I'm going to give you one more opportunity to get out or I'm taking you to jail. Do you process things slow? >> I'm in charge right now. >> No, you're not. You're going to be flipping burgers when I'm done. Oh, he's an angry elf. Welcome back to the Van Balion channel, guys. Today, we head back to Arkansas courtesy of Arkansas Police Activity for one of the fastest sovereign citizen arrests in ASP history following a traffic stop for a defective / improper tail light and reflector. But, of course, the trooper ran the tag and can see that surprise, surprise, the driver has a revoked license. Get your popcorn ready for this one. Do what? Can I open this up? >> No, you can't. Huh? You have no right >> to open my door. >> Okay, get out of the car. Get out. No, I don't have to. >> Get out. Get out. Why do I get out? >> I'm telling you to get out. >> I'm You're violating my rights right now. 66 uh apartment fire over there. We're 10-50 at 10-1. You're violating my Get out of the car. 14th Amendment on my rights. Get out. All right. I'm going to record this all. >> Okay. All right, it's all Don't open my door. >> Get out. Don't open my door. >> Get out. >> Why are you opening my door? I'm going to give you one more opportunity to get out or I'm taking you to jail. >> I'm going to record this. >> Get out. You wait. I'm going Get out. >> this before Get out of the car. All right, let me grab Get out of the car. Don't [ __ ] put your hands on me. Why are you putting your hands on me? I told you to get out. >> I'm not resisting arrest. Why you doing anything? And what am I being detained for? >> All right, put your hands behind your back. Drop your cigarette. Drop your cigarette. Why am I being detained, sir? All right. So, you're going to get in trouble for this. Violate my 14th Amendment. I ain't done nothing wrong. You pulled me over for no reason. You got no probable cause for anything. Well, what did I do? According to Trooper Crossland's police report, he removed the suspect from the vehicle in what feels like record time because he showed no initiative to communicate with him through the window and due to his increasingly agitated demeanor. I'm guessing the revoked license and the warrant out of Mayflower PD he's hoping the Trooper doesn't discover is contributing to that agitation. Turn around. I'm Trooper Crossland, State Police. Okay, so what does that mean? >> is your license plate light is entirely too dim. I can't read your tag. >> Really? Sit on the car. >> [ __ ] That's [ __ ] reason. >> The reason I don't do driver's side approaches is so I don't get ran over. >> Well, you know what you did because you pulled me over blocking the lane. Okay. I don't know if your window doesn't work or what. No, it doesn't. >> All right. That's what I said. Come around to the other side. >> But you just wanted to open my car and put me in handcuffs. >> a driver's license? >> No, I don't. I don't need one to travel. Translation: My license got revoked, but instead of working with the court and DMV to get it reinstated, I'll just catching a bus. I went down the right to travel rabbit hole on the internet, then foolishly tried to put all that misinformation into practice in a state where the Troopers are famously known for their no-nonsense approach. Why are you throwing stuff around? You're being awfully violent. He's a nice guy. The [ __ ] 10-11 in front of drive. No, I'm not 10-11 for no driver's license. You don't have to have a driver's license to travel. Read the Constitution, sir. You're violating my rights right now. I'm 10-15 with You're violating my rights. Do you understand me? I'm going to jail. I'm not going to jail for nothing. I told you to get out of your car. >> I get Why Why am I going to jail? What What cause did you have to pull me over first officer? I already explained that to you. >> No, you didn't. You said my tail light's dim. That's bull. Right. I don't have nothing on me. I'm a white dude. Well, I'm searching you before I put you in my car. Well, that's good for you. That's what That's right. That's my right. Okay. Well, if you'd like to fight, you can. No, I'm going to sue your ass, is what I'm going to do. I ain't been no kind of resisting. So, you're just going to ignore the 14 lawful orders to step out of the vehicle, five on the passenger side and nine on the driver side, before the trooper removed you from the vehicle. Of course, you are, because that would mean you taking responsibility for your own actions. Also, it's not the trooper's fault you don't like the reason for the stop. It's also not the trooper's fault you're driving on a revoked license. So, stop the whining. I told you to come over to the other side because my window doesn't come down. You open my door on the now. >> hear you, and so I told you to get out. No, that's my son I was talking to on the phone. >> You're going to jail, so you you're detained. >> Really? Put your phone away. I'm going to jail for what? Like I said >> What am I going to jail for? I told you to get out of the car and you didn't. >> no probable And I pulled you out of the car. I don't know if you're >> You're violating my rights. Familiar with Pennsylvania versus Mimms, but I can tell you to get out of the car for any Yeah, but I know what the 14th Amendment is. All right. Well, Do you know what that is? Huh? Do you read the Constitution? Do you know y'all is violating and committing felonies right now? Do you? Do you understand, sir? Hello, sir. What's your What's your What's your reasoning for arresting me? For a tag light? Are you serious? Do you process things slow, or are you just >> No, I'm I'm I'm processing it perfectly. Uh I do believe you're violating my 14th Amendment. The right to travel without being harassed and molested. That's what I believe. And then you're going to tell my supervisor I have to bill you for rental. That's what I believe, he says. Well, sorry to break this to you, but the trooper has absolutely no obligation to pander to your beliefs. As for you billing the state police for a higher car because you were stupid enough to drive revoked, I would love to see you try. But I'm not going to hold my breath because you can't even do a simple thing like a tender court hearing. You know you're violating my rights, right? Mhm. My constitutional rights. Yep. You know You understand that? Turn this way. Turn this way. Well, I'm not resisting. You can manhandle me. Turn the way I'm telling you to. Well, I'm telling you to quit manhandling me cuz I ain't done nothing wrong. So quit manhandling me, please. Do you understand what I'm saying, son? Huh? Or do you not comprehend that? Well, would you give me a minute? Move your foot. Would you GIVE ME A REALLY, YOU piece of [ __ ] You violated my [ __ ] piece of [ __ ] [ __ ] DICK. VIOLATED MY [ __ ] RIGHTS. [ __ ] [ __ ] SUCKER. I WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT. WOW. You're going to search my car like I GOT SOME DRUGS. WOW. OKAY, SO WE'RE going to skip this part because it's pretty much dead air. That is until the trooper comes back to the vehicle. This gives the angry little elf, as the trooper calls him later, another opportunity to demonstrate his misunderstandings of how the world works. Sir, why did you kick me? Huh? Why did you kick me? I gave you numerous opportunities >> my leg and you tossed up because you got me detained in this little tiny box? So I I couldn't move fast enough for you, so you assault me? I don't find I want to speak to the sergeant or the the the person in charge. I'm in charge right now. >> No, you're not. Give me your Give me your superior, please. I'd like to speak to my superior when you get out of jail. No, I want to speak to your superior right now, sir. That's not how it works. Okay. >> You need to get your superior. That's not how that works. That is how it works. No. I'm glad you know so much about how I operate. >> Right, because you don't know the law, apparently. Because you don't assault somebody. And you don't manhandle them for no reason. Yes, you do. It's called the arrest process. If you don't like how it was conducted, change how you behave on a traffic stop. You can start by not refusing 14 lawful orders to exit the vehicle. 66 on the road. I want I don't I want a a lieutenant above you. I want your superior. Who is what? I want to speak to your superior now, sir. Not happening. Well, then you're going to be in trouble. I hope you like your job. >> What's up, man? Hey, he's got a warrant out of you guys. Well, that's not why I called you out here. Oh. Uh I asked for Mayflower to come out. I wanted to I was pretty sure it was him driving. And uh he's getting a driver's license. He's got a warrant out of y'all and I think it's a warrant out of Florida or something, maybe. Okay. Anyway, it's probably out of Florida. >> TO YOUR SUPERIOR. I WALK UP THERE AND I'M LIKE I can't hear him and he's saying something about come over this way. And I open the door and I'm like, "Hey, can I open this?" And he's like, "No." And I'm like, "All right, well get out." He's He starts running his mouth and I walk over here and I'm like, "Get out. Get out. Get out or I'm going to pull you out." And I pull him out and I call him anyway. Uh if you want to look at his DL real quick and see if y'all have this warrant. Which I don't know if y'all can confirm them or I want to speak to your superior, sir. Okay. Yeah. >> You want to write this down? Sir, I want to speak to your superior. Jonathan Burnley. Yeah. Do you want to write it down? >> Yeah, he falsely arrested me and assaulted me. He's out of Colorado. Is that right? No, no, no, this is Or is that Arkansas DL? Oh, he is out of Colorado. Uh Yeah, I'll go with What's it for? It's out of y'all for I want to speak to your superior, sir. >> Contempt of court, no driver's license, uh it's just a No driver's license to drive. What do you want to do? Okay. Yeah, um If you take him up there, I'll serve him with all of them. Just have to make a copy. Cool. Yeah, let let me go and make the copies. >> to your superior, sir. All right. >> [snorts] >> I want to file a complaint. You assaulted me. When did you call for me? Uh I don't know, probably about 5, 6 minutes ago now. I was right right after I pulled him out cuz I figured he's going to call the police or something. I didn't call the police. No. I was assaulted by you and I want to speak to your superior, sir. All right, I Anyway, you're good, bro. All right, man. I want to speak to your superior. I'll uh when I have the warrant in hand, I'll come back up. He's violated my rights, sir. He assaulted me. I don't want to be with this officer. He's an abusive officer. I want to speak to your superior now, sir. Yeah. Well, you're going to be in some deep [ __ ] so I hope you like your job. You're going to be flipping burgers when I'm done. Yeah, of course he will be. You keep telling yourself that. Whatever makes you feel better about your own law-breaking, eh? Anyway, during the inventory of the vehicle, they find a tattoo gun, which apparently is illegal to possess without a license in Arkansas. Our soft-seat friend, or angry little elf as the trooper refers to him, goes back into well, angry little elf mode. That's what I would Who said you know what my my 14th Amendment is? And I said, do you know what Pennsylvania versus Mimms is? He's got a tattoo gun, too. That's also a misdemeanor. Yeah. [ __ ] tattoo kit. [ __ ] I've never found somebody in possession of it before, but it's a misdemeanor. Yeah, I know what it is. They all have that warrant, though. I'll come back with What the [ __ ] are you doing? What are you doing with my tattoo kit? Huh? What are you doing with my tattoo kit? Do you have a license for it? You don't need a license. It's my Temu. You're a [ __ ] idiot. Yes. That's what he said. YOU'RE A [ __ ] YEAH, YOU I don't know how it is in California, but you got to have a license for that. I'm not from California, you dumb ass. Colorado, rather. Well, whatever. The [ __ ] you don't have to have a license for it. The [ __ ] Oh, he's an angry elf. Yeah, because you assaulted me. Say an angry elf. You assaulted me, you little Go ahead and break. Okay, guys, so that's where I'm going to leave this one. He continued to proclaim his innocence, claim the right to travel, threaten the trooper's job, and accuse him of assault for pretty much the rest of the video. The tow truck arrived to impound his vehicle and he was taken to jail and charged with driving on a revoked license, having a defective improper tail light and reflectors, and obstructing governmental operations. A warrant was issued for his arrest on December the 8th, 2025 for failure to appear in court for the charges mentioned. So much for him taking the trooper's job.
