she remembers she's been sleepy she's on some medication equivalent to Xanax she says it makes her really drowsy and so she thinks the dosage is all messed up um last thing she remembers is seeing brake lights hitting rear ending a car and then waking up off the side of the road um [Applause] well she was in the passenger seat so I thought there was another person but she said no she just climbed over because he had a front end's all bashed in so what it looks like is I don't know if she swirmed and hit the back end but the front driver side smashed um so we've got two different cardiers and then yours so um good to take you've got that car out in this car as your crash and um yeah and I'll take motivation um I'll talk with State here just make sure we're all on the same page yeah I guess and then if it's I mean yeah and she says her meds are all she doesn't think she's got the right dosage okay um I just I thought I smelled it a little bit weird Okay um like maybe sure no I wasn't I was making sure obviously she was fine um but when we're in enclosed area I'll give it another another whiff but I was just checking yeah no it's I mean it's five five all the way okay so don't know yeah or whatever State doesn't have anything obviously all right so what this vehicle crashed into another vehicle or just yeah she rear-ended a car oh um I'm assuming car dealers happened and he's on they hit the brakes for the deer yeah because she said the last thing she remembers is seeing brake lights and hitting the back end of a car and next thing she knows she woke up in the ditch here yeah she's all she was gone messed up on pillows she got a passenger no she was in the passenger seat there was nobody in the driver's seat I thought she was the passenger but she just said she climbed over um because that front driver's side is all smashed in oh yeah and it's like of course I know it's almost Knee Deep and it's like it's like well I gotta go in you know so all right all right well should I just get back there sure you know what room the accent there's two so okay thank you so much yeah no I don't think you've deliberately crashed your car into somebody did who leave the influence of something all right and your your alcohol level is a little bit lower than what I would assume but you stated you took some medication and I I think that's probably what's making you drowsy unstable on your feet slurring your words um and probably the the reason you crash your car tonight okay so you are going to be placed under arrest for OWI okay so here's the thing it's the first offense OWI all right so it's a it's a forfeiture it's all this is a ticket all right so um basically I still have a process to go through tonight but depending on how things go and if it's up to my supervisor we might be able to get you released to somebody that can come pick you up and take care of you for the night okay can we charge my phone yeah we'll get that we'll get that
