um started watching his female counter
part she was ring on the store um she
gathered up some stuff went to self
checkout and he was already there at the
self checkout um she scanned some stuff
scanned some milk had a handful of
cosmetics and other hand um set the milk
down turn around and put the cosmetics
in the cart he stuff that he had paid
for stuff in um and then he stopped at
Subway and she went out the door um he
went over towards this door here on the
GM side
and seeing one of the associates
following him as we were getting ready
to stop him turn around went back to the
other door talking on his phone and
eventually went out the grocery side
door where I stopped him and talked to
him um at that point I didn't know if he
had paid for his stuff or not okay um so
he did pay for his stuff some of it so
that receipt there is the stuff that was
in the cart that he had that was not
paid for it s check out I backed up
video and you can see he's using the
hand scanner to scan stuff but none of
that stuff is on the receipt for stuff
he paid for something was in the car
stuff that she did not
have Okay so so she so he brought a card
of stuffff up to self he had separate
carts and she tossed all of her stuff in
his cart okay and he didn't scan the
stuff that was in his cart initially um
he scans some of it so there there's a
receipt for like six or seven items it's
in the office I didn't bring with me

that was scanned this is the stuff that
was not scan not paid for so that is the

out on the grocery sidewalk convinced
him to get her to come back cuz she had
already walked out into the parking lot

and when I started separating stuff

um and then after I got so they went to
the self checkout he was already there
she started her transaction um and she

scan milk like this and turned around he
finished paying for the few items he'd
scanned and she turned around and just
threw these right in his cart without
attempting to scan them um and then
gathered the stuff that was already in
the bag and everything put it in his
cart they had separate carts to
initially and she put all her stuff in
his cart um he stopped at Subway to get
a drink of water and she went out the
grocery door he wandered across saw that
Ginger and I were following him stopped
at the door and asked that she check his
receipt and when he realized he didn't
have Alicia's receipt he turned around
went back to the grocery door and stood
there for a minute and then went out
onto the sidewalk where I stopped him
because this stuff was in the carart he
had so I needed him to get older her to
bring her back um she came back to the
office we talked for a minute um he
agreed to come back to the office with
her um but he didn't want to come in
here when I pulled the receipt here for
his
stuff um I found that there was all that
stuff um P day has a receipt for it um
that was not paid for that was his as
well as this stuff that was not paid for
