance for anything okay yeah the the channel I get it from yeah that animation is pretty it's cute it's like um I get small I get my videos from smaller channels because like if I take a video from code blue Cam and then it's like I post it even though it's 100 fair use you know like all my video I transform it put in my input and and so on it's like by the time I post it two days later it's like his video already has like three million views it's like everybody's seen it right so that's why I take it from these smaller channels and you know at the same time they get a little bit of boost because sometimes my videos get a hundred thousand views I have a couple that have a hundred thousand and their logo is all over it so we kind of help each other out at the end of the day I know but they said it's expired but it's not otherwise stuff what are you guys heading to tonight oh we wouldn't come get cigarettes and gas yeah I mean to be honest I'm gonna do the live stream every Friday just because I thoroughly enjoy it but you know let me show you guys just uh we've had a very decent success on this channel let me show you hold on and it's it's not from the live streams uh the actual video when they get picked up look at this so if you haven't seen these are like my biggest hitters uh just a second yeah this one was a cycle Karen that got pepper sprayed that that video is crazy got 137 000 so that's really really good and then this one she got arrested for multiple DUIs it's at 125 000 93 075 those are the videos that really bring in the subs and even like you know a month ago a month later they're still they're trickling they're still going uh but yeah so the videos is really where it's at but I do enjoy the live streams it'll bring it brings in like a different type of viewer and we get to like you know sit back and relax and just chill so I really enjoy it but um it's more for fun the live stream is for fun and the videos are really to grow the channel so but eventually I'm gonna obviously I'm gonna keep doing both and eventually who knows maybe we'll have you know like 500 people in here who knows I guess uh it takes time right you have videos start popping like crazy but then uh YouTube decided to put an end to that they started the monetizing every single Chris Hanson video so I had to Nuke the channel from all Chris Hansen videos and then the DUI videos started really picking up so that's where we're going to stick for the time being because you know there's there's so many people that enjoy watching body cam footage that this is definitely the way to go so yeah that's a little bit of history of the channel so it took many turns and now we're in the right path we're going straight forward all right we have G Fields with to get from there I want you to place your right foot heel to toe in front of your left foot go ahead and do that remain in that position don't start the test yet all right yep remain in that position just out of curiosity I want to know just to make sure if I'm choosing good videos for you guys it type one if you've seen the videos that I've shown you today like if you've seen it before on another back and begin estimating the passing of 30 seconds okay at no point in time do I want you to count out loud I don't want you to tap your foot I don't want you to tap your leg anything like that okay I just want you to estimate the passing of 30 seconds okay you understand the test so it seems like he's doing much more tests he's doing more tests because he knows that he the breathalyzer is going to be completely pointless over here so he's trying to do as many tests as possible to try to get evidence that way okay so whenever you're ready go ahead and begin night floaters says skip to 14 38. she's just counting in her head go ahead and stop once again I'm gonna do it again a second time how do you do it a second time okay once I when I tell you to begin I just want you to close your eyes again estimating passing of 30 seconds okay no town no tapping your leg nothing like that okay when you've completed I just want you open your eyes and say done okay yeah go right ahead that should be pretty easy okay whenever you're ready that should be honestly really easy you just have to count it in your head so on this test she did pretty good she did 24 seconds when it's supposed to be 30 seconds so that's that's not bad thank you okay so you don't use drugs narcotics anything like that okay at this time I am going to be placing under arrest for operating while intoxicated turn around place and find Direct for me [Music] yeah at the end of the day they have a very strong suspicious that suspicion that she is high and it doesn't really matter what they think it's what's going to happen when they draw blood right so we're about to find out if she's going to test positive or negative just double locking them so they don't get tighter on you okay do you have anything in your pockets I need to know about any needles anything any weapons knives anything like that I think some keys and papers but as far as I was told you're not supposed to really searched me but like I'm hiding anything well the reason I'm searching huh is because what was that I can't just take you into the jail makeup I thought it was something else sure do you want me to give those to your Center without incident after the suspect was read the informing the accused form she consented to taking a blood sample the results yielded 280 nanograms per milliliter of methamphetamine and 54 nanograms per milliliter of amphetamine and when Scots and any detectable so she was [ __ ] up so let's put that back 280 nanograms of math and 54 nanograms of amphetamine now I'm not sure is that high is that low I mean how the [ __ ] would I know nanograms like you know who the hell can count that right it's not like a straight up like oh uh blood alcohol content so who knows how much meth was in her because I cannot even you know figure it out I can if anybody knows if that's a lot or a little bit but uh yeah she she was on Ice that's for sure so regardless it's like oh it's high Arwen Bernard said it's high yeah well well here's the thing when you have like when you have milligrams it's small but nanograms is even smaller but then again some of these drugs have very very strong potency so uh yeah it sounds like it's it's pretty strong and that is like what's in her blood that's not what she consumed uh but uh yeah well amphetamines is is like it is Adderall it is like uh amphetamine I think I do believe it's like a it's like a family of medications right of stimulants so yeah if it was just that and she had an Adderall prescription then maybe she could have got away with that but unfortunately with the methamphetamine she's gonna have a little bit of hard time getting out of getting out of that one yeah so yeah let's continue Scots and any detectable amount of restricted controlled substance in a motor vehicle operator's blood is equivalent to a blood alcohol content of .08 or greater Heather was eventually charged with operating while intoxicated or OWI and operating with restricted controlled substance guilty uh G field said that 0.02 milligrams per liter are typical for therapeutic use but yeah this is not uh we're not talking about milligrams we're talking about nanograms so you have to add an extra zero so 0.020 is typical and she was at zero point I think she was at 0.05 anyways yeah so yeah it's a yeah it's interesting but uh she she's she was [ __ ] up we don't need to over complicate this let's just say she was [ __ ] up to operating with a restricted controlled substance and the OWI charge was dropped Heather was ordered to pay 937.50 for the bond amount and nineteen dollars for the blood draw expense for a total of 956.50 to which the defendant has paid the amount in full Heather's license was revoked for six months and she was ordered to participate in an alcohol assessment and driver safety plan she was Now put on probation nor was she sent to serve any time in jail all right well that's it for our live stream we are
