the footage they charged him with obstruction as well so in Florida aggravated assault on a police officer is a second degree felony punishable by up to 15 years in prison I mean it is a very serious crime she intentionally bit him and it did break the skin it did cause injury is she going to get anywhere close to that I don't think so but keep in mind she does have priors because she admitted
