just a drug dog but he decided it was
going to be in his best interest
to pull this dog out of the car to
intimidate these gentlemen
as well and apparently it was dipping
and yapping and going to town as a
shepherd i could see him in the back of
the car
so bottom line this guy's made some poor
decisions here
that's exactly what i'm i'm thinking um
so i just want to give you a heads up
but he does have his credentials as
federal security but i got two witnesses
here that said he got on the
site showed his credentials and said he
was a federal
agent
decides that uh he was playing the whole
self-defense thing and i'm like you got
out of your car to confront these guys
if you're that scared
then get your dog then get your dog out

they get to a piston contest he gets out

he did and according to these two
witness he identified himself as a
federal agent
with his badge okay
he is a federal security guard with
no authority to make an arrest he is
nothing but a security guard
well he says well this guy starts
threatening to kick my ass well
he decides to get his fur missile out of
the back of the car
and starts threatening him with the fur
missile while he's still inside the car
and he can't get out of the car because
his dog's fixing to eat his ass
so sounds like the federale is going to

the gentleman the great shirts the
witness that says he said i'm a federal
agent so when i talked to him before i
put him in a set of handcuffs because he
had a gun on him
um he said i did it myself did i dare my
identify myself as a security guard but
that combined with now
i was scared um then getting out with a
dog for intimidation purposes
apparently is a retired service dog not
a service dog but a retired
highway patrol dog whether it's full
service i don't know
um but he does have a concealed weapons

him he does not have the authority to
make a physical arrest

you had your dog intimidating him the
reason why you brought out your dog for
whatever reason
intimidating him to the point where he
feels confined he doesn't want to get
out of his the car because he's in fear
because you have a german shepherd
who appears to be a canine to him to be
a canine
dog and he feels he was confined inside
the vehicle
he was not free to go he didn't feel
like he was free to go
and he felt that he wasn't um
i never thought well that's something

you didn't think about you know i mean
you can't you can't just go up to a car

with a german shepherd trying to
intimidate somebody
and then not think that they're they're
gonna just get out the car
because there's a big canine jumping on
