You're traveling. We're going to identify you back here, all right? You're going TO GET TASED. WELCOME BACK TO THE VAN BALION CHANNEL, GUYS. Today we head back to Arkansas, courtesy of Arkansas Police Activity, for another traffic stop where yet another sovereign citizen, this time with his delusional daughters in the vehicle, turns a simple traffic stop for speeding into a crazy circus with all too predictable results. Right, let's get into the video. Is this window rolled down? Hey, how's it going, man? Hey, I'm Trooper Wibble, Arkansas State Police. The reason why I stopped you tonight is for speeding, okay? I clocked you at 98, yes sir, as opposed to 65. Are you all in a hurry to get somewhere? So, you're saying you're rushing and you're saying you told him to slow down. Okay. Where are you all headed to tonight? Okay. You tracked me. You're traveling? Yes, sir. Okay. Do you have your driver's license with you? No, sir, I don't. Okay. I don't. All right, man, uh go ahead and do me a favor and just step out for me, okay, on the driver's side and whatnot. Okay. Yeah, how stupid do you have to be to not only attempt the right to travel script in Arkansas of all places, but then refuse to comply with one of their state police officers to exit the vehicle. We find out why that is shortly, and surprise, surprise, it has nothing to do with his pseudo-legal beliefs. Anyway, grab the popcorn because backup has arrived in the form of no-nonsense Trooper Grace. All right, man, hey, I'm going to ask you one more time, go ahead and step out of the vehicle for me, okay? For what reason? We're going to identify you back here, all right? Screaming what did I do while resisting arrest, so much so that it leads to assault charges, but more on that at the end of the video, is the height of ignorance. Speaking of which, unfortunately this guy has procreated, the results of which you can already hear and we're about to see. Also, of course we've got a random bystander recording the arrest but not what led up to it. This is daughter number one. She, along with her sister with the bright yellow hair, we've seen but not heard yet, are about to give us a masterclass in how to waste numerous chances to leave the scene before getting arrested themselves for obstructing law enforcement. I think they must have a pact where if one goes to jail, they all go. Let me go, I'm calm. You've just spent the last 5 minutes screaming like a banshee, and you will continue to scream like a banshee up until and during your arrest, so forgive us if we don't believe you. As for why they removed you all from the vehicle, well, no amount of evidence will ever persuade an idiot, so I'm not even going to try. I'm going to drive. No, YOU'RE NOT. I'M NOT RIGHT NOW, BUT IN A MINUTE. HE DID NOTHING. HE DID NOTHING. NO. WHATEVER THE [ __ ] IS UP THERE. MARK, GET IN THE CAR. GET IT OFF. COME ON, MARK, GET IN THE I'M DYING. YES. I'M DYING. HURRY. MARK, YOU ALL ON MY SUIT. DON'T KICK IT. DON'T KICK IT. GET YOUR SHOES OFF HERE. GET YOUR SHOES OFF HERE. CAN I GET OUT? GET OUT OF THE FRONT. STOP HERE. STOP HERE. COME UP HERE. STAY BY DAD. COME UP HERE. OKAY, can you tell me what you're doing to him? He's going to go to JAIL TONIGHT. WHY? WHY? Why do I got to go to jail? What did I do? GET IN THE YOU'RE HURTING ME. THAT'S A SHAME. YOU'RE HURTING ME. YEAH, SORRY, MATE, YOU DON'T GET TO blame the consequences of resisting arrest on anyone but yourself. Nice try, though. Is he in there? You all got him in there? Okay, I'm going to tase this guy. All right, I think we're good now. Yeah, I think so. Did he have keys in his pocket? Yeah, they're up here. RIGHT THERE, OKAY. ANYBODY ELSE OUT HERE? I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TALK ABOUT THEM. They can walk, but the car is getting towed. I don't have anything to do with them. I completely agree, your daddy is a traveler. He's traveling to jail in the back of a police car, precisely because he doesn't understand or pretends not to understand the difference between driving and traveling. Chairs in the center console. Hey, get out. Get out of THE VEHICLE. GET OUT OF THE VEHICLE. GET OUT OVER THERE. HOW CLUELESS AND SITUATIONALLY UNAWARE DO you have to be to try to get back into a vehicle you've just been removed from? Also, because that removal was nearly but not quite as funny as a window bust, it still deserves a slow-motion replay. So, after doing a search of the vehicle where they find open containers of alcohol, surprise, surprise. There's alcohol up here, there was more back there. I think everybody's a little bit had a little it. They give the intoxicated sisters the opportunity to leave peacefully, which of course is never going to happen. So, the inevitable happens. Now I Y'all don't have You don't have to be here. You're free to go, but you can't be this close to my car. Can you just walk over there to the curb, okay? Walk over there. Go over there to the curb, okay? The car is Go over there to the curb, okay? Okay, let's start walking to Go to the curb. Then go to the curb. Go to the All three females are in the back seat. The gentleman was in the passenger seat. I don't know which female was wearing the All right. All right. Come here. Come here. You, put your hands BEHIND YOUR BACK. BACK. BEHIND YOUR BACK. BEHIND YOUR BACK. STAND UP THE [ __ ] THERE. I TOLD YOU DOWN. BACK. I'M NOT RESISTING. COME ON. I'M NOT MOVING. BACK. GET YOUR ASS THE [ __ ] BACK. TAKE IT EASY. TAKE IT EASY. I DIDN'T EVEN SAY NOTHING. I was just >> [clears throat] >> You don't want those drugs in my hand anyway. HEY. WHAT? WHAT? STOP BEING ROUGH. THEN WALK. DOWN. DOWN. RECORD THIS [ __ ] YEAH, MY PHONE IS OVER THERE. What the hell? I wasn't EVEN TOUCHING YOU. YOU WERE. YOU KNOW I WASN'T, AND YOU KNOW THAT. I DIDN'T even get near you. You raped Slide in here. What the hell? Interfering with custody. Well, that's not the first time you've done that, is it? What are you talking about? All right. So, the second sister was arrested off camera and the driver or traveler was taken to the hospital where Trooper Whipple obtained a blood draw warrant to obtain a sample of the suspect's blood. While attempting to draw the blood, he became combative and kicked Trooper Hilland in the hands, creating an abrasion on his hands. The suspect told the troopers multiple times that he was going to have their job for placing him under arrest. Yeah, good luck with that. After completing the blood draw and being cleared by doctors at the Baptist Hospital, Trooper Whipple attempted to place the suspect in the rear of his patrol unit, but again, he became combative and braced his legs against the door of the vehicle to prevent being placed in the rear seat. Again, the suspect kicked Trooper striking Trooper Hilland multiple times in the face. Trooper Whipple delivered multiple elbow strikes to the suspect's right thigh while he was kicking Trooper Hilland. After placing the suspect in the rear of the vehicle, he was transported to the Pulaski County Detention Center. On the way, the suspect intentionally struck his head repeatedly on the dividing window between the front and back seats. Upon arrival at the jail, he refused to exit the vehicle and intentionally stiffened his body, making it difficult to remove him from the vehicle. What a big baby. Anyway, none of that prevented him from being charged with DWI first offense, speeding more than 15 mph over the speed limit, assault in the second degree, attempt to influence a public servant, obstructing police, threats of physical force four counts, resisting arrest, possession of open container of alcohol, and surprise surprise, a warrant for failure to appear. The first sister was arrested and charged with public intoxication, obstruction, and refusal to submit to arrest. The second sister was charged with, again, public intoxication, resisting arrest, and criminal trespassing. Right. Thank you so much for watching, guys.
