that okay based on what he's told me about his observations and my observations of you I'm a little concerned about your state of impairment right now I've it seems like you've been really unsteady on your feet a little confused about where you're at um and I can I can smell alcohol coming off of your breath pretty pretty strongly okay so based on that information I'm not going to force you to do anything but if you would like to do some field sobriety exercises with me to um I guess sort of uh convince me or show me that you're not impaired and you were safe to be driving I'd like for you to do that if you if you feel up to it I'm not safe I I'll just tell you right now okay um Sherry do do you have any medical issues that we need to address I guess I should so fire was out here they
