on the afternoon of March 18th 2023 the
Orlando Police Department responded to
the scene at Universal Studios in
Orlando Florida for reports of a
potential theft inside of the theme park
the following shows the bodyw warn
camera footage of what happened during
the incident for now so um we were on
the build Drive which is like it's a
it's a water ride where you sit in a
circle right and when I got on I took
the um I took my my purse backpack off
and I set it in the center thing that
keeps things from getting wet okay and I
got off the ride and realized I didn't
have my purse and I turned around to get
it but like they they constantly fill
them and keep going so I let staff know
and they looked in every single one they
could and it was gone so I went I found
security and I mean this is like like a
15minute time frame and by the time that
I went to a store and they called
security for me and by that time the
first charge came up on my card you know
how much is the first charge yeah I I
have on the um on the witness statement
I made a list of every charge okay um
and like they and I so I immediately
started walking my cards and and then
they continued to try but they were
getting declined because I was able to
lock
them he pointed out like there
was I know who it is now and it was the
man that was sitting right next to next

probably 30s 40s Latino stocky um
he had on he had on shorts he definitely
had tattoos on his legs I remember a few
tattoos on his legs um he had I I he had
specific Nike sneakers the Nike sneakers
that he had on were like
um they like a special edition um
cartoon something cuz I I noticed them
and they were unusual like like
Sylvester or something weird like
that what what you know what color
they're white and then they had like um
they they definitely had red on
them and they were they were very
specific and I only know that CU you're
supposed to keep your shirt and shoes on
and took a shoes and socks off and when
he put them in the thing I noticed them
so was your whole purse missing or or
your card or my my purse and inside my
purse was a wallet an iPhone 13 Pro Max
which was my daughter-in-laws and we
tried to track it and they had already
like locked it um so credit cards my my
business ID my driver's license my
daughter-in-law's driver's license very
little cash maybe like 30 bucks um you
don't okay so are you guys from Florida

here got so if we can figure out you
know this is a guy did all this stuff

that's when they they grabbed it I
didn't s them you didn't see them grab
it but somebody gave you a credit card

Capital One or something I don't know I
