on May 11th 2021 the Orlando Police
Department responded to a call for
service at Universal Studios in Orlando
Florida for reports of a potential theft
within the theme park the following
shows the bodyw warn camera footage of
what happened during the incident
Unfortunately they didn't close their
locker all the way and from what I was
told took out of the locker and they
left so they've been waiting to figure
out
so NJ
Z3 it was this area right
here side like we bled everything out
here we've done the sweeps and
everything that we had and we
rebled did they see the person take the
stuff
out know I know what
you
guys or not but after they came back to
the locker and they left oh they came
back to the
locker theyed and then they and they
grabbed everything out of the
locker from what they saw in the cam
yeah okay so I thought they weren't able
to get the stuff
so what happened was two badies uh
signed a locker open after 9 they put
their stuff in uh when she walked away
she didn't fully close it so it was left
open uh gentleman soon after came behind
and then kind of scoped
out guys in a
locker fully
SEC um I'm out this
so guys they're going to do their own
investigation they're doing a report and
all that um if you want I can also do
one but if you're okay with just
handling with them that's okay too it's
just up to you guys what you want to
just handle deal with
them sorry again did you want to do a
police report as well or do you want to
just do a report with universal I will
also do a police report okay do you want
to press charges if the guy is found
like I want to know if the intention is
like he really like oh there's something
just open and then they went to L and
found or they intentionally bringing
stuff like I want to know that and I
will first put a charge for that person
first because I don't know his intention
anyway or her so I would like to put a c
for now but if if they really just at
last they going to lost and found that
then it's totally fine right yeah we're
not going to know that until we talk to
the guy so yeah awesome but you want to
do one with me as well yes okay you're
going have to fill out another statement
you all right with that yes than you
just give me did you have anything
taken is it just the carus so um her her

vacation okay I'm going to read
something to you you are being detained
for a criminal investigation okay I'm
going to read something to you this just
allows me to talk to you this doesn't
mean you are going to jail just allows
me to ask some of the questions that I
want to ask okay so I'm going to read
you a bunch of stuff here you're going
to answer me with the yes or no okay did
you take the Rip Ride rocket today did I
do what did you ride the Rip Ride rocket
today I don't know I honestly don't know
is the big red roller coaster no no were
you over there today yes I is there was
a long line so I'd like to come back
okay were you in the locker area today
yeah I put myself stuff in the locker
and I went got line line taking for got
stuff out the locker and left okay you
want to tell me what else happened in
the locker room keep in mind I'm asking
you some questions right now I mean you
already know the answers to the question
sir I'm not trying to see lie to you I'm
not that's the
preferred there was a bag there uhhuh I
it was it was in I I hit the locker you
scan your card it opens a locker for you
okay when I open this Locker a bag in
what what color bag it wasn't dark it
was a light color okay put my stuff in
there went on about my business went to
go get a line on the ride I come back
the bag's still in there all right I I
asked I knew it wasn't my girlfriend but
I was like hey is this your bag she's
like no and then she grabb the bag and
we went to the bathroom cuz we were sick
Wai in line we had to go take a piss so
we grabb she grabbed the bag we went to
the bathroom we went pissed so was in
the
bag you see what it is man I I left the
bag in the bathroom and that's the cards
okay I I didn't I didn't take nothing
from anybody and I wasn't trying to it
was just it was in it was in the locker
but you saw you saw something that
didn't belong to you you confirmed with
your girlfriend that it didn't belong to
her and you took it well she I mean so
I'm telling you the truth she took it
I'm not trying to get myself out of
trouble and she took the bag out the she
took the bag take it out the locker um
obviously those Grand position you know
I made I'm were we able to go to the
locker or the bathroom rather
and uh he's going D's going right to see
the men's room or the women's room it
was a family restroom
okay all
right which cash in here is not yours
all the hundreds are mine um
okay the ones are yours y all right sir
sir I'm being up front with you I have a
lied to you about what's happened today
could you please pay me the same respect
am I going to ja today well I'm I'm
still trying to figure that out right
now we got to figure out exactly what
you took and what your girl took um but
I will tell you there's a felony amount
of stuff that you guys took especially
that that BMW key which was is that
still in the bag I didn't take no BMW
keys is that still in the bag I I didn't
see no telling you the truth I didn't
see
no I
[Applause]
did well I appreciate your cander just
hang out with him for a second and talk
to
her yeah that's
fine all right man
you are being detained right now for a
criminal investigation so that being
said I got to read you a couple of
things okay just so I can talk to you
this does not mean you're going to jail
this just means I can ask the questions
that I want to ask okay I'm going to
have you answer me with a yes or no to
the following questions so what brought
you guys Universal today
just vacation okay did you guys go on
the rip Rod rocket today uh the big red
roller
coaster no no were you over at the
lockers today yes okay what happened
over at the lockers we were going to go
and then it was crazy and we left okay
so we went elsewhere okay so what else
happened at the lockers keep in mind I'm
not asking you a whole lot of questions
I don't already know the answer to that
he didn't already tell me I'm just
trying to see if you're going to lie
about it it was craz and there the whole
Locker thing and then we
left so M Hilton you're leaving out some
important details here well he tried to
do the locker thing and you know I was
just standing there and do loer mhm I
thought we're going for a ride and then
we laughed he said we're going to [ __ ]
we let me show you something real quick
okay we went
to keep in mind there's cameras all over
the place yeah he said he found a a
bag he said he found a bag okay so what
elaborate on the bag and after that I
went to the restroom and um I guess he
had the credit
card and that's it
you you got to keep you're you're not
telling me the whole truth you're
telling me bits and pieces he found a
bag in a locker he found a bag in a
locker did he take it out or did you
take it out he took it he says you took
it I didn't take it okay I didn't take
it sir cuz I didn't even was I didn't
even open a locker so why were the how
did you get those BMW keys what BMW keys
the ones that were in your purse I don't
have a BMW I don't even have a
purse in your little wallet here they
were in that wallet
this is all I have is that where the BMW
keys are I don't have in
the the KE in the Plastic
Bag the brown bag I don't have any Keys
sir okay I don't have any keys at all so
he took the bag
out and then you went to the bathroom
yes okay did he go with you to the
bathroom yes and what did you guys do in
the bathroom I I went to the restroom
and he went through the purse and that
was it okay so you had nothing to do
with any of this I didn't I didn't take
it
he I didn't take it I didn't know he
even had it he saw it and he took it we
have access to the cameras here all
right I'll take a look at those all
right anything else you want to tell me
I mean I he just said let's go and I
left and that was
it okay I I don't have any Keys
anything okay step up for me I'm going
to have you go back in that room by
myself just leave it there for now
right just go back to that first bench
that you sat at this was the best wall
which was found on her oh it was on
her was this the only possession that
belonged to the guest that was okay the
the the purse they had the other stuff
like the keys the earbuds all the other
that was Rec that was what was left
behind in the bathroom in the family
bathroom was turned into lost and found
that's already been given back to the
guest that that had the keys in it this
this is the only thing that was not in
the bag at the time where you covered it
okay which she had
[Applause]
[Music]
gotta so where did this come
from the bag okay so why did you tell me
that you didn't take anything I didn't
take I didn't take any
kid that was he handed it to
me and you knew it didn't belong to you
you know it didn't belong to him well it
was empty and I just I just I just stuck
stuck in my waistband that's all ser
it was empty did he empty it I don't
know I didn't I don't know sir may I say
something please okay just Ain
tight what's up you know I don't I don't
want to justify our actions and try to
sit here and act like what I did today
was not wrong in some form but our
intentions were never to steal or take
anything from anybody we we found
something in my my frame of mind whether
I'm right or wrong for it it was an
abandoned item I aband in a locker yes
yes sir it I I I scanned the thing and
it opened the locker to put my
belongings
in something I mean and you saw that the
other Locker was open it opened with my
card because it's supposed to it opened
with my card I go to get my stuff but
like I said I'm not trying to justify
what I did today sir I just never so if
your intention wasn't to steal the stuff
then what was your
intention well I I didn't feel like I
was taking for someone cuz it was just
sitting there and I looked at St for
grabs someone puts their St in the
locker maybe they forgot to close it and
it's just free game WR I'm wrong sir I'm
not trying to you understand that it is
theft if if it is it is but I can you
and tell you that's honestly not how I
saw it when I did what I
did you know what it is I apologize but
I wasn't I wasn't trying to steal from
anybody that's true but I'm wrong I'm
not trying to justy what I did all
right
thank okay I won't I won't we'll work
with you okay is that
good you got it okay I'm sorry I can't
hear you just speak up a little bit it
kind of hurts which one which side which
side can you twist your you should be
able to twist your arms can you twist
your arms okay just sit tight while I
double lock them hold on hold on hold on
hold on don't go anywhere cuz if if if
they don't double lock then they're
going to get tighter on you okay so I
don't want that to happen have a SE for
me
okay have a SE have a seat thank you all
right we're good you want to go grab
your car thanks Mom I have the money I
don't have anyone else
to ma'am thank you so
much I have I tell her all in the hotel
room
mom be [ __ ] kidding me right
now so you have to understand that's not
decision that's their decision okay y

guilty thank you for watching
