Um, yeah. >> If I need him, I'll call you and we'll go from there. But I, as long as I got all the paperwork, I know your mom didn't have a license and whatnot. So, as long as I have everything I need, you won't hear from me. Okay. If I call you, >> just speak out sometimes. All right. >> Very good. Um, is there anything? Hey, Frank. Frank, is there anything sensitive in here that needs to come out? >> My weapons. >> Okay. >> Well, he's going to put them in the car and then I'll take them out of there. >> Well, you'll do it before it goes on the tow truck, though, right? >> No, he's going to put on the tow truck and I told him I'll take it out before then. You're going to jump off the tow truck for us? >> No. I'll get it for you. >> All right. Um, so unfortunately, >> we're gonna have to go through all the steps. All right. I know. I'm good. >> I was in the office earlier. >> Okay. >> Yep. >> Are you all right going through some tests? >> I am good. >> All right. Part of it. All right. So, what we're going to do, I'm sure you know these tests. Just let me go through it. So, you know, when I get in the situation with some cops, they like to instruct it. Just let me go through the spiel and we'll get down. All right. So, you can see me, right? Can you see my finger? You wear contacts? >> No, I do not. >> Everything good? We can. No vision problems. All right. So, what I'm going to do, we're going to keep our noses locked and I'm going to move my finger in front of your face. >> All I want you to do is follow it with your eyes. So, if I bring it over here, don't turn your head. Just look out of the corner of your eye. Any questions for me? >> No, I do not. >> All right. Follow my finger with your eyes only. >> Yes. >> Nope. >> Oh, no. I'm sorry. >> We're going to keep our noses locked. So, just imagine that your head stuck, right? >> Just don't look to the side with it. All right. Follow my finger with your eyes only. up. Hey, who's this coming around the >> Sorry. All right. You have a car coming up behind you. I don't want to hit you. >> All right. So, the next thing we're going to do, >> why don't you let's back up just a little bit to give you enough space kind of right there. >> I want you to put your left foot down on the line. Put your right foot directly in front. >> Why don't we move up to a flat because this is kind of on an angle. Why don't we just move up onto >> You want to come up here? >> All right. We'll use these bricks so you have a straight line. All right. Thank you. If you don't put your left foot down, put your right foot directly in front of it. Hands at your side. Yep. Put your So, we're going to keep our left foot down on the ground. Put your right foot directly in front of it. Hands at your side. Okay. You can do that now. Don't move. Okay. When I tell you to do so, you can look at me right now, though. When I tell you to do so, you're going to take nine heel to toe steps forward. Look down. Sorry. That's okay. You don't have >> I know you do. My >> You're good. We're going to take nine heel to toe steps forward looking down at your toe and counting out loud. >> Like [ __ ] >> Just stand normal then right now. >> No, stand normal. Stand like just stand regular so you can get the instructions. All right. >> It's nine heel to toe steps forward. You're going to look down at your toe and count out loud. I'm going to demonstrate. One, two, three, and so forth. When you get to your ninth step, whatever foot's in front, I want you to leave on the ground. Take short steps to turn yourself back around. Take nine heel to toe steps back. >> Nice forward and nine back. Look down at your toe. Count out loud. Hands at your side. >> Yes, sir. >> Any questions? No. >> So, before you start, let's get you back in that starting position. Left foot down, right foot directly in front. >> Hey, folks. >> Hey folks, if you don't mind, can you just go down to the next awning for me? >> You just wait till they got Yep. All right. So, put your left leave your left foot where it is. Right foot directly in front. Heel to toe. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. You can do that now. Okay. >> And whenever you're ready, you can begin. Nine heel to toe steps. Look down and count out loud. >> Two. Three. Four. Five. 6. Turn around. >> Yep. >> One. Two. Three. Four. Five. Six. Seven. Eight. N. >> All right. Face me. >> Yes, sir. >> M. Do you have your watch on you? >> Yeah. >> Can you time 30 seconds for me when I ask you? >> All right. Next thing, just hands feet together, hands at your side. When I tell you to do so, whatever foot you feel more comfortable with. If you got a if one leg's bad, lift the lift that one up so you can balance in the other. You're going to lift it six inches off the ground. You're going to point your toe out. You're going to count out loud. 1 10 1002. Keep going till I tell you to stop. If at any point it comes down, pick it back up and continue where you left off. So if you drop it at number two, start at number three. Okay? But the important things of this, keep your hands at your side, look down at your toe, try not to wobble or hop. Do your best to kind of stay still. All right. Any questions? >> No, sir. >> All right. >> How many seconds? >> You're going to just keep counting. 100,00 1,002. And then I'll tell you when to stop. >> Okay, sir. >> All right, sir. >> Sorry, the pedestrian there almost got hit by. Are you ready, Mo? >> You can begin. 1001,002 10003 I'm sorry I'm sorry 1004 105 1006 1007 1008 10090123 1 1500 I'm sorry my my foot 179 Hate to have to do this to you. >> Yeah, >> we're at a place after arrest. >> I know. >> Okay, >> I get it. >> We'll get you through this. It's not the end of the world. Not the biggest deal. >> I apologize. You're I Frank, I've known you for years. It is what it is. >> You're doing your job. >> So, um I'll handcuff you in front. >> You have your gun on you? >> No, I do not. It's in the car. >> Let's keep you some privacy. Let's walk over to the car in front of everybody. >> Who's here to get your stuff? >> Who's here, Frank? Who Who's here to get your stuff? Which which one of your buddies is here to get the guns? >> Nobody's here. >> Nobody. All right. Can we take him for you? >> Yeah. >> All right. Let's just walk over. We'll go over to my car. Actually, can I put him in your car so he's not in the intersection? >> Can I put him in your car so he's not in the intersection? We got to we have to unload all of his weapons. >> All right. Come on over here, Frank. >> Sorry. your job. >> I know. Fine. >> I'm only going to Not that I don't trust you. >> You got >> I had a I had a cop under arrest once before and he didn't tell me he had his gun on him and he did by mistake. I trust him. I'm just going to check real quick. Okay. Go ahead. All right. Have a seat. All right. >> All this SWAT stuff is loaded. >> Oh, you got to go the other way. >> Say it again. >> All the SWAT stuff is loaded in the trunk. >> Okay. >> I tried to see if he would uh let us unload it before it went up and he was insistent on it going up and getting it all down, but we can't send the guns to >> So, is he going to drop it back down first or we got to climb up there? Well, I'll tell him to drop it back down. >> Yeah. >> I said I don't want to get in. You want to stay with him? >> Yeah. >> I don't want to get in his business while he was talking with the guy, but >> that's the tow truck driver. >> Your uh your muffler is hanging off the car. >> The muffler is hanging off this. So, um >> I have to unload that car. >> Huh? >> I have Can you take that car down for a minute? So, I was going to talk to you, but let's get them. What do you want to do with this first? >> As long as you think they're okay to drive. >> Where do you guys live? Someville. >> Did you see their muffler? >> Yeah, I did. >> All right. As long as you're cool with that. All right. >> This looks like also like >> Here's the thing. If you guys don't feel comfortable, we'll get a towed. Yes. >> It's up to you guys. It's your comfort. >> Well, anyway, I'm going to have to have it towed at home, right? like >> No, if the car is drivable, you could drive I would call your insurance company. They'll tell you where to take it and then you take it there to get it assessed. But our advice is if you don't feel comfortable driving your car, this gentleman will get you a tow truck, let it go to their toward, you call your insurance, say, "This is where my car is." They will walk you through everything. Okay? But it's your comfort level. If you don't feel comfortable driving yet, we'll remove it for you. >> How much is towing? >> So that so Okay, so towing for Somerville is cheap as [ __ ] No offense, >> but >> but if you don't, like he said, if you don't feel comfortable with towing it, we could always tow it to where you want to get towed to. It doesn't matter where you want to tow to particular body shop, particular to the house, whatever you guys want. >> We charge you and contact your insurance company. Let them know, hey, >> no contact. >> You have your phone on you or anything? >> Okay, keep it. I don't I'm fine with that. I just want to make sure you have your stuff. Is there anything besides the weapons in there that you need out of the car? >> But is there a key that we're going to have to use to get in there or >> is it mission? >> Yeah. Do you have like a pullout drawer that >> I have a pull out drawer? >> Okay. Is it locked? >> Yeah. >> Okay. How do we get in that? >> Uh my code. >> What's that? >> My coat. >> Your coat? >> Yeah. In the >> Yeah. Yeah. >> All right. Um do you have any personal belongings in there you want me to grab for you? Wallet. Anything like that? >> My bag. >> Your bag. Okay. We'll get whatever we can for you. >> It's in the bag. In the bag. It's in the back. Um, do you want us to hold this in secured storage or do you want us to call someone to come get it for you? >> You got it. >> Are you going to go in there? >> I think I have all the information. I took pictures of it. I documented it the best I could. He He needs his bag out of the front. Uh, all the weapons. He gave me the code, but I don't remember. We'll have to get it again when it comes down. He said the vault's loaded with stuff. He does not want us calling anybody to get it. He'd like us to store it in secured storage. If you're okay with that or whoever is insurance, >> how many are in there? I didn't ask, but he said it's loaded. >> Mute off. Yeah. >> And I'm sorry like if I was rude to anybody, but it was just so shocking. >> You weren't rude at all. >> Okay. Sorry. Cuz like also I'm not like you can hear I'm like French speaking. So I was like what? What? What? And then like a vehicle like some my two daughters are here like >> my heart fell. Okay. Super. Thank you so much for everything. >> It's like I hope the other people are okay. >> Is she leaving? >> Ma'am. Ma'am, just so you don't have to go around the tow truck, do a Uturn right here and we'll help you get around. Okay. >> Okay. >> Are you still muted? >> Watch out. I'm going to open the road because I see a transit guys coming. The owner of that white Lexus is in the bathroom. The girlfriend said I told her just to have him come out when he's he's done >> cuz I just don't want him to come off the curb. Then his bumper goes flying off and I'm in another problem. >> Uh I see this transit guys walking up here cuz he's probably doesn't know how to get around the block. >> I'm going to move my car. >> All right. >> Do you want to take over? You want to take over here? Wait for the tow truck to go and then follow back. That's fine. >> And then me and Tim will go back with him. >> That's fine. Yeah. You >> good with that? All right. >> So, I'm going to open it up on this park right here. So, we're going to open the road up. >> So, we have everything we need, right? All the parties, >> I believe. So, yeah. I Mo wrote down a DL number for the injured. That's the only person I haven't run the DL yet to see what it comes back to. Okay. >> Um, so as long as it autopop populates with her name, I'll have everything I need. >> Okay. All right. >> Um, he has his belongings in his pocket still, just so you know. So, he has his cell phone though. He doesn't have anything. >> He has no firearm on him. >> So, they're going to have to bring it back, too. >> Yeah, they're going to bring it back. And I guess we can load it into Sally Port. >> Okay. is uh who's at the other end? >> Mo's Mo's coming down here to go behind him. >> Okay. >> And then we'll be good. >> Did you tell him that we're bringing the car back? >> I told him we'll take care of everything. Yeah. So, my dispatch are seeing if the other company we have is available right now. >> Okay. >> Worst case scenario, I got the I got the trunk to close. Worst case scenario, we go unload that over at the precinct. Then, I'm going to get that off the curb or off the sidewalk right now. So, worst case scenario, >> we I go unload that over at Dave's and I'll come back and come pick it up. >> Okay. Y >> um are you are you ready to go then? >> Uh not right now. I'm going to get this thing off the sidewalk. >> Okay. >> And then I'm waiting on a call back from her right now. >> If that's close, he still wants it getting towed then. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> No matter what he wants to >> I also gave him a heads up that me taking it off the sidewalk might [ __ ] up the book. >> I mean, you're towing it anyway, so it's understood. >> I know, but I don't want my [ __ ] off. You have to pay for it. Ready? >> Yeah. >> She's going to pull out real quick. Okay. Yep. Have a good night. >> Thank you. Everyone thinks >> you >> the white >> Lexus. >> Yeah. >> Okay. When he comes out, can you just ask him to come out? We're going to just try to see if he can back his car off the curb. And if he can, he doesn't need a towed. If he wants a towed, we can tow it. But as long as he can back it off the curb, we don't need a towed. All right. Just have him come out when anybody comes out. Thank you. >> Sorry. Sorry. >> There's something. It's not in that chapter. County 81 headquarters pending 6650. Racing 6650 at 22 45. What's up? >> Yeah. >> Are you Is this on or no? >> No. >> Okay. What?
