You have to go to >> All right, y'all. >> I'm telling you that he provoked him. >> Well, at the Well, none of the charges stem is from this tonight. It's because of his own doing because of nobody else. >> Hey everyone, it's Trent, prior deputy sheriff, patrol sergeant, and K-9 handler. This is just another case where the suspect was completely responsible for getting themselves arrested. These cops, especially the main officer, were being incredibly cool throughout this entire thing and gave this suspect multiple opportunities to leave the area right after they trespassed him and repeatedly reminded him to stop using the language that he was using in the manner that he was using it. They were not able to arrest him for terroristic threats because in the state of Georgia where this took place, you need corroborated testimony and in this case, they did not have it. So, another witness or some other piece of substantial evidence that shows that those threats did in fact occur and that they were valid. So, since the suspect was getting off with just a trespass warning, you think that he would just go ahead and leave the area, but no, he wants to continue to tell his other family member that he wants them to also and again just walked himself into those handcuffs. And then, of course, he fake fell down. Even his mom admitted to these cops that he did not get pushed whatsoever. And then I've stated this before too, but this is a very odd phenomenon and I have no idea why this happens. I've seen it countless times, but grown men that are yelling out or crying for their mothers when they finally get arrested get handcuffs put on them and get put back in a patrol car. And that's going to be it for this one. See you guys in the next one. >> He was charged with obstruction of Leo and disorderly conduct. [Music]
