Okay. >> So, me coming in here, actually, I would like you to remove yourself from this conversation because I want you conversation. >> You join this conver with with this guy. Okay. So, me coming in here, right? >> And which my friend will tell you. >> Okay. >> Correct. We walk in here. We're just trying to smoke hookah. Correct. >> I'm upset. Yes. Right now, I'm upset. >> And I won't lie that I'm upset. But I'm not going to act an ass. Never where I've never been. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. So, I'm going to call myself right now. All right. There's a person in there that has tried to paint me like I'm some ghetto ass [ __ ] or something. No, I'm ready to go. I'm ready to go where I need to go. I want to go home. Okay. >> Because at this point, it just got to a point where this person that's standing right there just wants to paint or point that a person that they know that is not in their correct mind. >> No, no, that's fine. That's fine. I know. I know. >> I'm going to say something now. He just said that. He asked you to leave and that you had too much to drink. >> No, it was more. It was more than that. >> It was more than that, though. >> I'm going to talk. I'm going to talk now. >> Checking in here, right? >> How you doing tonight? >> I'm great. How are you? >> Okay. Just got a pretty rough set of customers tonight. >> He's a problem person here. Yes, sir. >> They're good. >> They're witnesses, but yes, they're good. They were the ones threatened. >> Oh, >> well, then you go talk to them. >> Yes, sir. >> Tell me what happened. >> Joe asked her to leave and she didn't. >> Gotcha. and she started cussing me out, started pushing me, and I was like, "Oh, >> she's my friend." But she literally did. She was literally attacking him. >> She's kind of gone crazy. And at this point, >> did she take something or what's going on? >> I don't know. >> Has she ever done this before? >> But she's never acted like so much. >> Hey, let's take her 1095 for disorderly, guys. >> Well, I don't want that to happen. >> No, it's fine. You didn't deserve that as well. >> No, I was just trying to ask her to leave. She came in here like three times. She literally came in here three times. >> That's just [ __ ] up. >> I get it. >> At this point, >> but also me, I'm your friend and you were attacking me as well. Like that's I'm talking about [snorts] like >> honestly >> I I don't want anything to happen about this. This is the last thing I want to resort to. >> What are you Hey, don't resist. Thank you. >> I will tell you I haven't. >> My friend in there will tell you I haven't did anything. >> So, the deal is if she's going to get arrested for disorderly conduct, it's a parking ticket charge. Like, it doesn't make a criminal record. >> I was trying to get her out of the way. >> I couldn't grab her. >> I know you're not. No, I just don't want her to get herself into trouble. >> Yeah, >> this is uh like I said, this isn't going to make criminal records for her. It's just going to let her chill out >> and she'll be able to bond out in a few hours, but that'll give you guys a chance to not be here and to sort yourselves out and hopefully everybody can just >> Yeah, bring it down. >> We're all trying to calm the situation down. >> He was literally making sure we were fine. >> I just walked in here cuz I me and him are friends. >> He was trying to help. He came in and saw a >> I might have escalated >> and tried to help the situation. So I mean >> the thing about deescalation is it's not this magic >> thing that he asked her to be several times and she kept coming back in. >> Yeah. You can't deescalate someone who doesn't want to be >> deescalated. It's up to the person. >> All you can do is offer you in the face and I'm like look >> I'm sorry I had to call you. >> She's not me. I will push you out but I don't want to. >> The fact that she gotten in my face. >> Can you just please leave? It was always just she's like drunk and you just shake it off as that before. She said some weird stuff before, >> but she's never gotten in my face the way she did. >> This is a new extreme that we can't like happen. >> Yeah, I agree. >> She even asked and she was like yelling through the [ __ ] window and then she did it again and she came in. >> She's been going in and out for half an hour. >> You guys tried it sounds like >> I haven't did anything though. I haven't did anything. I haven't did anything. >> Stop. Stop. Relax. Relax. >> Wait. Give me a breath. Give me a breath. >> Take your breath. Give me a breath. Stop. >> I haven't did anything. I haven't did anything. >> Wait. Oh my god. This hurts. Wait. Stop. Sit down. Don't do it so forcefully. >> I'm asking you to sit down. >> That's fine. But don't do it so forcefully. >> Yeah. We asked you to calm down. Relax. >> No. This hurt so bad. No, I'm saying it hurts really bad. >> No, the left one. >> I haven't did anything. I haven't did. >> All you do is leave. >> I haven't did anything. I was going to leave. >> Okay. Okay. So, you didn't do anything? >> No, I haven't did anything. >> All right. >> I haven't did anything. >> You explain that. Thank you. >> I will tell you I haven't. >> Let me have this, please. Thank you. Wait. Wait. Sit down. No. I'm not trying to sit down. Sit down. Sit down. WAIT. STOP. STOP. Sit down. STOP. WAIT. BREATHE. Sit down. >> Everybody breathe. Stop. We've anything we say to each other is what it is. And I know you're trying to look at me like, "Oh, well, she's just [ __ ] up or something." No. Ask her. Her name is India Map. Go in there and ask her. Go in there. Literally, that's the person you need to talk to. I haven't done [ __ ] And I'm tired of being painted as a bad person. The whole time I was trying to go home. I told her I said goodbye. Hey, I'm trying to go home. All I want to do is go home. >> Can you talk to me? >> Yeah, we're going to go to the car. >> Can you talk to me? >> Don't resist us. We just want to go to the car with you. Okay. >> I haven't done anything. >> Just keep walking with us. You're doing You're doing fine. >> But I haven't done anything. >> Watch. Careful. Careful. One, two. >> Can you get the other foot out? >> Can you pull my pants out? >> I can. Yeah, that's fine. >> Can you please tell me what I did? I just want you to tell me what I did. >> You told you your charges public and public. >> No, I mean you were in the back of the seat. Can you tell me what I did? >> I'm telling you. I'm asking you right now. >> Come on. Let's go. >> No, it's not me discarding what you're trying to say. I just want you to >> I told you act like I'm a human. Tell me. >> Let's go this way. >> Why did you act like >> I'm not the arresting officer. >> That's fine. I just want you to tell me my charges. >> I did. So that's why I'm standing here like a human and I want you to tell me in front of my face >> when I was trying to talk to you nicely. Now you don't want to talk to me nicely. So then when I don't talk to you nicely, now you don't want to talk to me nicely. You see how it work?
