on the morning of January 7th 2023 at 8:13 a.m. officers responded to a domestic battery call at a home in Florida involving two women did you call the police all right can you step outside are there she opened finally was pissed and cussing opened the door I went straight into the bathroom and I shut the door and I locked it so I could get the shamp you know do do what I needed to do without her trying to come in yes when I unlocked it to come back out she came into the bathroom and was like you're not taking my shampoo and conditioner and I brushed up against her getting out and she's like don't touch me it's a small bathroom um I didn't do it on purpose I was trying to get my out that's when she I I don't know if she she did something she pushed out my back was was I was walking out of the room this way and she was behind me by the bed and she shoved me and I had shampoo and conditioner in both hands she shoved me and I hit this door the door that goes from the bedroom to that closet room did you see that door the door to the bedroom to the closet room so right by the right by the bedroom door that goes in like here's the kitchen door here's the bathroom door there's a door right here that goes out to this little room right here okay and it was shut she shoved me and I hit that door and that's whenever when I pulled myself back together she kept saying you're not going to touch me think you're going to get any of this you're not going to get any of this anymore and I said I don't want any of that Brandy and I started to walk out and that's when she she grabbed a hold of my neck right here and I said okay what are you going to do so I just stood there while she held on to my neck and I don't even know what happened after that do you have somebody you can call go through things with you okay she's slowly and I didn't even you know see in the beginning but I've lost all my friends in Dallas I don't talk to Harley any of my family there's like two people I talking to with my family she doesn't talk to any her family I'm out here all by myself this is ridiculous no no like like I said we're going to have some people to this point okay so what's probably going to happen is that she's going to go with us to the jail today you're going to I'm going to take her to the jail because in domestic violence situations somebody has to go to the jail and if there's proba cause somebody's going to jail in the State of Florida right and then um there's something going to be called an export t which is kind of like a no contact restraining order where she's not going to be able to come back to the house so you don't have to leave she will not be able to come back to the house until this is all settled okay you understand all right see right here based on the investigation and evidence including Jennifer statements and visible injuries officers arrested Brandy one female going be a white female and another court is that's not a possibility today what's that for court did they run court on Saturdays because I need to bond out like ASAP and it is pretty early um yeah I got to go like this cannot happen they have arrangments on yeah I'm going get you the only um conditioner and shampoo in there so she was grabbing the stuff to complete her washing cycle and grabbing the shampoo and conditioner cuz she wasn't taking a shower or anything and then she wasn't taking a shower yeah okay so she was grabbing all her stuff because she want to take a shower yeah in her bedroom at her in her bathroom okay and so um she was trying to get her stuff she kept blocking her and then um she she kept blocking her yeah she kept blocking her she kept um and then that's when she pushed her um against the uh the the closet door I didn't see any marks on there but it was a closet door if you're in the kitchen going into that back bedroom is to the left okay and then oh yeah it's the one that I open and that's when she when she was pushed against the door she grabbed like this who pushed who she pushed her against the door the aggression yes okay the other one didn't push or anything like that when she pushed her against the door she grabbed her by theck yeah okay so she pushed her grabbed her by the neck and at some point she said she was on the floor right yeah she was charged with domestic battery by strangulation and simple battery [Music]
