alcohol concentration
one you are now advised that you have
the right to refuse this protest and
that if you refuse hey your driver's
license permit or privilege to drive
will be revoked or denied by the
Department of Licensing for at least one
year and B your refusal to submit to
this test may be used in a criminal
trial

on your own recognizance or the judge
decides that you uh he imposes a fail
amount which then you would have to pay
some sort of fee in order to go home

called a request for a DUI hearing so

hearing through the department of
licensing and all the process to go
