your left foot heel to toe like this and then hold your hands down by your sides like this until I tell you you start okay okay get back in the starting position for me you want left foot on the line Right Foot In Front Heel To Toe with your hands down by your sides right foot in front of your left foot there you go okay just hold that position until I tell you to start okay for this exercise what I'm going to have you do is take nine Heel To Toe steps take a series of small steps to turn around and take nine Heel To Toe steps back I'll give you an example okay so we're start in the starting position like you're right now you're going to take one two three I took three but you're going to take nine take a series of small steps to turn around and you're take nine he toe steps back okay one 2 3 again I took three you're going to take nine make sure we're walking Heel To Toe counting your steps out loud and you may begin whenever you're ready [Music] [Applause] [Music] okay just take a take any chemical test required by law your Ohio driving privileges will be suspended immediately and you'll have to pay a fee to have the Privileges re reinstated if you take any chemical tests required by law and are found to be at or over the prohibited amount of alcohol the controlled substance or metabol of controlled substance in your whole blood blood serum or plasma breath or urine as set by law your hard driving privileges will be suspended immediately you have to pay a fee to have your privileges reinstated if you take a chemical test you can you may have an independent chemical test taken at your own expense you've had no VI before correct no okay so with no priors if you refuse it's going to be an automatic year suspension okay um but if you provide a sample for us today and test over the legal limit you'll be suspended 90 days but if you test under the legal limit it'll be zero no suspension at all okay um you are under the age of 21 so your legal limit is 02 just so as your breath test okay okay so those are the three things are on this ticket okay this is not a mission of guilt just States I've informed you of your court date you might sign in that top line for yeah long um this is that form it is just the in compli implied consent form just basically stating that you're aware that um when you signed up for your license that you weren't going to drink and drive um all you have to do is basically sign that Circle right there just States I read that form to you at all okay were you able to get in uh tact with my uh person that's going to pick me up yeah that you've signed this is your tow sheet okay so on the bottom here kind of gives you the rundown on what you need to bring to get your car out okay so make sure you bring a photo ID as well as um the title this is your best sample that's that carbon copy and then this is the underage possession of alcohol as well as the open container I was in the vehicle both those court dates are the same okay so all those things will be handled at the same court hearing all right any questions for me no okay try in I appreciate your cooperation let's walk you up to your France and get you home after
