You're gonna put that out before we get in my car, all right? >> Damn, bro. >> You know your girl's name? >> I just know her name is Bree. That's all. >> Okay. >> The suspect who pulled the trigger of the officer's gun was identified as 33-year-old Breanna Irwin, and her friend was identified as Wanda. Wanda was taken into custody for an active warrant she had for another shoplifting investigation. She was not given any more charges regarding this incident, and she is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Reports indicate that after Breanna's purses were searched, she was found to be in possession of a meth pipe and merchandise tagged from Dollar General, including a black clothing item, two fake nail [music] kits, and a pink and white pair of leggings. However, due to the chaos of the scene, the theft portion of the case was left open pending investigation. According to court records, she also had an active warrant at the time of the incident for felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. In addition to the warrant, she was charged with two counts of felony aggravated assault against a public servant, felony resisting arrest with a deadly weapon, resisting arrest, evading arrest, [music] felony harassment of a public servant, and felony possession of a controlled substance. She later pleaded guilty to aggravated assault against a public servant, evading arrest, harassment of a public servant, and possession of a controlled substance. She was sentenced [music] to 40 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. She will be 73 years old when she's released in 2065.
