cuz we thought it was fireworks and we went to go outside cuz we heard a huge crash and from what I know is that this dude over here was like drunk and had a bottle or something and messed up the gate that's right over here by the trash cans okay and then he hit two no he hit three other cars there's one that's parked on the side by his trash cans and two others that he rammed into okay and then he proceeded to get out of his car and one of the ladies was filming him he doesn't have license play either okay and what happened after that um we started like to chase him down cuz he got out and started he's all just blabbering and just drunk and out of it completely and then me and my roommate started chasing him with that guy and do you know who that guy is I don't know I don't know his name okay so why is he all beat up cuz apparently two other guys uh tried to fight him and they got mad and he was listening to them and we were telling him to sit down he wasn't listening at all okay where are those guys um the other guy he walked back to his apartment he had like a big black coat on with like a black hat uh kind of skinny headed color guy um okay so I don't know where he is now one seeing so we go and sure enough there's a car who busted through that person's vehicle who was sitting in it as well as two others that were parked dude's totally hammered and uh so how do you get all beat up so we were just trying to like keep him where the accident happened and he starts getting in a tle with another tenant that I don't even know cuz I don't know people in this complex okay and the next minute um this person is trying to just get him to stay and sit down rather than like try to run or something okay next minute he pulls out his firearm and does a warning shot and where did that happen uh right over be here but like between the buildings here yeah a little ways from the accident and so now um the D this dude disappears like where did he go like is he about to like run or something and we try to find him and sure enough he's already over here we just kind of have him at least triy to have him sit down over here and he's all over the place altering okay we're fight us and everything and until you guys got here okay so in relation to where your car is parked where were you when you fired that round I was by my by the car so you were next like near your car couple hours ago that's not from my gun no way my car was intact when I when we got here um there was no way that I shot that I only shot one round in the air and there Witnesses too I shot one in the air and that's it inside the car we weren't I wasn't in the car we were in the apartment when we heard the the bang bang loud loud and the the four holes that you see is from the fence I I remov the right now you're under arrest okay so you're being charged with one count of shooting at her from a motor vehicle and one count of negligent use of a deadly weapon discharging okay you can't just be shooting guns up in the air that's not okay listen to me okay so that's that's the evidence that I have right now okay okay based on the statement you gave to the sergeant earlier um and the evidence the actual physical evidence that we have on seene at your vehicle so what's going to happen with your car today so your car's going get sealed and it's going to get towed okay and then I'm going to execute a search warrant on the car um that'll happen hopefully later this week um and then uh we'll go from there okay so uh officer defron is going to get you down to our facility downtown um and then I've got to finish some paperwork I've got to deal with his situation as well um that's not and then we'll go from there okay so uh one of the charges is a felony so this shooting matter is a felony charge I didn't do that so I have probable cause to believe that you did no I I I didn't Bas oh you can you can leave that I didn't sir okay so like I said that's what the evidence I have on scene says so that's what you're being charge based on it's just a charge at this point it's just an allegation okay so it still has to go through the whole process but that's kind of where we're at
