I'm going to tell you one more time. Get out of the car. Do you understand me? Do you understand me? Get out of the car now. >> I don't need problem. Welcome back to the Vambellian channel, guys. Today we head to Wikcomo County, Maryland, courtesy of Popo Cam for another right to travel fail where a sovereign citizen tries to cite federal law and then refuses to step out of his vehicle leading to a corporal arriving on the stop to rip out his car window with his bare hands. Yes, you heard that right. Let's get into it. Hello. Hi, I'm Deputy Suka from the sheriff's office. Everything's auto vision recorded. You know why I stopped you today? >> Yeah. >> Right. So the speed limit is 40. Almost lost the switch. I got you going 60. It also looks like your plates are expired. >> 11 of 24. I'm sorry. >> 11 of 24. Right. You got your license on you, sir? >> Huh? You need a license to drive? >> You don't? Why don't you drive? >> Okay. Huh? >> UCC. >> Okay. >> Driving is not required. License is not required. >> All right. State of Maryland, you need a license to drive. >> Wait, so the Uniform Commercial Code, UC, a uniformly adopted state law governing all interstate commercial transaction applies to you because of some wild misunderstanding of the term employed, but actual state law that governs traffic laws doesn't. Yeah, that's not nor has it ever been how that works, mate. >> Do you have any ID on you? >> I do not. >> You have the registration on you, >> sir? >> Yeah. >> Code requires that you not have a driver's license. License. >> Okay. So, you don't want to give me anything? >> I'm giving you the law. >> Okay. >> No, mate. Let's be honest, you're repeating a script you heard about on the internet that even on its face doesn't make sense. I mean, by your logic, a child can get behind the wheel of a car and start driving around ignoring the rules of the road with impunity, it would be chaos. 260 to 62. All right. Start my way, please. All right. So you don't want to give me anything? >> I mean listen. >> All right. You need >> as not to be as not to be uh combative. Not not being combative. >> I'm not being competitive with you either. >> I know. I know. But however, >> I'm just telling you, but in the state of Maryland, you need a license to drive. >> I understand. That's and and I understand what you're saying. >> Okay. >> However, what I'm what I'm informing you, sir. >> Okay. >> Is that codec code requires that we do not have license. We do not have to have license on the commission of car license. This is personal vehicle. I'm traveling. I had the right to travel from point A to point B under uninterrupted. >> Okay. >> Right. That's that's you know, >> right? >> Don't think this deputy is buying what you're selling, mate. And rightly so. I mean, if you didn't need a driver's license, he wouldn't be wasting his time asking you for one. It's really that simple. >> So, all right. But I'm just saying how it is in Maryland. And >> well, this is this Well, Maryland is under the federal government, correct? >> You need Maryland is a privilege to drive. All right. No, this it's not a privilege in in Maryland or any other federal district under federal UCCC. >> This is this is law. >> All right. >> UC law. >> Okay. So, I'm asking you don't want to give me any information. >> I'm the law does not require me to give you. >> Okay. But it does. >> It does. Yeah, it does. >> All right. So, you don't want to give me anything at all. >> Law does not require me to do that. I am asking you to give me your license and registration >> and I'm telling you that the law does not require me to do that. >> Okay. All right. Just give me a few minutes. Okay. >> The law that requires you to carry and produce your license and the consequences for not doing so are crystal clear. Or at least they are to most of us. So I have absolutely no sympathy for what's about to happen to this guy. But first, the deputy goes back to his vehicle to wait for backup and to see if he can find him in the system. >> You on the phone? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Sovereign citizen. >> I guess you aren't around, are you? >> I'm coming. I'm going to mill. >> All right. >> You got your volume turned down? >> Yeah, just in case. That's to go to court. Huh? >> Huh? >> Just in case go to court. >> Did she give they give you any documents? >> No. >> Nothing? >> No. >> What did they say? >> They saying I'm a traveler and I don't need to do this. I don't need to give you any information. >> I can't find him. I tried. There's only one guy been pulled over. Troy Smiley. But I don't think that's him. >> Is that him? >> Huh? >> It kind of looks like him. So, this is his Jenny license and this Maryland permit. That don't look like him. This kind of looks like him. He's got glasses on so I can't tell with the eye. What' you stop for? >> 60 and a 40 expired registration. >> Smoke. He's smoking a cigarette right away. >> Do you get out? >> Not yet. Waiting for Rian. >> Probably not going to get out. >> Sounds like one of the deputies is looking forward to this as much as we are. >> It's going to go one of two ways where he I don't know. It's >> obstruction. Ring said it was closed, so >> I can't. >> Huh? >> Yes. Here's the corporal. And you can tell by the way he's packed and his demeanor that he has absolutely no time for this sovereign citizen nonsense. If you haven't already, get your popcorn ready. >> I can't find nothing. I don't know who he is. Um, he won't give me anything. Say he's a traveler. starts name federal code. >> That guy don't look like him, though. I I looked him up in ETS. >> Okay. All right. Did >> you explain the law to him? >> I said it's privilege in Maryland to have a license and you need to have a license to drive. >> What's up with the tags? >> Expired. I pulled them for 60 and 40. >> Hey, sir. Can you open your door for me? >> No. >> All right. Well, you got to get out of the car for me. >> Why? because you're not you're not acting right. Come on, >> hop out of the car and we'll talk about it here. I understand you're a sovereign citizen and all that. Okay. My name's Corporan. I'm the supervisor. You've been ordered. All right. >> Okay. >> Go ahead and hop out for me. >> I I'm in fear. >> Listen. >> Yeah. Sorry. Claiming to be in fear is not an excuse to refuse a lawful order to step out. In the same way, claiming you don't need a license to drive doesn't make it true. And to be honest, you guys, sovereign citizens, have diluted that word of late because you misuse it so much. You listen listen listen listen listen listen listen listen listen listen listen listen listen listen listen listen listen listen listen listen listen listen you to hop out this car >> yes there is because I'm telling you to in the state of Maryland I can tell you get out of the car so you're going to get out of the car you're going to go to jail I'm going to tell you one more time get out of the car do you understand me do you understand me get out of the car now >> what's your probable cause >> I don't need probable cause Get on the ground. Get on the ground. This is crazy. >> Are you serious? >> Dude, the only thing crazy about this is you pretending the law doesn't apply to you. So, yeah, they're taking it seriously. Anyway, now for the obligatory slow-mo window removal. The look on his face as the colonel rips not only his window out but part of the door trim as well is priceless. >> No arrest for obstructing >> identify car is being towed. [clears throat] >> Wow. Okay. Roll over. Hello. Anyone want to show your car? Can I have my hat back, please? >> Yeah. Show your car. I don't know. >> Is it your car? >> My daughter's car. >> So that's why you didn't care if the window got smashed in or not. It wasn't even your car. Way to show how much respect you have for your daughter and her property. Another dad of the year contender here. >> Okay. What's your name? >> My name is Troy. >> Okay. It's not that hard. Now you get to go to jail. my code. Can >> I have my cigarette, please? >> What cigarette? >> Right here. >> Bar is unsecure. scan it. >> Yep. >> Um, that is >> Yeah, just pat him down. Make sure he's got nothing illegal on him. I think it is Troy Smiley. >> Huh? >> I think it is Troy Smiley. >> It doesn't look like I missed on that picture. >> I know. He's bad off. >> Congratulations, Colonel Rian. You just made it battered and a little bruised into my sovereign citizen window smash hall of fame right alongside Lieutenant Cochran and Officer Shipley. >> Why didn't you do me your name? Huh? You good? >> Yeah. You go ahead back. Have >> have Jake go back with you. >> Okay. >> Um and I'll have somebody meet you back there. I'll have um I'll have 30 21 meet you back there. >> All right. So, apparently the ride to jail and the first hour and a half, most of which was spent in a cell at the sheriff's department, was relatively uneventful. So, we're going to fast forward to his arrival at the jail where he continues with the script that just got him arrested. >> Sounds really boring the day. Do all this paper. >> You caused it. >> I caused it. >> Yeah, you did. >> No, I didn't. >> I didn't. >> Y'all police. Y'all supposed to know that all >> I did. That's why you're here. No. >> Well, I play you. >> Okay. I'm going to give you a Christmas present. >> You know what's a Christmas present? >> Your department that you work for does not back you. >> Okay. Why doesn't >> Because you are individual contractor. >> Is that right? >> For your for your department. So you violated my rights. >> Which person did we violate? >> All of them. >> Which ones? All of them. >> Wait, which ones? >> Being susceptible to misinformation online that sounds appealing is not studying the law, my friend. >> But >> get behind the blue line. >> Y'all open yourself up personally >> for whatever consequences and whatever. >> What may that be? You're not backed by your police department. I'm telling y'all because y'all young know the law, bro. This is the United States. >> I said we do. That's why you're here. >> No, this is the United States. >> I know. >> Corporation of America. >> There's two forms of government going on. Obviously are are I'm very unfamiliar, which I will be. >> All right, so this is where I'm going to leave this one. According to Popo Cam on Maryland case search, his bond was released on a guilty plea. And when there is a bond, it could either mean the case concluded with a dismissal, a guilty, or the trial ending the bond purposes, or the defendant paid his bond and agreed to show up at court. So, another right to travel fail basically. Right. Thank you so much for watching guys. If you enjoyed this video, please leave me a like, share the video, and subscribe to the channel.
