it appears that you might have been
drinking
ouch did you fall you hold me up no you
pushed me I was outside the room what's
up everybody in today's video we have
another drunk driving Karen get arrested
now this one was beyond plastered she
caused an accident and when she got
taken to the station she actually tried
to frame the officer accused him of
pushing her while he wasn't even in the
room and you won't believe what happens
when she blows into the breathalyzer
without further Ado let's get right into
it
hi there hi a big old
step this her right here
yep hi there hey I'm officer rder with a
for Smith Police Department what's going
on tonight what
happened oh I don't know you don't know
what happened so you don't know why
we're sitting here right now mhm why are

honest I think
I I don't I don't know you don't know
where you coming from tonight um I was

from
um I

investigated for being in a car W so
let's put this right here in window I'm
so sorry I'm so so my qu again I'm going
ask again where were you coming from
tonight you said you're coming from your
hotel room no I was coming from my
friends Leah yeah were you coming from
her house yes were you drinking at her
house no you were you taking medications
at her house I wish mhm have you had
anything to drink today
alcoholic um no you haven't drank
anything today I I do you want me to no
let's leave the phone right there okay
well I'm G she's going to have to be the
she's going to have to pick me up so
well let me let me hold on to this okay
cuz right now you're you're being
investigated right now you've been in a
car crash and it appears that you might
have been drinking so the officer says
it appears that she might have been
drinking and that is the understatement
of the century because she is beyond
wasted now I suspect that there might be
more than alcohol at plate here possibly
some pills because she is so slow to
react usually with drunks you can't get
them to shut up they won't stop talking
but this one it takes her 10 to 15
seconds to answer a simple question
that's why I'm asking have you been any
had anything to drink
today
like like alcoholic you haven't drank
anything with with alcohol in it at
all when was the last time that you
drank anything that had alcohol in
it a bit a bit like how long's a bit I
don't understand what a bit
is like
okay
I
don't I I I'm just trying to get you to
be honest with me no I'm trying to
understand because I
thought I what are you trying to
understand are you trying to think about
when you had something to drink last no
I'm
just I thought
that no I
thought when was the last time you had
anything to
drink I with alcohol in it two hours ago
two hours ago what kind of what kind of
alcohol were you
drinking um whiskey you were drinking
some whiskey okay do you normally drink
no not normally no did you drink at your
friend's house no I she pushed it she
what she pushed it to me she pushed it
to you
yeah I was trying to go home you're
trying to go home are you from for Smith
no I'm not were you from in Wisconsin
from Wisconsin
okay 7 I'm just station on two for a
Wisconsin

rental car okay so you have insurance on
it okay well go ahead step out for me
okay I've already ran her so if you're
good go ahead and step right here to the
care careful careful care I don't want
you to fall down let's go right to the
front of your vehicle okay this woman
can't even take two steps without almost
falling to think that she was behind the
wheel is unreal what made her think that
she was possibly able to drive it's
actually a miracle that she didn't kill
anyone okay let's step right up there
care careful I want you to fall down
stop right there I want you to put your
feet together and your hands by your
side and I want you to stay like this
until you do until I tell you to do
something else you understand okay what
kind of medical problems do you have
nothing what kind of medications do you
take you don't have any kind of take you
don't take any kind of medicines on a
regular basis no okay keep your hands by
your side put your feet together and
stand like that once you look right
careful s right careful put your hands
there you go put your feet together
Hands by your side and I want you to
look right here with Leave Your Hands by
your side I want you to look right here
with your eyes and your eyes only
leaving your head still okay Put Your
Hands by your side and look right there
leave your head still and follow it with
your eyes
okay look right
here here we
go follow with your eyes you looked over
here someplace and quit looking sorry
you told me I'm sorry well that's why
I'm putting it down at your level so
look right here let's try this again
okay here we
go keep following
it keep looking right here put your
hands back by your
side let's try this again right here
Keep Your Hands by your side just touch
your side right there standing just like
that here we
go goad for
seven sorry keep following it sorry 104
email me and Lawrence return out
here Keep Your Hands by your
side it's my
butt all right keep looking right here
keep your head still I'm going to go up
it's going to go out of your field
division you keep looking up it'll come
back in your field division okay just
look right here Keep Your Hands by your
side though okay s like right there here
we
go follow my finger with your eyes and
leave your head still okay okay here we
go one more time keep your head
still all right now we're going to do a
test called the walk and turn come right
over here to this
line
uh let's use this line over here it's a
it's a it's a more level line I don't
want you to fall because of the lip on
the line so come right over
here careful don't fall down now how is
she supposed to do a walk and turn test
when she can barely take two steps
without falling so clearly this is a
pointless exercise and the officer is
about to realize that in just a moment
turn around and face this direction okay
you know back up a little bit back up
over here by the curb see the yellow
curb back up over here and see this line
right here turn around all the way
around keep going see that line right
there on the ground let going this
direction right there get on the line
back up a little bit more let's get that
rock out of the way sorry there we go
you're fine now what I want you to do is
I want you to put your left foot on that
line that your left foot put it on that
line and I I want you to put your right
foot touching Heel To Toe in front of
the your other foot keep your hands back
let's go ahead and stop that I don't
want you to fall and hurt yourself I
don't I don't want you the toe this
sucks okay why does it suck well because
nobody can can you I just did I'm
showing you do it right now I've got my
heel right foot in front of my heel
right now okay without falling down I'm
doing it right now no and go back we
haven't got that far sorry okay I'm
going to go ahead and stop this cuz I'm
AF afraid you're going to fall and I
don't want I don't want actually just
okay so now we're going to move on to a
test called the one leg stand feet
together again hands back by your side
go and do that now now when I tell you
to I want you to raise either foot of
your choice off the ground 6 in I want
you to point the toe and I want you to
count out loud 1,1 1,2 1003 until I tell
you to stop it's going to look like this
I'm going to demonstrate it for you 1001
10002 13 1004 1 five until I tell you to
stop once you start the test look at
your foot count out loud Keep Your Hands
by your side and keep both legs straight
if you put your foot down just pick it
up and continue on you have any
questions
um no I don't I don't think so you don't
think so okay get my watch ready cuz
this is a timed
event all right remember Hands by your
side feet together the foot of your
choice any questions all right here we
go ready begin
1001
1002 1,003 all right let's go ahead and
stop cuz I don't think you're going to
be able to do it I think you're going to
fall if I if we keep on it I don't want
you to hurt yourself I'm just I'm just
doing it for your safety because I don't
want you to hurt yourself okay what I'm
going to do now is I'm going to take you
down for a a state mandated breath test
because I believe that you're impaired
and unable to operate a vehicle safely
okay so go ahead and turn around for me
no can no we're not going to do that go
ahead turn around for me turn around
there we go put your hands behind your
back
careful you got anything in your pockets
it's illegal going to stick me or hurt
me nothing at all yeah if you want to go
ahead I'm going hold her cuz I'm afraid
she might fall I'm not going to no no
I'm afraid you're going to fall and I
don't want you to hurt yourself I'm just
trying to protect you I promise I
promise so now she's promising that
she's not going going to fall but Karen
how are you going to be able to keep
that promise you are completely [ __ ]
up did you talk to her no her cuz she
say she doesn't remember how she got
here or why she's here when just a
minute ago when we were talking never
you said you didn't know how we got here
and it took you a while to remember that
you were coming from a friend's
house she
have anything you're good all right if
you'll help me to the car
yep cuz we probably need to go over that
well we can go right down
there all right we're going to take a
big step we're going to walk right
across this this flower bed okay big
step there we go yes watch The Rocks I I
know I'm just trying to keep you from
hurting yourself right there in my car
I'll get the door for you I just need
you to get up in there okay well turn
around put your butt down first going to
and then put your foot up
there well can those have to stay on
those have to stay on they're they're
going to stay on that's why we're trying
to help sideways put that foot up on
that thing there you go okay put your
other foot up on the on the rail and
then you can push yourself up in
there yes it is very
uncomfortable you okay ouch
beat my face I didn't beat your face
there
you there you go all
right sit back so youit your sit
up S on two did you run the tag on that
that
jeep hey can you run a 20 Oklahoma 28 I
believe it's ocean adom Victor 382 ocean
Adam ocean adom Victor
382
very close to your face don't hit your
face I'm going to see if yeah I'm going
to go look
too she was so messed up when I pulled
up that she had the car running and as
soon as I pulled up she tried to jump
back in the driver's seat I told her no
come on out turn the car off and put the
keys on the hood she got back in the car
turned the key off or turn the car off
and then threw the key over here luckily
for this specific video we have a lot of
FO to work with the ride to the station
is pretty uneventful so we're going to
skip that but when she gets to the
station that's where things get crazy
check this
out all right we're going to go right in
here for a breath test just so go ahead
and slide out of the car for
me just slide
forward here we go careful fall
down get the door for you I'm going to
take these off when we get inside this
door okay no no can you can you
seriously I'm very uncomfortable with my
back skin can you what my back skin
right here mhm oh you want me to pull
your shirt down for you yeah okay there
we go that better there you go all right
let's go right over here to this
door careful yeah I know I don't want
you to fall I'm just trying to help you
well we're
not it's right here mhm right here I got
to get a scan for the door go to the
left a little bit more to the left there
you go right there stop right
there back up just a little bit there we
go we're go right in this door right
here to the
right and just have a seat right there
in that chair for just a second I'll
take these cuts off in just a minute
okay okay this camera
started
ouch what
happened did you fall help me up no you
pushed me I was outside the room all
right ready 1 two three stand up have
seat right there in that chair that's
where I
was here's your glasses back put these
back on your face thank you put right
there
what a train wreck I can't believe she
tried to frame the officer for pushing
her even though he's not even in the
same room luckily there's security
cameras it's quite obvious that her
drunk ass fell by herself and she won't
be able to try to sue the department for
some easy go away money so the next
couple minutes were pretty uneventful
she surprisingly managed to sit in a
chair without falling again and now the
officer comes back and explains to her
the breathalyzer test that she's about
to
perform all right go ahead and stand up
I'll get them handcuffs off so you where
we can get all this paperwork sign stand
straight up be real
still or I can get these off make it a
little more
[Music]
comfortable oh well I'll let you
know just turn your hand around there we
go
and there we go just have seat there in
that chair
again um your state this is your the
Arkansas statement of Rights I'm going
to start reading up here and then I'm
going to have you initial that you
understand down here if you don't
understand I'll I'll explain them better
okay it says your advis that any person
who operates or in actual physical
control of a motorboat or motor vehicle
in this state is deemed to have given
consent to one or more chemical test of
his or her breath saliva or urine for
the purpos of determining the alcohol or
controlled substance content of his or
her breath or blood if the person is
number one involved in an accident while
in operating or an actual physical
control of a motor boat on the Waters of
the state or motor vehicle or number two
the person is arrested for any offense
arise uh read that again number two the
person is arrested for any offense
arising out of an alleged act to have
been committed while the person was
driving your boating while intoxicated
or driving your boating while there was
an alcohol concentrate of
800.84 more in the person's blood or
breath number three at the time the
person is arrested for driving or
boating while intoxicated the law
enforcement officer has reasonable cause
to believe that the person while
operating or natural physical control of
a motor boat on the Waters of this state
or motor vehicle is intoxicated or has
an alcohol concentrate of 800.84 more in
the person's brother BL you're over the
age of 21 so we're going to skip number
four and we're going to skip number five
cuz that's also for people under 21 so
I'm going to start reading your rights
right here is where we're at okay and
the first one says if you refuse to take
the chemical test none will be given but
you will subject yourselves to penalty
provided by law which include but not
limit to the suspension or revocation of
your driving privileges and if you are a
commercial driver's license holder is
qualification of your commercial driving
privileges you and understand that M
okay if you understand that let me get
you something put side this
on let's just use this book right
[Music]
here if you understand what I just wrote
to read to you I need you to put your
initials that you understand not that
you agree that you just understand right
there well as
your just initials right there that you
understand you hang on to the pen okay
just hang on to it cuz I'm going to read
you a couple more so we're going to to
fast forward to the breathalyzer because
that's the funny part now let me ask you
a question so far she hasn't been able
to complete any of the previous tests do
you think she'll be able to Simply blow
in a machine will she be able to
accomplish that simple task let's find
out all right go step paper for me Miss
farlo B deep breath blow in here okay
right there until I tell you to stop
blow hard blow blow blow blow stop yeah
what the minute you did is you start
blowing I was I
was we're going to try it again you got
two more chances okay
okay it take just a second you just wait
right here cuz it's going to about to
kick back
on
[Applause]
remember to blow steady steady okay it's
about to do
[Applause]
it all right big deep breath and blow in
there until I tell you to stop okay
careful blow blow blow harder blow blow
blow stop you're you're not blow hard I
I haven't changed yeah I'll show you on
on this machine when you start blowing
the top of it is how hard your blowing
and the bottom is how long you have to
blow and you're like way over here and
it needs to be over in here you're not
blowing very hard I haven't changed so
we're going to do this one last time you
got to get a deep breath and blow harder
than you're blowing okay
[Applause]
okay
all right big deep breath and blow in
here until I tell you stop blow harder
this time blow blow blow blow blow stop
Sor you lost your balance and and quit
blowing right just have a seat okay
[Music]
okay so here's the thing usually if
you're not able to blow in the machine
after the three attempts that's it
you're done you get an additional charge
of refusing the chemical test but this
officer is such a nice guy that he's
actually giving her an additional three
chances now he really didn't have to do
that especially considering that she
just tried to frame him for pushing her
off the chair but I guess he's just that
kind of
guy you know I'm going to try to do this
one more time so I don't have to charge
him refuse to take it okay I'm going to
try to I normally don't don't do this
but I'm going to try to do it one we're
going to try it one more time okay
remember when you do this big deep
breath blow steady cuz what you're doing
is you're putting your mouth on it start
to blow and then you immediately stop I
don't know if you're putting your tongue
behind it what you're doing but just
keep blowing hard until I tell you to
stop just blow air out your mouth into
the tube don't stop at
[Applause]
all when you start belowing you'll see
two different bars one the bar goes all
the way across the other is how hard
you're
blowing you'll see that when you start
blowing you'll see it on there but you
got to blow consistent you can't slow
down or stop cuz it'll shut it off up
here hold
on you getting sick mm no just a bir
okay careful big deep breath blow hard
until until I tell you to stop blow hard
blow blow blow hard blow blow blow blow
blow harder you stopped I no I promise
you I'll show you we'll do this again
I'll show it to you right here's how
long you got to blow right here is how
how hard you're blowing you got to blow
harder than that like twice if not three
times harder than that okay okay
reset all right big deep breath blow
until I tell you stop you'll see how
hard you're blowing right there blow
hard blow blow harder blow blow blow
blow blow see you stopped again I didn't
I promise well sh was on here that j i
cuz you start blowing and then you
automatically start slowing down you
can't slow down you got to actually blow
harder once you start blowing blow
harder like a whole lot harder
okay just trying to blow harder okay I'm
not trying to get on to you I'm just
trying to help you I'm
trying I understand you're trying let's
just blow a little harder so we can get
a sample okay it's just a minute to
reset this is your last chance okay
okay blow harder this time okay
blow blow blow blow harder blow see you
minut stop I I didn't I promise go ahead
and have a seat over there
okay all right Miss B go and step up
here for me yep so what's going to
happen is I'm charging you with driving
while intoxicated I think you're
impaired unable to drive a car so what
I'm going to do is I'm going to send
your driver's license to the state of
Wisconsin for it to be suspended so
right now I need you to sign for right
here and all this is saying is you're
going to get these two pink pieces of
paper this top one is going to be your
driver's license for 30 days this is
your driver's license this other one is
how to appeal the suspension of your
driver's license but these papers are
important I'm going to give them to you
as soon as you sign for them right here
okay just sign right
there say that you received
them today's date is 519 of
23 all right let me give you copies of
these
there you go just have a seat in the
chair right there let me finish up some
paperwork and we we'll get out of
here so unfortunately she is so wasted
that we will never know her blood
alcohol content which is disappointing I
would have guessed it would have
probably been at least .25 and above at
the very least now it's not over yet
because they're transporting her to the
jail which is just across the corner and
Karen has some demands for some odd
reason she thinks that she's entitled to
make
demands going go right back over here to
my
car on this side but there's my
hotel I figured it was your phone your
phone was telling me to turn I figured
that's where it was at it was either
there or the the Windom over
there stop right here and you can't C me
from St no ma'am not on driving while
intoxicated I can't no have a seat in
here wish I could but I can't would you
would you do me a favor what's that can
you take off can you take off my
handcuffs we're actually we're literally
going one building behind this so we're
going to be in the handcuffs for like 5
minutes so go ahead and climb in there
would you would you do me a favor going
I'm not going anywhere policy says I
have to do it this way I can't break
policy yes ma'am all right well then to
help me up okay ready
yep I got you careful go ahead and push
okay seriously yep so with this leg put
there you go I got you in there you go
slide a little further over right put
this on slide a little further over
there we
go right there so I put your seat belt
on
[Applause]
and
wrong
side all right come on come with me
slide
up just slide forward I'm I'm working on
it I got you I got you I'm just don't
want you to fall we're going to go right
around the corner
here to that door right
there just going to go on the left side
of the door there cuz he swings back
this
way go to that next
door
I'll
the Handel freezes every night around
this time don't come right up there
against that right there against that
wall you're good he's charged with DWF
first and refus
test so that's it for the video another
Caren arrested another one bites a dust
she was charged with DWI first offense
as well as refusing the chemical test
and she was also charged with following
too close and fail to yield now thanks
so much for watching I hope you enjoyed
the video don't forget I have several
other channels all the link are in the
description you'll find a lot more
