something a little bit different because
we have a male Karen that gets arrested
for threatening to murder his neighbors
all because they put a little bit of
snow on his property to say he
overreacted would be quite the
understatement but before we get into

so my neighbor got stuck right down here

having to go on his property
to come off right so he comes out of his
house yelling at my neighbor cussing him
out making threads telling him that he's
gonna burn his house down
and then I come outside what's going on
and he was like you know
we get into it you know because we have
some issues with the court with uh a
tree that I cut down and he didn't think
that I should have cut down I said well
take it up with the court system
now he steps on my property and he says
this to me and at this point because I'm
not the type of person that receives
that type of abuse and in the past I
haven't responded to that type of abuse
and I'm trying my best Gary has calmed
me down I was going to Deck the guy I'm
I kid you not but I held my composers

was plowing the snow and my tractor got

it out I turned around in this yard I
know this guy's crazy and I thought well
I'm sure he's gonna come out here and
yell at me and all right and he did and

I apologize I was stuck I had no way to
get out was to turn around in your yard

did any damage to your lawn I'm happy to
pay for it and and he just went on and
on and on and he's like you pushed all
the snow on my property dude I'm being a
nice neighbor I'm plowing Dave's
driveway I've just met him a year and a
half ago about the house he's out of his
shovels yeah and he goes well I go to
shovel my drive with my hand I go dude
you want me to come over and plow the
snow I mean I'm so this is what I find
so stupid of this situation it's because
the neighbors with the electric or gas
powered snow plowers are usually always
willing to help out another neighbor I
know that for a fact because when I was
shoveling my driveway with shovels one
of my neighbors saw me and he had a snow
plower and he was more than happy to
help and this is the case in this
situation too if Gary would have just
chilled I'm sure this guy would have
gladly plowed his driveway but instead
now he's going to jail I've known his
dad for 40 years his dad's an awesome
guy Gary's always been a little bit of a
hothead yeah he wants to punch me out
get off that tractor I want to teach you
with us I mean really scary then
he threatened to burn down my house with
me in it okay I don't take that lightly
sure I got a half a million dollars in
that property and somebody Burns that
down I'm gonna be oh sure sure alone
with me in it so that's a malicious
threat to me in the case of lunatic yeah
and then then he walked away and then he
saw which which house are you in are you
on on this side this one okay I've been
fixing it for a year yeah

then you're gonna come up and sign right
over here so we can get cracking real
quick if you can get cracking on
statements because we're busy as crap

these neighbors because with a psycho

do next I'm sure they're armed to the
teeth in case anything happens but still
it's a very dangerous situation

officers observed and what they told

placed under arrest they had enough
probable cause to believe you couldn't
committed the crime so
