I see in my rearview mirror that this car was kind of like slow like slowly getting closer. Slowly slow rolling. >> Yeah. And I could see him kind of coming at a speed and I thought she was going to stop and then I saw her kind of break in front of me or behind me and she just rammed her her her front into my into my back and then I just saw that they were kind of at a dispute and then the lady that lady got in between like where my car was trying to get her to stop and she was kind of still behind my car and she started pressing her her car into my car like she was trying to go. >> D was trying to get her out the car. Uh, I want her to tell you a bit about Can you just uh start talking to these guys? >> Well, I I got pain in my right knee here and that is difficult here. >> Did you already have pain from on your leg or is it from this? >> Oh, no. >> It was from this. >> I got pin between the two. >> You got pain between the two bones? >> She tried to drive me over. >> Well, she hit him and she backed up and I came up alongside her and told her to get her out of her car. And she opened the car. I car doors and all that. I pulled it open. >> Okay. >> And uh she she backed up a little. She backed up a little bit and then she put forward and then she was standing in front of her which she shouldn't have done and that's what happened. >> So wait, were you hit by this car? >> Yes. >> Okay. Yeah. Let's have fire. Let's have fire come check you out. Okay. >> Is that okay? Are you sure? It's up to you. But I I I didn't know if like you were still in the car, but the fact that you may have been hit. >> No, I was just in between. He moved forward so I could get out. >> Okay. Well, we're going to be on scene for a while. If you do change your mind, let us know. Okay. But I am going to grab your information. >> Just get up and try to walk a little bit. >> What's your name? >> What's your name? >> Doesn't matter. >> I mean, if we're going to have a conversation, I want to know your name. >> You want to help me out? >> No, it won't. >> Oh, that's fair. Okay. So, what we're going to do is we're just going to put you in the back of this patrol car. Okay. And then we're going to talk. >> What happened? >> Right now, you're you're under arrest. >> Why? >> Okay. For DUI. I'm not even driving the car. My brother is in his car. >> Where's your brother? >> It's fine. It's fine. We'll talk. We'll talk once we get inside. We'll talk when we get [crying] >> All right. Oh, and call my brother. >> Hey, sit back. Sit back. Call my brother, please. >> There's a time. >> I don't care about me. Call my brother. Call my brother. >> What's your brother's name? >> His His name is Jadamian. >> Jadamian. >> Okay. All right. Hang tight. >> Watch your knees. Watch your knees. >> Call him. >> Hey, put your knee inside. Put your knee inside. >> I need to close the door. You're going to put your knee. >> You're going to put your knee inside and then >> I'll call him after you put your knee inside. >> Call him now. >> No, you're not going to tell me what to do. >> You're not going to tell me what to do. You're going to put your knee inside. >> Call my brother to drive me in. >> No. >> Call him. Call him. Call my brother to drive me in. Put your call my brother in. >> Call my brother to die in my brother. >> Yeah. There we go. >> Please. I will use you right here. Come on. >> You need help. >> Wait. >> You got officer right here willing to help you. What you need? >> Can you bend her knee while she's stuck on the seat belt? That's why >> Yeah, I'm stuck on the seat belt. Hey, ma'am. >> She can't come through. >> Lift up. There's a bug right there. Sorry. Just go ahead and lift. There's a bug right here. Yeah, that's that's gross. >> Well, yeah. I was just kind of I was just going to take a right right here on uh on drive and um I'm stopping cuz there's a red light and I can see my rearview mirror. I see this this uh green gray Nissan coming in kind of hot thinking it's going to stop before he hits me. It goes right into me. And I look back and I can see it kind of like like still kind of going uh reversing back into the car behind me, which is that white van. And I get out my car just to kind of see what's going on. Trying to see cuz I got hit. So obviously I'm going to try to get information. And uh I see her kind of fighting with the people, not fighting, but like arguing with the people that are like in that white van. And then I just I don't know how it comes about, but the lady the lady from the white van, she kind of gets between my car and that gray Nissan. And uh then the lady inside the car, she drives forward and kind of like pierces her into my between my car and her car. And her husband is trying to get the key or trying to get her to trying to get that girl that's in the car to reverse out or like to stop putting the pressure on the gas so that it's cuz she's just getting she's getting like rammed in between two cars. And then uh like like I could see that she he was kind of like not being able to get her off the off the pedal. So I kind of got in my car and drove it forward a little bit to kind of take her out of that position. And then that's when we were kind of like fine with her to kind of get her out of the car. Like she was still kind of seeming like she was going to do a hit and run and like she was going to run off and take off. And thankfully traffic was kind of bad to the point where like there was nowhere for her to really go, but she still kind of had the idea inside to kind of leave whenever she could. And then that's when we kind of saw you guys off the corner. I don't know if you guys got a call or what not, but like you guys are right here. And we kind of told her like, "Hey, like the cops are right there. They already had their sirens on. They're coming for you. Like you know, might as well just stop." And that's when she stopped. That's when you guys were able to get her. Mhm. You said she was kind of going back and forth. >> Yeah, she was kind of like, well, she ran into me and then she reversed back, but I think she reversed right back into their car from what I saw when I got on my car and that's when I kind of saw her like still kind of like like she like put down the window of of her driver's seat and I could see her. I could hear her talking her just kind of slurred to be honest. You know, then like I could see them kind of having an argument about like what was going on. And I don't know, like I said, like I don't know how the lady, the white man got in between my car and her car. That's when she got rammed into. Can you hear me? >> No. I can't. >> I'm like literally talking right next to you. Nope. You're kicking the door again. You're kicking the door again. >> Let's go. >> I can't hear you. >> I'm You want to You want to hurt me. >> No, you're kicking the door. >> No, you want to hurt me. I can't open the door if you're going to kick. >> Go to my Go to my apartment, please. You'll see. I didn't do anything wrong. >> Just Just stand there. I want to open it. >> All right. My brother's going to look at me. Hang on. Look at me. >> No. My family. They're going to me. So my my my body my body cam is on and it's recording you right now. >> Let's go. Okay. My family will me >> I'm telling you my family will >> Well, we [laughter] can we can we can make sure that doesn't happen. But right now you're >> going to my place. Please drive to my family. Please I'm going to I'm [laughter] going to I'm going to tell you your rights again for the third time. Okay. >> You I would never run. >> Hey, listen listen listen. >> Can you please let me go? I would never run. I promise you I would never die. >> I'm not letting you go, ma'am. Okay. You're under arrest for DUI. Okay. I'm trying to redo your license. >> I didn't do DUI. I didn't run. I didn't drive or anything. >> You weren't driving. >> No, I wasn't. >> But I contacted you in the car >> cuz I was I was in the car, but I'm not driving. >> Let me read your rights again. You have the right at this time. Okay. Look at me. Look at me. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You're going to step out in the street. >> Why can't I be a bomb in the street? No. Stop. >> Why can't I be a bomb? >> Hey, did they did they tell you you're under arrest? >> No, you're under arrest. >> Why? Why do I have to be arrest? >> Come outside. >> Why? Why? Step out. >> Hey, if we're wrong, you can sue us and win a bunch of money. >> I'm a bum. >> Hey, step out. I'm going to need I'm going to need you to step up. You don't get the choice to fight us. >> You're going to stand up. >> I'm in my family. >> You need to stand up. >> Stand up. >> I'm a bum. >> Stand up. >> I'm a bum. I'm a bum. >> I'm not going to carry you in there. You're a big woman. You're going to stand up for me. You're going to scare me. >> I didn't say I was going to. You're going to stand up. You're going to lay on the floor. >> I'm a bum. >> Is that what you want to do? >> I'm a bum. >> Can you grab her other side? See if we can clean her up. >> Yeah. I don't want to wrench her. >> Please. I'm a B. Please. I want my family. You get that other arm on your >> plate. Kayla. >> No. No. >> Not Kayla. >> Uh, in a few moments here, we're going to have another officer come here and we will drag you in there. Hey, I'm just going to >> No, it then. >> What's that? I said, "Let her go. Let me go till then." >> Okay. Then we'll swear her then. Okay. I just don't want to. >> If if if that's what it is, then let her go. Let me go till then. >> No. She's not a right to hold me. >> I do have a right to arrest. >> No, not until they come and give me. >> You're not about to kick another officer. >> What? I'm not holding me up. You You've already kicked multiple times today. We're not doing that. >> God is good. No, you can make a conscious choice here. I mean, >> shut the up. I'm talking to God.
