Where's the medication you took from the store? >> I left it in the store. I left in the car. Do not push me. I'll spray your Don't jump. >> Stop the [ __ ] car. Stop the car. >> I hope y'all [ __ ] cars flip over. I hope they bomb y'all [ __ ] station. >> What's up everybody? I hope you guys are ready for a smashing episode. We have a vile Walmart shoplifter. You'll see why in just a moment. We have a Karen who has a complete meltdown with her kid in the car. But first, I want to show you the world record for the fastest window smash in a body cam video. Without further ado, let's get started. >> What the [ __ ] Stop the [ __ ] car. Stop the car. Put your hands on the steering wheel. >> Yes, sir. >> Bam! Just like that. That's all there is to it. That's all there is to it. A winner. >> 9 seconds is pretty damn impressive. It's definitely a world record. If there's any window smash out there that are faster than this, please let me know in the comment section. Now, this happened so quickly, I feel like we should watch it again in slow motion just for good measure. >> Stop the [ __ ] [ __ ] car. Stop the car. Put your hands on the steering wheel. >> Put the car in park. Put it in [ __ ] park now. >> Put it in park. Yes, >> Get out. >> Oh, [ __ ] Put it in park. Ow. Got her. >> I ain't got nothing. Okay, but then what the [ __ ] was that? >> Bro, I'm not My girlfriend me and my girlfriend got into it because she tried to hit me with a brick. I was trying to run away. >> Huh? Well, I ain't got to do that. That was really stupid. >> They was trying to fight. They was fighting. Got out of the car, grabbed the and run. >> So, the blue lights like didn't register? >> I I had when I had grab you got blue lights on. I let go of my steering wheel, my car was still in reverse. I wasn't trying to run away. I I saw I saw the guy run. >> You got glass on you. >> I got That's in my eyes, man. I'm sorry. >> It's in your eyes? >> Yes. >> Look at me. >> Can I Can I Can I wipe it with my jacket? >> Yes, ma'am. If you're not monitoring traffic on a traffic stop, 200 McAllister. Red Chevy Impala. I'm going to get something for it. >> So, I'm going to let you guys know what happened because the rest of the video is rather uneventful and I want to move on to the more exciting body cams. But, basically, he just cheated on his girlfriend. He thought that he saw her and she was going to come bust his ass. So, that was why he was driving off. Now, when the cops pulled him over, he claims that he put it on neutral by mistake and the car just rolled over, but the cops aren't believing that story. Now, he got charged with resisting arrest and later on the charges were dropped by the prosecution. Now, let's move on to the next body cam. >> We're traveling west on May passing 2nd Street. Can you go ahead and verify his current driving status for me? I'm going to be the vacant parking lot across from my corner on May. Hello, Officer Badger Marine Police Department. Do you have your driver's license on you? >> Yeah. >> All right. 215? I have 1 by 5. >> Yeah. >> Is your insurance? >> Yeah. >> All right, go ahead and step out of the vehicle for me. >> What? >> Yep, go ahead and step out of the vehicle. Your license is suspended. >> My license is not suspended. >> out of the vehicle. Your license is suspended. Step out of the vehicle right now. I asked you twice. If you don't get out of the vehicle, I'm going to pull you out of the vehicle. Get out. Okay, place your hands on the rail. >> You're going to step out for me as well. How much weed's in the car, man? >> Huh? >> How much weed's in the car? >> Oh. >> You know? >> Okay. >> Do you need your phone and wallet? Purse? Okay, I will >> I'm going to sit in the car. >> No, look. >> Do not push me. I'll spray your >> Do not jump in me. >> I didn't jump at you. >> You >> You touched me. >> the car. >> You're doing too much. >> Get in the car. Do not do that. >> So, for some reason, I did not see that one coming because yeah, she had a little bit of attitude, but she was a lot more sensible than most of the suspects we watch on this channel. She got out of the car without getting her window smashed, without getting dragged out. So, I thought she had a shred of common sense, but apparently I was wrong. Now, the guy in the car was her son, which makes it a lot worse, and he didn't do anything wrong. They searched him, they patted him down. He didn't have anything, so he doesn't have any charges. But, her on the other hand, she seems like she's determined to pick up additional felonies. Take a look at this. >> Okay. Okay. All right. >> [ __ ] y'all got nothing [ __ ] better to do, man. [ __ ] my auntie just died. I'm supposed to be with my girlfriend. >> You have the right to remain silent. Do you understand? >> Yeah, but [ __ ] you and what you're talking about. Go close the [ __ ] door. >> a felony. >> I don't care. Suck a your ugly ass. Close the [ __ ] door. >> You cannot >> Yeah. You. You. You. You. You. Close the [ __ ] door. Do you understand your rights? Call the [ __ ] door. >> Cool. >> [ __ ] What you sucking ass? You know I hate you [ __ ] >> [ __ ] >> [ __ ] you [ __ ] I hope you [ __ ] I hope your ass die. I hope your ass die [ __ ] Now [ __ ] you [ __ ] I hope your ass die. [ __ ] I hope your ass Slow [ __ ] That's that. I don't give a [ __ ] about none of y'all. I hope your ass slow [ __ ] All you [ __ ] All you [ __ ] going to hell for this [ __ ] All y'all [ __ ] going to hell and y'all know that. [ __ ] you the main one going. You is [ __ ] So I hope I can't wait. I hope something else would have got to happen. I hope something happen to your [ __ ] ass. I'm so tired of y'all [ __ ] I hope y'all [ __ ] cars flip over. I hope they bomb y'all [ __ ] station. [ __ ] y'all. You want a sick you stupid [ __ ] all of y'all. Ain't no hope for y'all stupid ass [ __ ] [ __ ] all of y'all. [ __ ] [snorts] and your families too. All y'all ass burning in hell All y'all [screaming] ass burning in [ __ ] hell Y'all all going to hell for this [ __ ] [ __ ] you with your stupid ass. You ain't got about I tell you what, you touch me again and all hell going to break loose in this [ __ ] you with a stupid You ain't getting no cloth off this You want a sick You want a sick I hate you [ __ ] I hate y'all with a [ __ ] passion. >> Now this woman might be too stupid to understand that, but words do have legal consequences. You do have freedom of speech, but you don't have the right to threaten people. And right now she has uttered several threats. She said she was going to spit on them, and that alone is a threat of battery. So now the cops are trying to figure out if they have enough to press additional charges. This woman is just making her life so much worse than it has to be. >> Well, I I threat I'm just asking because that one girl that I arrested for Walmart, she said I hope you I hope you die [ __ ] and looked me in the eyes when she said it and they told me I could charge her for threatening a public official. >> Give me a second. Her picture did when did that happen? >> Well, excuse me. >> For purposes of threat to a sworn law enforcement officer, the threat must contain specific facts indicative of a unique threat to a person, family or property of the officer and not a generalized threat or harm. Uh >> It's kind of vague still. >> [ __ ] Y'all ain't got [ __ ] better to do. Y'all really don't. [ __ ] [ __ ] Now, that [ __ ] illegal to come from y'all. Stupid ass [ __ ] [ __ ] [snorts] Choke your ass [ __ ] Choke your ass [ __ ] Come on now, y'all bogus as for this [ __ ] Die. [ __ ] >> No, I mean she got you got three you got what paraphernalia and cannabis and a driver and driving suspended. I mean you're she's going to go to jail. She'll get it out. I mean >> I know that's what I'm saying. I'm trying to Well, I mean >> You want to look over that title and make sure it's accurate since it's in there? >> Is that a threat? >> Yeah. You You could do aggravated assault just because she conveyed that she was going to uh commit a battery on you. I'm going to spit in your face. I mean >> Like screamed it in my screamed it in my face. >> you could do agg assault which is still class A. So I mean there's four charges. I know. But no, there's I I don't think they would let that fly. >> Wait, can I ask him a question? >> Man, she is determined to charge that Karen with threatening and I don't blame her. That woman is so incredibly vile and when you're saying I'm going to spit on you, that is not protected by the First Amendment. Now, there were some other disgusting comments. She was saying that she wishes that their car flips over, they all die, and that their police station gets bombed. That is extremely violent disgusting. However, it's not illegal because she's saying it as in she hopes it happens. Now, if she said, "I'm going to make it happen." That would be an entirely different story. >> You call home. Y'all [ __ ] ain't got [ __ ] better to [ __ ] do, fat ass. Stupid fat [ __ ] That's why you look like a [ __ ] boy with your long chin ass, [ __ ] [ __ ] and your ugly looking ass, [ __ ] You [ __ ] >> Okay, I got to put this stuff in the bag, put it in my car, and then I'll I'll do the citations tomorrow about it. Thank you. >> I'm not over your [ __ ] You literally going to make me miss my auntie funeral cuz you [ __ ] ain't got [ __ ] better to do. This is the worstest [ __ ] Y'all are the most worstest [ __ ] town. You stupid ass, I'm going to I'm going to miss my auntie funeral because of you, because you [ __ ] I hate you. I hate you, I hate you with a passion. I hope your ass drop dead, You lucky I don't want no charge. I'll spit in your face. I'll spit straight in your [ __ ] face, You lucky I don't want no more charges. I'll spit in your face. Do you hear me, Do you hear me, I'll spit in your [ __ ] face if I didn't want no more charges. If I miss my auntie funeral because you I'll spit in your [ __ ] face, Do you [ __ ] hear me? If I didn't want any more charges, I'll spit it straight in your [ __ ] face. [ __ ] you, [ __ ] you, Do you hear me? [ __ ] you. [ __ ] you, You a [ __ ] with a badge. Take that badge off and that gun, [ __ ] I'll bet you I'll beat your ass. You's a [ __ ] with a badge. You's a with a badge. You a [ __ ] with a badge. Take that gun and you bully. I'll beat your ass. You's a [ __ ] with a badge. I hate you but you can clean that [ __ ] up. You can clean that [ __ ] up. You with a badge. Take that badge off cuz you ain't rocking with you. Take that [ __ ] the [ __ ] off. >> It's videos like these that make me convinced that judges should take a look at the body cam footage if it's available of a suspect before sentencing because when you watch this you see how vile and disgusting this piece of [ __ ] actually is. She claims she has a funeral to attend to. She's there with her son and she's acting like a complete buffoon. I mean if she acted like a normal person they probably would have just given her a ticket, a promise to appear and that would have been it. But now her dumb ass is going to jail but at least her son seems old enough and reasonable enough to realize that she's in the wrong. >> Y'all probably bothering me. What the [ __ ] you looking at? >> Hey, your license is suspended too. >> Am I? >> Mhm. Your girl's license is suspended. Um >> My license is not suspended. I'm a fool. >> It says It says 12:06 a.m. >> No, you are harassing me. This is all I'm done with y'all. I'm done. This is jail. I see you went to jail. >> If you have to drive, carry that with you. >> I got the paper in my car. >> Okay. >> For my DMV. And I got insurance and I have my license. That's what just happened to her cuz we both called the uh state. That's why I told you to look mine up too. Cuz they gave I had the DMV give me a paper just in case that happened. So I don't know how that happened. >> Unfortunately I mean we have to go off of what it says on the state. >> on Yeah. >> On what? >> Like when we run your name it'll tell us if it's suspended or not and then why. I'm looking it up right now to tell you why. >> I shouldn't be suspended. though. paid my reinstatement for a year and everything. >> So, when when was this? >> Last week. That's why she's pissed cuz we both literally just did this. >> Yeah, well, it says in our system that you're still suspended. So, I would just go up to the DMV and tell them, like, "Hey, it still says I'm suspended." I know, but I mean, we can't do anything about that. We just have to It says it's suspended in our system through the state, and then that's all we have. >> I don't know. >> No, y'all [ __ ] That's why y'all going to hell. I know my [ __ ] ain't suspended. I'm going to have y'all asses up >> 12:16. >> I'm tired of you [ __ ] >> That's wrong cuz I just went there last week, and they just registered me. >> Yeah, like he said, though, Illinois takes forever, so >> I was saying, I'm still waiting for them to bring my plates over from Missouri, and I've been here a year and a half. >> So >> don't make sense. >> I would Like I said, I would just go to the DMV in person and tell them, "Hey, they ran my name, and it still says suspended." >> What about that paper they gave me? They told me to keep that paper in my car. >> Uh >> Well, it's valid. It's in my car. >> the seal >> It's there. >> and raised? >> Yep. All that. >> 169. >> I will be en route county with one female. >> Let's turn this [ __ ] down. You ain't hood. You ain't got no hood in you, [ __ ] You white. You ain't got no hood in you. Stick to what you know, which is country and rock. You don't know nothing about this [ __ ] You're literally dying. You shouldn't be the last one rapping this [ __ ] even playing this [ __ ] Just hurry up and get me out of here, though. Cuz this is all [ __ ] >> All right, so in the end, she got charged with aggravated battery and resisting arrest. Now, let's move on to the final body cam. We have the worst mother of the year who was shoplifting and decided to abandon her 12-year-old kid behind. Just so that she could get away with this misdemeanor. It's absolutely pathetic. Take a look at this. >> Awesome. That's probably going to be the girl who just stole my medication. >> Oh, really? >> Charity Powers? >> Yep. >> Yep. How you doing? >> Good. Can you roll that window down? So, Ms. Powers, where's the medication you took from the store? >> I left it in the store, and I have a receipt that I was going to where I had bought it from. >> Okay. >> I came to return it, and they wouldn't let >> Why'd you take off? >> Well, because she was accusing me of shoplifting. >> So, you take off and leave your kid? >> No, I went to the store. >> What store? >> The drugstore right there. >> Okay, where's your kid at? >> I went there I mean, I don't know. >> You don't know? >> No, I went to wait on him and then >> Why why would you wait on your kid over here when your kid's in the store? >> Well, because they were accusing me of shoplifting. >> Okay, go ahead, step out. >> I have a receipt from the store. >> Okay, step over here. Are you diabetic? >> No, but the person whose car it is is. >> Person whose car it is cuz I see a needle right there. >> Yeah, the person whose car >> Okay. Whose car is it? >> Frankie's. >> Frankie who? >> Johnson. >> Frankie Johnson? Do you know what type of diabetes he is? Is he A or B? >> I don't know if he is. >> You don't know? Okay, walk over here for me. Stand right there. He's in the back of a police car. Hey, she has a needle in the door board. Okay. >> Door board? >> This dude right here was talking to her at the store. He just walked up on us, so I told Josh to talk to him for a second. >> He got a needle in the driver's side door. >> You got gloves? >> I'll look in >> So, who'd you say who'd you say was in the truck? >> Frankie Johnson. >> Frankie >> 73 >> Sorry, so there ain't no illegal substances in the vehicle? Nothing at all? Okay, you mind if >> Hey, look. >> Okay. >> All right, so they accuse you of shoplifting, so you take off? >> I mean, yeah. >> Why? >> Because I didn't want to go to jail. >> Well, how well well, if you didn't shoplift, how you going to go to jail? >> Because >> The everything's recorded. It's all on a camera. >> I understand that. >> Okay, so if you didn't take anything when we get there you're not Okay. Well, like I said, when we get there we look at the camera footage, we look at your receipt, and if it shows that you didn't take anything, you Why would you go to jail? >> You can tell that the cops are really irritated with her, and I don't blame them. As a parent, this is very hard to watch, and I understand that she has an addiction, and that's her excuse, but that's not a valid excuse. Because, yeah, some experts say that addiction is a disease, but at the end of the day, it's still a choice. I've seen plenty of heroin addicts when I was younger, and some of them are completely clean right now, living a productive life, and some of them are 6 ft under in a graveyard. That is a choice that they made, and especially when you have kids, that should give you even more motivation to make the right choice. >> But, you know, honesty goes a long way, right? But, Why did you say you said you're homeless? >> Sorry. This is what we can search. >> Medicine, was it? Or Or at the car. Don't go over there. Just tell me. Okay. Okay. Can you look in the pocket of the sweatshirt in there for the receipt? Black? Why did you swap Why did you change sweatshirts into the jacket? >> Is there only one pocket in this thing? >> There's no receipt in there. You said Mucinex and Tylenol, all right? This is a receipt for Tylenol and something liquid gels. That Mucinex don't start with a D. This is from November. Okay. Why would you carry medicine to the store from November? Uh-huh. So, you carried stuff you found under the seat into the store? So, what were you trying to do? Return the medicine? Why wouldn't you Why were you in the pharmacy section, then? Trying to return medicine, you go to customer service. >> Oh, yeah. >> So, you got a lot of lot of potholes here. >> I didn't go straight there, so am I in trouble? >> Huh? >> I didn't go straight to customer service, so am I in trouble? >> No, you're in trouble because one, you ran cuz you when at the at the side of oh, you're shoplifting, you say you're trying to run from the cops. Okay, you're driving a vehicle with no insurance. >> I didn't know I didn't have insurance. >> Well, it don't matter, you're you're the one operating it, okay? You abandoned your child inside the store because you were too scared of the cops. Well, gal, we we're going to over We're going to find out. Basically, since most of this receipt is unreadable, >> There's not any cigarettes out the door. >> Huh? >> There's not any cigarettes >> in the door handle. >> in the door handle. >> Hey, Earl, you want to call Chase 7 and go start with the people now that we found her. Cuz you're trying to hide your identity when you're coming back to get your kid. >> Why'd you leave your 12-year-old son? >> All right, so when we look at the footage, it's not going to show you taking the taking medicines off the shelf, right? >> I really hope that this is going to be her rock bottom and that she's going to realize that the life she's living is not the life she should live. I mean, when you're at the point where you're abandoning your kids in public at a random Walmart because you're trying to escape the law, you have serious issues. Your priorities are all screwed up. Now, I hope that she's going to get her [ __ ] together, but it's unlikely. Addiction is not easy to overcome. I did say earlier it was a choice, but I didn't say it was an easy choice. Now, it's very easy to know what is the right thing to do, but to actually do it, that's a whole other story. You know what they say, right? Old habits die hard. >> Uh they don't just start randomly changing medicines every month. Two, you're returning an item, so don't matter if they changed it or not, you're still returning an item. Were you taking it off the shelf to try and return what was on the shelf? Then you were going to deal with us eventually. It would It would This was going to be inevitable. They got cameras all throughout this place. We were going to find the truck. We were going to find you. They call They call if a 12-year-old steals or 5-year-old tries to steal, they'll call it. So, we're coming regardless. >> 115 central They're going to be dispatched. >> Huh? They were because we had an We had an unattended child that was abandoned at the store. >> They got to be dispatched. >> We already called them because you weren't here. You left. You abandoned your child. >> I did not abandon my child. >> You did abandon your child. >> abandon >> No, it would be It would be intentionally It would be intentionally leaving without them to try and avoid the police. >> That's fine. >> You were trying to avoid the police. >> They didn't >> You even said as much. Not having a phone to call him instead of just grabbing him with you. What What Why did you leave your child at the store? Why But why did you leave >> That's littering. Pick that up, please. >> If you were next to your child the entire time that you should have been like you should have been because he's 12 years old. And you should have been able to use his phone. >> So, what's even the worst about all this is that she is using her son to commit crimes. She had him do a fraudulent return. So, she was charged with petty theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. But because he's a minor, he did not get charged, which is great because that is not his fault if his mom is conning him into committing crimes for her. Absolutely despicable.
