I know my birthday [Music] [Music] on the vehicle one zero eight eight five one eight two one and next [Applause] one that's the order of the vehicle quick where [Music] [Applause] um [Music] [Music] okay here move your foot up and down no money you know I haven't done that far enough I'd like to answer some questions if you have any questions so what happened so vehicle scrub over there off of Cesar Travis and Broadway um we disengaged they took off doing well over 100 miles an hour we lost visual of them and we came around off the bridge here and came across here this is the first incident so there are two vehicles no it's just one right there it literally left the roadway right there on the curb washers and dryers left the curb hit the fire hanging juice hydrant hit the wall here and then ended up there afterwards okay do you know if they were restrained at all and what it looks like inside a vehicle they are not okay and that's the passenger side door that's what we thought it was the possibility that when we got ejected neither of them got ejected do you know which one the driver was well I'm believing your team I still have to talk to him foreign [Music] well we can get the gurney up here next year [Music] either way like you're under custody so we're gonna have to have like one of the officers okay sounds good sounds good we'll get you on the gurney okay we're gonna get it over here [Applause] if you cannot afford an attorney one can be provided to you before pressing in no costs do you understand these rights uh do you understand that to you guys mind do you wish to speak with me myself okay okay for nothing right yep I got a broken ankle I got a whole bunch of [ __ ] like I said I don't know your vehicle's totaled by the way yeah my vehicle my ASR team getting a question and talk with me what uh hospital do you want to go to uh Presbyterian man I need Naomi cells are my alternative printing because he wants to ride with me I I deserve I need Lego presence before I leave here when it's safe no no sir that's not how it works okay so okay you guys can they call her there for me because yeah they can question me well no once you get booked and stuff like that I don't know the officials [Music] we can't wait for your attorney here so it's either you want to go to the hospital without the attorney okay so then we're gonna have to go without the attorney all right then let's get you on here ready New Jersey okay so um obviously yeah he's cutting the front you have to have somebody run with you right yeah of course okay they're not gonna be able to ride with you because they're only solar on their unit so we're gonna have to arrive behind Okay so I'll follow right behind you guys okay if he's on handcuffs there has to be someone that's what I said I'm gonna take them off I'm not gonna write your envelope okay [Applause] all right so we're gonna take the handcuffs off you you're gonna ride like that but if you cause any Ruckus so there's not going to be a police officer with us so then the handcuffs come off but if you do anything then we're gonna restrain you I get that but the point is you either go in in handcuffs I mean there's no difference with them going to that with the ambulance or with the cops you're going to go to the hospital regardless okay I'm going to I'm just tripping I'd rather go out there because I just want to trust people back to the park okay but you do understand that when you leave the hospital you're gonna go in the same vehicle correct okay sounds good all right as long as you don't pass problems bro we can take off the handcuffs okay [Applause] [Music] we just ready let me just double check and see if there's anything here yeah I barely missed my water so I'll give it to you okay hospital because right now you're being charged for what for DWI all right okay so I'm gonna read you something so you caught me driving actually yeah so listen I'm gonna read you something okay I
