No, no, no. You do not open my door. You do not open my door. I'm calling my >> Wow, dude. Wow. Do not >> Get out of the car. >> Don't pull my hair. >> out of the vehicle. >> Do not pull my here. I'm not resisting. >> What's up, everybody? Let me just say that it's very rare that we are able to get a tasing and a window smash in the exact same body cam. And luckily, today that's exactly what we got. On top of that, we have a drunk Karen who gets dragged out of her car. Without further ado, let's get started. >> shift. >> Yeah, I'm just what I'm trying to. >> Nice, nice. I'm I know I'm stealthy. I'm like a ninja. >> We both work We both work. He works at Lake City, yeah. I work at the >> Okay, I'll go I'll go let him know. Hey there. >> We both can we I'm on waiting until she's finished with what she was doing. >> Okay, she didn't stop for a stop sign. What's the attitude for? >> There's no attitude. I said, "Okay." What's your attitude for? >> I don't have an attitude, man. >> Okay, well, I don't have an attitude. >> Why don't you go ahead and you need to pull forward, okay? Since we want to have attitudes, you're not going to stand here while we conduct our traffic stop, okay? >> here. I pulled over to the side of the road. >> So, no, you're in our immediate vicinity. You're going to pull forward. >> I'm 3 ft away from you. >> You're giving me a lawful order right now. So, if you don't pull forward, you're going to go to jail. Pull forward right now. >> order? >> Pull forward. >> Where's your supervisor? Are you serious? >> I am the supervisor. Pull forward. >> All right. So, I'm on the side of police 99% of the time. But in this particular scenario, I don't think that this guy was having an attitude at all. He asked why his wife was being pulled over, the cop answered, and he said, "Okay. All right." And he looked forward as if he was just going to wait. Now, somehow the cop perceived that as him having an attitude. Let's watch it back, and please let me know in the comments section. Do you think that what he said should be considered having an attitude? >> I'm on waiting until she's finished with what she doing. >> Okay, she didn't stop for a stop sign. Personally, I don't see how that could be perceived as having an attitude. He just said he's going to wait. He got the explanation. That's it. Now, with that being said, everything afterwards was a huge mistake on his end because even if the cop perceives that he has an attitude, he still has the legal right to give him a lawful order to get away from the traffic stop. So, I still believe that everything the cop did afterwards is by the book and the guy's in the wrong. I just don't think the reason why it started in the first place was valid. Let me know what you think down below and let's take a look at the window smash. >> Well, I can speak to your other side. >> Turn your vehicle off and give me your driver's license now. >> giving you nothing. >> Pull >> Cuz I ain't did nothing. I pulled over to make sure my >> Open your door. Open the door. Open the door. >> I will not get out. You just not going to >> Open the door. >> I'm going to step out of the vehicle. >> You're being given a lawful order. Open the door right now. >> Can you step away from my vehicle or can I call your supervisor? >> Sir? >> Do not put your hands, sir. Wow. Wow. Do not >> Get out of the car, you. >> Why are you attacking me? I got you on camera. >> Stop. >> Yeah. >> Touch me. I did not do nothing. Do not touch me. >> Put your >> Can you release your hand? >> Nervous, get over here. Stop right now. >> I did not do nothing. >> Get out of the >> car. >> Get out of the car. Get out of the car now. >> Can you get your hand off my phone? >> Get out of the car. >> I'm just I'm stopped. I'm recording you. >> Open it. >> So, release me. >> Open the door. >> This is my lawful recording. >> Open the door. Open it now. >> [screaming] >> Oh my god. >> Open the door now or you're going to get it again. >> Yes, sir. Get out of the >> Get out of the car. This mother Turn around, get on the ground now. Get on the ground. Get on the ground. Get on the ground now. Lay down. Lay down. >> I'm not the [ __ ] second and this [ __ ] is touching me. >> Lay back. >> I'm going to sue the [ __ ] out of you guys. Oh my god. I'm going to sue the [ __ ] out of you guys. This is crazy. Bro, I'm going to have your badge, bro. >> Bro, you're giving a lawful order and you defied you defied it. >> I'm going to have your badge, bro. >> That's fine, man. All right, stand up. >> You guys see this man illegally put his hand in my car and now he's leaving. >> Yeah, I think unfortunately this guy doesn't really understand how the law works because they were doing a traffic stop and he was given a lawful order to move away from the traffic stop. And that's the thing, if he would have been able to put his ego aside and realize that this fight is just not worth it, none of this would have happened. I find this situation really unfortunate because the lady was just going to get a traffic ticket. That was it. All of this could have been done in maybe 5 minutes. But sometimes when egos get in the way, it escalates just like this. >> Where's the supervisor? >> Wow. >> Honey, I got to see this, right? Bro, get your hand off of me. Stop. Stop. And you want me to tell him get in. >> We're not doing this. Check his pockets. Lane four. >> You doing this, I'm not resisting. >> Lane four, and you keep you keep pushing me back. Stop. >> I didn't say [ __ ] moving. You searching me. Do you feel me moving? >> Stay back. >> Well, that's what he had to do cuz I don't feel moving. >> He's got He's got to listen. >> I'm going to work. Why would I have weapons on me? >> Take him. >> What am I doing? I want to stand, please. I want to stand, Mike. Sit down. Sir, can I stand, please? As a courtesy, can I stand, please? I don't want to sit up right now. I asked you as a courtesy, can I stand, please? >> Obviously. All right. Good job, Mike. >> All right. >> I need your badge number and name. >> It'll be on your arrest paperwork. His wife is a lot nicer than him. >> I was calm. I sit in my car with this man. >> What started out as a simple traffic ticket ended up in five charges for this guy. Battery on Leo, resisting an officer with violence, assault on Leo, resisting an officer without violence, and refuse or fail to obey Leo or FD official. In life, you got to pick your battles, and this one, it wasn't it. Not worth it whatsoever. Let's move on to the next body cam. >> Yeah, he told me the same thing, but >> I got you. >> LASIK eye surgery guy recommended it. >> Okay, I got you. Do you have your insurance with you and your license, ma'am? >> Um I have my license, but I'm going to have to call my husband to get a copy of my insurance. >> Okay, who's your insurance through? >> Um no, it's a local one in The Dalles. >> It's a local one in The Dalles. Okay, do you have your license? Can I see it, please? Where are you living right now? >> In The Dalles. >> Okay, I got you. >> We came to pick up a cake from Dairy Queen for my son's birthday. >> Okay, I got you. Thank you. >> Um I'm going to grab my phone so that I can call my husband. >> Yeah, where's your phone at? Okay, I got you. Can you do me a solid? Can you roll your window up to about right here for me, please? Okay. How long have you had this car? >> 3 years. >> Okay, I'm just going to try to clean off a little bit of the salt. Try Try to. Did you guys put the tint on yourself or did you guys Did it come with it? Okay. >> Which was actually part of reason we got it. >> Okay. >> Hi. >> So So I am letting 30% light in. Okay, for a sedan like this you need at least let 70% light in. So obviously it's tinted way more than it's supposed to be, okay? >> Right. Um you pulled me over for my tint. And I need a copy of my insurance. >> Can you open this door for me, please? Thank you. Um I am looking for I don't actually see it. >> We bought the car out of Minnesota. >> Okay. Can you roll Can I roll this window up? >> Yes. >> You bought it out of Minnesota? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Okay, yes. The AS2. So it's supposed to be at least 70%. Um any cannabis tonight? >> Um no. >> Have you ever smoked cannabis? >> I've definitely smoked cannabis. I'm 34 years old, but not this evening, no. >> Not this evening. When was the last time you smoked? >> Um I don't know. Probably yesterday or the day before that. >> Okay. I got you. >> little excessive for tint. >> So this is a very common logical fallacy. She thinks that because the original stop was for a tinted window, then that is the only thing that they can investigate. That is completely ridiculous. Most drug smugglers aren't investigated for drugs immediately. Most of the time it's speeding or a busted tail light, something wrong with the tag, and that's where it starts. And where it ends up is in seizures of kilos and kilos of whatever drug. So it doesn't really matter what you're being pulled over for. Once you're pulled over, the cops can investigate you for pretty much anything they see. Well, no. I don't I don't believe it is, ma'am. >> This is my insurance card. It expires today, actually. Oh, no. Wait. Um I might have said 2020. >> It does say 2023. >> Oh. Well >> Is it still through State Farm? >> Yeah. >> Okay. You haven't smoked any cannabis recently? >> No, not today. >> Okay. Is there any cannabis in the vehicle? >> Um there probably is cannabis in the >> Where in the vehicle would it be? >> Um my aunt has cancer. >> I have cancer. >> okay. She travels with it like all the time. She's from Illinois. >> Okay, I got you. Still in the state of Wisconsin there's no medical exemption for cannabis. Okay? >> They don't? >> No, we don't have a a medical exemption in the state of Wisconsin. >> got approved for her medical card. >> Okay. That That doesn't apply to going cross state though. If you that's still have to stay in Illinois, okay? >> Okay. >> Um >> I didn't realize it didn't uh >> I got you. Do you have it on you? Is you the one You the one with the cannabis? How much do you have on you? Okay. I got you. Where Where in the vehicle is it? Right there? Do you have your ID on you, ma'am? >> Obviously, if I did have a screenshot of it, it would be um expired as well. So >> Okay. I got you. Um give me a couple minutes. I'll be right back, all right? I'm going to close this door, okay? Can you just roll down your window? Actually, you can leave it up for now. What I would like you to do for the time being is I want you to pull into this church parking lot right here, okay? Cuz it's a flat ground, all right? Hey, um this will >> in the car. The passenger is um older, an older lady. >> Okay. >> She has a medical card out of Illinois. I'm not saying she had it or anything, but the driver advised that she used it a couple days ago. Um so I would love definitely want to look at through her for two fields and make sure she's okay. >> Okay. >> Um he's in first out with the the kids. >> Oh, okay. >> Yeah. Yeah. So how much cannabis is in the vehicle right now? >> She said that she has a small vial is what she said. >> Okay. Do you have anything that's yours? >> Um you cannot search my vehicle. >> Okay. >> And this is a little excessive. >> It's crazy how confident she is that you cannot search her vehicle. How are you this confident and so wrong? He smells the weed, so obviously he has probable cause to search the car. If you don't want to get your car searched, then maybe put your weed in the trunk in a bag that doesn't make it smell, and definitely don't smoke in your car because then you're just bringing more attention to yourself. Every single time you're going to get pulled over, they're going to investigate you for not only DUI, but possession. It's just not worth it. And I do want to add that the smell of weed and the smell of burnt weed is very different. The smell of burnt weed is extremely strong and it will last for a couple days in your car. So, even if you smoked the day before, they'll still smell it the very next day. >> for window tint at 7:00 at night on a [ __ ] Friday. >> So, I don't believe it is, okay? Cuz we got a couple things here. I I I got the unmistakable odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. You got the admission that there's marijuana coming from the vehicle, which does give me probable cause to search this vehicle. So, that is what I would like to do next, okay? >> giving you permission. >> That's fine. I don't need your permission at this point, ma'am. >> Uh I do believe that you do. >> I do not, okay? Can I have you hop out of the vehicle for me, okay? >> Okay, if you're going to be refusing my lawful order, then you could be arrested for obstruction. >> I understand that, and it's a ticketed fine and a >> No, that's that's that's taking you to jail, ma'am. And I do not want to be doing that right now, okay? >> Please don't do that. >> I I agree. So, that's why I'm asking you to exit the vehicle, please. >> I am telling you that I you cannot search my vehicle. >> Okay, I understand you don't give me consent to search your vehicle, ma'am. That's fine. But I have the legal ability to search your vehicle based off the admission of marijuana being in the vehicle. And also the >> it in her purse. She told you that. >> Okay. I can still I I still search the vehicle. >> That is unnecessary. It is 4° out. >> This is >> And my aunt weighs 70 lb. >> Then you guys can have a seat in one of our squad cars where we have heat. Okay? These are the options I'm giving you, okay? The other thing is if you refuse to step out of the vehicle, then I will be placing you under arrest for obstruction. Okay? Now, I prefer not to go that route, okay? I would prefer you just to exit the vehicle, allow me to search it, allow me to conclude my investigation. And we can >> What? You're going to take us to jail anyway. You think I'm >> For what? >> Are you kidding me? Because you're pulling me over for [ __ ] window tint. >> Yes, that is a valid stop in the state of Wisconsin. >> That is ridiculous. That is absolute absolute ridiculous and you're aboard. No, no, no. You do not >> my door. You do not open my door. I'm calling my >> One hand >> I'm calling my husband. Do not [ __ ] touch >> Stop. >> Do not [ __ ] touch me. >> You just slammed my hand in your door. We're past this point now. Step out of the >> I'm calling my husband. I am calling my >> Step out of the vehicle, please. >> his hand on me right now. >> I don't know what this firearm is or anything in the vehicle. Step out of the vehicle. Step out of the vehicle. >> Just like the previous dumbass, this woman is not choosing her battles wisely. This is not worth it. Quite obviously, you're going to be in handcuffs. They already made their decision. The only thing you can control is how many charges you get on your way to jail. And the best thing you can do is to get zero additional charges. Now, I think unfortunately it's too late for that, but let's see how many more she picks up. >> Step out. >> Step out or we're going to rip you out of the vehicle. >> call my husband. >> You don't have that option right now. >> that's not this point, okay? >> I'm going to give you 2 seconds. >> I'm not >> Step out of the vehicle. >> I'm not resisting. >> You are. You are. This is the definition of resisting. >> arrest for resisting now. >> I wouldn't get out of my car in 4° >> We gave you a legal order you have to follow it. >> No, No, no. You gave me the option to call my husband. >> No, that's that's not nowhere it says that we have to do that. >> What the [ __ ] is that? >> Ma'am, you want to just >> Are you [ __ ] kidding >> We don't know who you are. >> Are you kidding me? You guys >> complying up to this point. >> Oh, because you don't know who I am, that means that I uh we are two >> Ma'am, you want to just stay over there, please. Ma'am, can you just stay over there for me? Thank you. >> We are two females. >> matter. Females can kill anybody. Okay? And you didn't listen to one word we said. We gave you how many options? >> We >> So, now you're going to jail. >> got here, first of all. >> I beg you. >> You grabbed me by the wrist and you pulled me by my coat and my hair. >> if you did not get out, I was going to rip you out of the car. Did I not? >> do not give you permission >> there. Do you have any weapons, real knives, anything like that? Anything that's going to stick or harm us? >> No. You got to be kidding me. >> We gave you every option. >> Every option except for calling my husband. >> that option. >> No, exactly. What the [ __ ] A couple bored [ __ ] bearable cops that aren't even out there doing anything except for >> Well, that door slam must have been extremely satisfying. Now, she says that they're bored. They're just doing their job. They pulled you over for a legitimate reason and then they had a legitimate reason to investigate you for weed. And that's the thing. If you don't want to get bothered by cops, do everything by the book and most of the time, you're not going to get pulled over for anything. >> Um so, I'm going to have you hop out of the vehicle, okay? If you want, because it's cold out, I understand it's cold out. I'm going to have you sit in my partner's car. Are you okay with that? >> Yeah. >> Um can you leave your purse in the car though? >> Can I take my phone? >> Yeah, you can take your phone. That's fine, ma'am. >> She said she doesn't have a medical medical marijuana card. >> Oh, the driver has some in her purse. So, let me check ID that this is her purse. Oh, there's the key. She hasn't smoked recently, has she? I'm going to take her up to the jail, book her in, cite her. Um I'm probably just going to see if it doesn't hold up your investigation with it. >> Yeah. >> I would I would too. >> Are you okay sticking out here though? Okay. >> Thanks. >> This is [ __ ] pathetic. Just cuz you want to make a point. Are you kidding me? >> Ma'am, I asked you politely to exit the vehicle and you did not comply. >> Uh no, because there was no reason for it. It is 4° out. You think I have sharp objects on me? >> I don't know what you have on you. >> with this 70-year-old lady who weighs 70 lb, sick, with a birthday cake in my mother's trunk. >> Ma'am, I don't know what you have on you. >> Well, I know that you're pathetic. Now you know what I have because you searched my whole [ __ ] and found a birthday cake and my 70-lb aunt who is dying that you have out in the [ __ ] cold. Not that you give a [ __ ] but it matters to me. >> My aunt admitted that she had pot. >> And you admitted that you used marijuana within the last 24 hours as well. >> Are you [ __ ] kidding me? This is complete [ __ ] >> why don't we go over here? >> And if you can't tell that I have marijuana in my system, then I'm not under arrest for OWI. >> Well, you're under arrest for OWI right now if you're refusing to stand as you're being advised. >> All right, so she picked up four charges and let me just say that three of them were avoidable. The disorderly conduct, refusal to take a test, first offense OWI. That could have been avoided if she did the test and passed them. Possession of THC, she was going to get busted either way. But yeah, that was a very stupid move on her part. That's it for the video. Thanks for watching. By the way, Sergeant Keys just dropped a crazy airport video. I'll put the link on the screen right now. You don't want to miss that one. Thanks for watching and I'll see you guys on the next one.
