I was starting to Frisk you for weapons
and I felt that evolved right so oh come

does that mean is I found drugs on you
so you're probably going to get charged
with something tonight am I going to go
to jail or going I I have no idea
yet can I get my
phone uh not at this moment no but can
you like make sure it's not running and
die oh is that the one with the GPS open

all right I'm working with you here
right am I not I just don't want to be I
don't even live around here okay well
right now Sarah you're being detained
all right you were involved you were a
passenger in a Pursuit so I'll be right
back with you
hey trit did you see that driver
seat a large bag of powder okay so
significant amount of
drugs good she had some drugs on her as
well what she have started to Frisk her
looked like crack she told me she used
crack earlier today started a Frisk and
I felt something so
okay good I got the keys of the car in
case he came back to try to you want me
to lock it up for now or I mean he he he
can't start it up so but take while me
got the shoty thermal but okay I'm going
to go where he went in with the
shoe no I was hoping
to get the Drone out here pretty quick
and
see that's what I would guess is he's
down there somewhere just yeah trying to
wait it out he only has one shoe on it's
pitch dark you can't see down there
without he's laying down somewhere
yeah I thought I hit Ben
spikes but it was a piece of his dodging
every
Spike yeah mine got stuck when I was
trying to pull him across that was
cool hey my uh my blue lights are
working again these were right de before
oh just needed a little purum the fire
up yeah it was a low battery it needed
something to get excited we got to the
quick trip and I'm like get out now I
was wondering what you're going to do
with her well so at first at first when
we were going to get involved I'm like
I'll just drop you off a dispatch and
they're like oh they terminated I'm like
okay never mind it doesn't pay for you
to run up in a dispatch we're probably
not even going to find this thing and
then literally we're like coming down
and Joel is like trying to stop it and I
see Joel go lights inside and I'm like
I'll just quick set up code 5 and then
all of a sudden I was like right in it
I'm like oh [ __ ] like I can't drop you
off on 26 with 20° weather yeah that
would suck 1011 26 here come take a look
at something
okay does the have track at all or
not not sure that bag right there oh
nice she hadit some crack on her as
well passenger
[Applause]
good have any kind of track at all or
not not right now though we're rearing
up and then we're going to do an area
the w we don't believe he made it
through the
wood you think he went to the east or to
the
West I don't think he went through the
water that's what I
thought are you guys St here I'm waiting
for my drone to get here okay then we
can tag team in hopefully
yeah yeah he's probably hot should have
a good signature oh yeah especially if
he's not wearing a shoe and something
yeah should be good 101 who is mobile
yet 101 the squads I've got some either
dogs or coyotes that just started H
hooting uh north of deputies searched
the area and cleared abandoned
structures but were unable to locate the
driver perfect perfect perfect
looks
like the river right away since those
geese yeah I'm on it I just got to get
her going
here what's
that I'll book it and I'll let you okay
I just got to make sure my shit's
calibrated here me one minute you got
wires right where it's going okay you're
out fine why is it drifting on me so
hard
all I'm going to put it
down
no Jesus
[ __ ]
God two for
two just lost the prop that song
[ __ ] something was wrong with I
know just on I don't know why I did
that all
right yep yep I'll get the other one
going what's up buddy hey temp can't get
the IR what's that any luck getting it
rolling no the IR keeps freezing my
video for whatever reason gotcha so
[Music]
like I mean that's a lot of coke or
heroin or whatever that is
that's a lot she had some crack on her
yeah yeah um I'm just going to walk back
this way and kind of walk the dam and
just make sure he's not pinned into the
damn I'll come with you this thing ain't
going to work okay and then uh after
that we can have I mean we can search
the car we have drugs there's Bongs in
the back seat the whole night so totally
good
so
hold we we have this whole place
surrounded at this
point I want to make sure we find him so
he doesn't wind up dead I would yeah if
he went into that water that's not good
uh no not at all like I told them I mean
like I go into water like that daily and
it's very very hard for 3 minutes and I
go into a warm area not a cold area yeah
at 1:50 a.m. deputies were advised that
A call came in of a male walking on the
street wearing a hooded sweatshirt see
or where are you
at on River Street uh trying to get a
house number now directly in front of
the fire
station
stop turn around
slowly turn around slowly keep turning
keep
turning go down to your knees one knee
at a time I I can't
sir okay okay just stand right there
stay still stay still face away from
me 21 Dodge one at gun
point the male subject identified as
Johnny was visibly shaking and soaking
wet can you work yourself down into a a
laying position sir my foot like my feet
are just Frozen okay I mean no harm I'm
sorry I'm sorry I'm not stay still stay
still just stay still please turn away
from me okay you're okay we're going to
get you warm in a
second 210 Dodge additional we need EMS
hypothermia later when questioned Johnny
admitted that he didn't stop in the
pursuit because he was scared and had a
warrant for failing to pay child support
I got an ambulance coming for
you hey keep those hands up no I just
put them up mother they're frozen sir
I'm just I promise you I have nothing on
me it's nothing I'm just put keep your
hands out of your
pants back
okay you got anything on you 26
1095 my
to there's nothing on me all right all
right stand up bud you stand up let's
get him in a squad let get in a squad
warm up yeah I know Open Your Door
all in the river
dude back
I really just me my
feet I don't I
don't I
don't and the creepy thing is the fact
that he popped out right when I departed
with the vehicle he was watching us the
whole time there you
go there you go there
you he had to be somewhere he could see
outside well when the canine track first
went he went the dog went into the wall
so he ran into the water there there was
a tree down and there's a whole bunch of
Marsh Grass where that tree dog goes
into the water that's that's where the
dog was taking the track that's the
first place he went it's no different
when the dog's tracking it goes in the
road and it jcks into the road but then
comes back and starts trying to check
the Grass more than likely it's always
then after the water we were just kind
of
wandering Johnny was charged with
knowingly flee an officer possession of
cocaine possession of drug paraphernalia
possession with intent to deliver
cocaine and operate motor vehicle while
revoked due to alcohol or controlled
substance Johnny was found guilty of
possession with intent to deliver and
vehicle operator Lee elude officer he
was sentenced to six years in prison
with eight years of extended
supervision Sarah was charged with
possession of drug paraphernalia
possession of cocaine resisting and
obstructing she originally said she
didn't know the driver it was later
learned that Johnny was her boyfriend
she was found guilty of possession of
cocaine and sentenced to 60 days in jail
thank you guys for getting
here I'm a little worried about that
foot like I don't know if you saw that
that sucker was black yeah he probably
has some pretty serious Frost fight it's
really stupid to run from law
enforcement and freezing cold that's
what bad things happen I said to Joe as
we were I mean Ser don't run from the he
said about something about being cold I
said yeah well the choices we made
