That's where she has all her clientele and everything. So that phone's very important. Okay. So she was he grabbed that phone and he like he already had it on him and he just walked out like he said he was going to walk to my house. My house is really 5 minutes away. Okay. And he's he's still walking and she walked up to him and said, "Hey, give me my phone. Give me my phone." Okay. And he wouldn't give her her phone. He kept walking off. So she's trying to grab the phone from him and he's like tussling her and he hit her and that's why she has scratch marks. That's when she got back she came back she got in the car. And um she was trying to like get him to like give her her phone. So she's driving on the wrong side of the road to get her phone back cuz that phone's very important. That's her client cell phone. Trying to tell you what happened. The what started the argument. So then boom. We just passed the train tracks right here. My daughter is pissing me off saying she don't want pizza. Long story short, I'm like, "No, y'all are going to eat what I put on the table if I'm buying food cuz I'm not cooking right now. It's late. I'm trying to go continue overeating to make money cuz I just lost my job um 3 days ago. What about the food? Me and my daughter are arguing, right? So me and my man are talking now and we're speaking and then he's like we're I guess he got upset that me and my daughter started laughing cuz he called himself a big back. He was like a a big back. You know how this new word big back. You know how these kids call people big backs that eat a lot? Yeah. So I guess he got upset I guess when he called himself a big back he was like, "Well, I must have been a big back because I ate all the food when I was a kid on my plate." And I said, "Exactly, that's what kids are supposed to do." Like me and him are agreeing. It's a fat person that eats a lot. That's this new terminology with these kids. Yeah, like a fat person. So my my He was like, "I guess I was a big back because I ate all my food on the plate. I didn't ask no questions." So then boom, now we get to Wendy's, but me and my daughter was kikiing about him calling himself a big back. Well, yeah, we were cool. But now now we're joking around laughing at him calling himself a big back and I guess he got mad that we were joking and then he got out the car at the Wendy's. Mind you, I didn't even know what was going on. We were in the drive-thru about to order right now. Like No, we're at the intercom. So when I'm saying telling the lady all I told her was one biggy back so far and my man gets out the car all pissed off. Like I'm going to walk home. And I So now I left the drive-thru and I'm like No, I didn't get anything. So I left the drive-thru to see what's going on with him and then I see he took my business phone cuz he doesn't have a phone right now. At the intercom. At the intercom. Yes. So then I'm sitting here and I'm like I'm sitting here telling him like um "What's wrong with you?" He walked off, right? And so all those black people I don't know where they went. There was like seven, eight people outside. They seen him you know like He was walking towards the house, right? This was at the parking lot. This was at the parking lot now. I left the drive-thru. No, I left the drive-thru, went to the parking lot right there where you turn in. And I was like, "If you're going to walk home, then just give me my phone." Cuz lately we've been arguing about my business phone cuz his phone is um he didn't He came out here without no phone. So I told him, "Well, I have two phones. I said you can use my work phone cuz that one is only for clients." He took my work phone, which right now he doesn't even have it on him. I don't know where it's at. So um unless my daughter found it cuz I told her to track the location so she could get it back. Yeah, he took it out and left it. As I walk up to him, I'm like, "Look, yo, just give me my phone. Just give me my phone. Just give me my phone." I got out the car. I'm like, "Please, just give me my phone." So now all those black people were just looking at us and they're laughing. You know how [ __ ] ignorant people are. They're laughing and I'm like it's all of them over there and there was more people. They were all at the Wendy's at the door. So then I'm like they you know then then we're sitting He sit there and he's like I guess cuz he heard them kikiing and laughing he tried to show off and then that's when he tried to like wrestle me to move away and then he grabbed me. Like grab me by my shoulders and I said, "Move, move, I'm walking home." We're face to face. So then um I guess when he heard them kikiing and whatever like being funny, he tried to show out and then he's like he grabbed me by the shoulders and pushed me like, "Move, just go back to the car. I'm walking home." Yeah, like where I I try to restrain somebody. And then I guess I'm like, "No, just give me my phone and you can go home. I'm going to order the kids food and I'm my neck, right? I have a small Cuban with a Yeah, they're chains. And so then that's how he accidentally scratched me pulling it off. So then after that I'm like, "Bro, give me my stuff." So then now we finally get out to where I try to bust I bust the go right there to the turning spot Yeah, right here cuz I had to bust a U-turn obviously to get her out. So then he's already like right here and I'm like, "Yo, give me my phone." He was already right here in the middle road walking into the island. I turned in here. Yes. Grab it and hurry up and took out the clip and threw the clip and he made sure there was no bullets in it and then that's when the lady pulled up and then he threw the gun on the floor.
