it it is like I own this vehicle yeah it's in your name yeah I own this yes but the tags on it are for a different vehicle it's fictitious tag so I have to give you citation I have to impound it is there anybody who come and give you a ride no you don't have anybody who can come and pick my child okay where are they no I don't no I don't start start trying to call somebody seeing seeing who can come and get you cuz unfortunately I've got to take it with me what what do you mean it's going to be impounded you got fictitious tags on there were you calling me or him [Music] what do you mean what big dishes tags the tags on the vehicle uh Hey sprigs come here step over here with me real quick now now be honest with me because I'm smelling it now have you had anything to drink yes okay how safety Drive SO3 yeah you are yeah okay didn't reference that se just ran Pi up okay iby come over here with me okay and face me okay okay stand with your feet just yeah right there it's fine you ahead and get somebody else up here too probably yeah uh go ahead and stand with your feet together for me yep just like this feet together all the way keep your hands down to your sides okay can you uh can you put your hair behind your ear so I can see your eyes there so it doesn't fall in front Okay hands out sides for me you have contacts in glasses glasses do you have contacts in you don't okay all right stand here I can watch just look straight head okay I want you to look at the tip of my finger all right just stare at [Music] it don't not don't move your head okay just your [Music] eyes keep looking straight ahead head face me move your eyes with my finger okay don't move your head at all not use your eyes to fall the tip of my finger leave your head completely still okay look head face me use your eyes and your eyes only to follow the tip of my finger okay just your eyes go the next one can't do it okay I'll have you stand right in front of me here over here yeah right there okay all right okay what I'll have you do ma'am oh my God can you put your right foot in front of your left yes right foot in front of your go ahead and do it now just like this right foot in front of your left can you do that for me can you put your right foot in front of your left please just like this can you do this [Applause] [Music] yeah okay right foot in front of your left please nope just stand still just just like this like I'm doing right [Applause] now nope nope go back to where you were what do you mean I want you to just look you see how I'm standing right now okay yes I want you to stand just like that like this just stand completely still can you do that for me see how my feet are and just stay yep nope go back to where you were right foot in front of your left yep and just stay like that oh why can do like this yep just stay no don't don't keep walking just stay right foot in front of your left and stay okay can you do that for me you're going to be like just like this just like he is y stand just like that the whole duration of the test or the uh the explanation you here can you stand like that for me do again just like this the thing instr and stay completely still can you do that nope don't don't start walking let's go to the next one try the one leg stand okay for this next one okay what I'm going to have you do is I'm going to have you put your feet together like this keep your hands down to your sides okay just stay like that until I tell you to start okay don't move until I tell you to start does that make sense okay when I tell you to start what you're going to do is raise either your right or your left foot whichever is more comfortable for you approximately 6 in off the ground while keeping your foot parallel to the ground okay so it's going to look like this okay you listening 6 in off the ground foot parallel to the ground and I want you to count in this manner 1,1 1,2 13 okay I want you to keep counting until I tell you to stop okay while you're doing this test hold on don't start yet don't start yet I haven't told you to start just stand like you were yep hands on to your sides okay while you're doing this test make sure you stare at the tip of your toe count out loud for me okay feet 6 in off the ground foot parallel to the ground arms down by your sides okay are you ready go ahead [Music] make sure you're staring at your toe [Music] Point keep going keep go okay goad turn around for put your hands on your back you're going you want me to move the Mel from your car to mine okay maybe I'll move him way we can do that just relax just relax [Music] to around this okay we're going to walk back here to my car okay okay follow me yep yep spr you already do that did he already out I'm move right now okay [Music] I hold on a second [Applause] all right we're going to step back here got have seat in my car have a seat all the way in please [Music] did she request metap anything um so she said uh when I first got here she said I hit my nose off the steering wheel and she had she did have blood on her nose I said uh said okay we got a squad coming um she I said do you have your seat belt on she said yes like well then you wouldn't have hit your head off the steering wheel so she obviously didn't have her seat belt on um when PA got here they went over and talked to her um she said no I don't need to see anybody I don't need anything so [Music] we say [Music] 63 two two good this is right tag don't charg enough uh probably just I don't know I don't know what I'm doing I just ran this [ __ ] uh you run that and attach it well there no sense in attack what am I looking at here she got a issue do you have Claudia hle yeah is that who you have under arrest she has the right tag it's in I mean she literally just didn't put this on the car okay cuz this is King George Sam huh 6364 yeah it's hers she actually needs this and it' probably be a good idea that's her White Title yeah do Sol send that with her to jail that way she can get her car back you ain't going to charge with driving on prior it's not fictitious at this point it's driving on prior owner tags no they're in her name the other one yeah the one on the vehicle's in it's still in her name is for a different car though then that's in proper display or something but I here's a tag I don't even care put it on but I mean that's literally she has everything right okay Vin's good and all that did you run this yeah yeah it should be the Volkswagen yeah it's uh just a uh yeah just attach this one as the thing that way
