Turn and face the inside of my truck. Okay, stay right there. Here's what's going to happen, my man. They're going to evaluate you. I'm going to take you out of handcuffs. If you fight or anything else, you are still in custody. You will get force used against you again. Do you understand me? Do you understand? Do you need both Hey, do you need both hands out? I just need one. All right. So, I'm going to take your right hand out, man. Just hold still. Hold still. I don't know what to There we go. All right. You're off for a sec. Let them evaluate you. Do you want to have him sit? All right, I'm going to evaluate you medically. Do you want to have him sit? Yeah, I'm going to put two sets of cuffs on you. You're a big dude like me. All right. Okay, so I have to put Okay, so I got to evaluate you again. Hold still. All right, go ahead and take a seat with me. There you go. Bottom first. Hey boss, I'm going to remove those tasers, okay? Those probes. All the probes, yeah. Probably was in the air right here. Landed again, slid a little bit, and that's where he ended up. So, I mean, what is that? At least two times? Drunk. That's the only reason why he's alive. He's drunk. Yeah. Every time you go to like one of these crazy crashes, you're like, "How is this person alive?" They're drunk. Always drunk. Yeah, no, I I saw the whole thing. Well, he come around the corner like driving out of hell. He hit that guardrail. And he just flipped it over. Well, you see all the damage he did. But he got out. I watched him when he come out of the out of the bus. And I knew there was something wrong with him. Shock, something. I mean, I can't I'm not a doctor, so I have no idea. But then he got up. And I could see that as soon as he got up, he was like I don't know what he was doing. I said there was something wrong with him. And then he just started running in the cars. And then he walked away. That he did. And uh From where? I don't have no idea. How many times did he flip? What do you mean? The truck? Yeah. Four times. Yeah, and I mean, it it flipped and like I said, it went all the way down there. Right there. I mean, it had to be going at least 60. Three, four times. You know. So, he came around this curve? >> Came around that curve. He hit it. It just That was it. I don't know if anything He was pulling anything or whatever. I can't tell you that cuz I have no idea. Um And I knew he was [ __ ] up when he got out of that car. I know that much. I ain't got to be a doctor, but I could tell you he [ __ ] up. What happened after he got out? Well, he started running around like like he had this piece of paper in his hand. I don't know if it meant anything or not, but he started going all these different cars. Looking up underneath them. Then he got out and he walked that way. He came around, he walked around, and he climbed up the hill, went up top, ran in. I told the idiot, I said, "Man, get out of the street." He said, "I'M OKAY." He turned around and he ran right into a car that was coming down the street. It hit him, he go down, but he jumped right back up again. So, then I'm thinking, "What the [ __ ] is just going on?" You know? I mean, I don't know if he's a straight gentleman or what it is, but I don't know. All I know is they tased him times. You could hear it go off over there. So, that tells me something right there, you know? I mean, it only takes a minute. Did you see what happened right there with the officers? Oh, yeah, I could see everything from What happened with the officers? Now, one came out, the older gentleman with the silver hair. He came out and he pulled his pistol out first, which I thought was wrong. But he put it away, which I'm glad, and he pulled out his taser. I'm like, "Okay, I can deal with this." I don't like seeing a guy getting electrocuted, you know what I mean? Shot is a whole 'nother thing. Right. So, anyway, uh he shot the He shot him up. Shot him at least two or three times before the other patrolman came down here and and met up with the black guy. Uh But, uh they uh then he I guess he got it He was out. But, it didn't six times he shot. So, Where were they standing when that happened? Right there at the end of the And I See where that that green truck was? >> Yes. Right to the right of that. In the street, though. In the street. All right. Oh, yeah, in the highway. Yeah. Did he uh did he run from them? I don't know if he was running from them or if he was running from himself or what he was doing. All I know is is that when they came It's like anybody else. If you'd have came up here with with resistance towards me, I'd have been an [ __ ] Right. >> But, because you didn't, I'm not. Do you understand what I'm saying? >> I appreciate you. No, no problem. Cuz I can be an [ __ ] No problem whatsoever. Thank you all. Yes, we can. But, anyway, like I said, when they finally got him right there, um then they got him over to the car and I'm out of there from there. Okay. So, whatever that Joe said to you about it, where he's like He's trying to force He was like He was doing this Oh, I didn't trying to get him. I didn't hear that get him shoot him. Yeah. Yeah, that's not surprising. And then that's what we found on the floor where you guys took him into custody right there. Is that his DNR? Is that his last name? Well, A last name which matches his. Um Cuz this is his lifeline. Oh. Interesting. When did it get signed? Uh it doesn't have the address on here. We'd have to call the the physicians. Doesn't have the date? It It's probably up here where it got ripped. Probably. Okay. Well, Nothing. There's nothing there. Nothing. Okay. Um Would it be possible Can we check his cuffs just to make sure they're not too tight? We're going to just going to check them, but I don't make any promises, okay? You've got to be a certain weight. Oh, they're good. Okay. Would you have a seat for me, sir? I got you. Sorry. I'll find out. All right. You helped him with his He said you helped him with his weight last time. I appreciate that. When did you Mr. Lombardi have to talk to you? Do you need the AC or anything on back here? Oh, [ __ ] Hey, sorry. Oh, I think there's something wrong with my ribs, too. Your ribs? Okay. You want medical back out here or no? No. No? Okay. Do you need the AC or the heater on? Uh AC or the AC? All right. The man was charged with DWI, leaving the scene of an accident, and resisting an officer. Records indicate he is still employed by the city of Albuquerque at the publishing of this video.
