Are you for real? >> I'm 100% for real. >> Chance. Are you going to call an Uber? >> No. >> Okay, put your hands behind. >> Now you're going to jail for sure. >> All right. What are you doing? >> Get your back. >> I'm not getting out of my car. >> You're done. >> I >> You are done. Shut up. >> This is hilarious. [ __ ] hilarious. >> What are you doing? >> YOU GUYS ARE HURTING ME. >> You're hurting me. >> What's up everybody? I hope you guys are ready for a crazy episode. You're getting not one, not two, but three arrests for the price of one. We have two Spirit Airlines Karen who have a complete meltdown at the airport. And on top of that, we have a drunk driver who gets snatched out of the car. Now, before we get started, some of you guys were asking updates on how the baby's doing, and he is doing fantastic. He's very healthy, very strong, very cute. He's a little bit more demanding than my daughters were, so we're having a little bit of a rough time, but we're hanging in there. Overall, we're so blessed and grateful. We can't believe how lucky we are. Now, without further ado, let's get started. >> Buddy. >> Hey, buddy. >> What's up, buddy? >> You okay? >> Yeah. You good? >> Yeah. Yeah. Did you miss your flight? >> No. >> What time's your flight? >> Yeah, you might have missed it, buddy. >> No, I'm not. >> What time's your flight? >> What time is this flight? >> Oh, what flight are you on? You're on this Fort Lauderdale. Yeah, >> they've left, buddy. >> No, they're not. It's delayed. It's 11:43. >> Is it delayed? >> It's 11:27. It's 11:43. >> They did this. >> Yeah, they woke you up and uh you didn't wake up. >> Look what they do. Look what they do. The plane is still there. >> They tell you that that it departs at 11:43. You arrive 20 minutes early >> and they close it. >> Yeah. So, they already closed the door. So, boarding is done. >> You have to try to get reboot, buddy. >> What? >> Yeah. Winning boarding is done, >> guys. There's no time. >> Whatever that time is, they typically board about 45 minutes prior. So, you probably missed it about 15 20 minutes ago. >> No, no one here. I've been here for an hour. >> But you were asleep, buddy. >> I guess multiple people were waking you up, buddy. >> No, we saw it on camera, so I don't know what happened. >> No, no, no, no, no. >> There is no way. Well, however you figure it out, you're going to have to get rebooked somehow or get another ticket. >> Can you rebook them or no, miss? Yeah. >> Yeah. Go up there and rebook it. >> So, did this be Spiritfly just leave? >> So, I want you guys to take a look at the date. This happened in March of 2026 and two months later, in May of 2026, Spirit got dismantled. So, this might be the last crash out we will see from a Spirit Airlines customer, which is a tragedy. Now, obviously, these customers, they're going to go somewhere else, whether it's Frontier or somewhere else. But in Spirit Airlines, they had a home. They had somewhere where they could be amongst each other and they could show their true nature. And it's unfortunate that they have been robbed of that. >> Huh? >> Yeah. on camera. They they they see them waking you up or you go right back to bed. >> No one woke me up. >> No one. >> The video doesn't lie. So what? >> Showing the video. >> I'm not going to show you. Just go get rebooked. >> Show the video. >> Go get rebooked. >> Don't get recommend. >> It doesn't matter. You missed your plane. Either way, >> buddy. You obviously got the cops called on you, so that's why we're here. So get the cop >> because because you weren't waking up, >> brother. They thought there's something wrong with you physically. [ __ ] So I think your phone's right here, buddy. >> Yeah, >> just in case. Uh, you might want to head up here. 38's with me. He's just he's missed this flight. He's intoxicated and he's got to get read book, but he's very agitated. M14. >> It's not. It It's It's not It's still delayed. >> I was here an hour ago. No one tried to wake me up. Nothing. Hello. >> Tomorrow night, >> that's what I have. >> No, I leave for a cruise tomorrow. >> Thank you. >> No, rebooking or >> Noing. >> All right. >> Why are there three police around? >> Don't worry about that. Why the are there three? I'll get yourself arrested. You >> have no business on this side. >> Get yourself arrested. Okay. Got no business on their side. I've seen them in the park. You got to get to the They're not They're not revoking you. So, let's go. >> Get yourself arrested, though. Okay. Lower your voice. Nobody's cursing at you. >> You're the one. >> We're here working. >> We're working. That's what we're doing. >> So, this is what I don't understand. This guy was going on a cruise. Most likely, it's going to be those all you can drink cruises where you can get shitfaced for seven days in a row. And he was going to have so many opportunities to get completely plastered. Why couldn't he wait just a couple hours? How much of a raging alcoholic do you have to be to miss your flight because you're too plastered as you're about to get plastered for a week straight? It's probably best for him that he's not going to the cruise because I don't think his liver can handle it. >> I am cuz you're raising your I'm not >> at all. No, I wasn't. I wasn't. Okay, let's go. >> 39. >> Let's go. >> Yes, ma'am. Uh Spirit's not going to rebook him. We're going to escort him off the other side. >> Welcome to Tampa Bay. Please keep walking over here. >> Okay. >> I know. >> Welcome to Tampa Bay. >> Police. >> How are you leaving your property? >> Are you getting an Uber? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> For sure. >> Why don't you call it now? >> No. >> Okay. Let me get your ID while we're at it. >> No. >> Well, you're going to be trespassed. I'm going to trespass you from the airport. >> If you're going to get an Uber, you're going to jail. >> So, >> we're not going to tell you. >> We'll make it easy. You won't you won't get no flight >> and you're causing issues. Clearly, you're too drunk to fly. So, call an Uber or go to jail. I'm not too drunk to fly, >> buddy. They couldn't even wake you up. >> You're so intoxicated. They couldn't wake you up. >> That is not true, >> Dude. I can smell the alcohol from right here. >> No, you cannot. >> Yes, I can. >> No, you cannot. >> Okay, listen. This is how it's going to be. >> You're going to call an Uber. >> I'm going to get you. [clears throat] You're you're trespassed from the airport. Unless you have any official business, you cannot be back here. So, you got to book a flight somehow. Do it online, but you're not going to do it right now. We're going to get you off property. [snorts] Otherwise, you're not making your cruise anytime soon. >> Absolutely insane. >> You're drunk. Too drunk to fly? Yeah, absolutely. You're grown at all. I'm not >> Okay. Why are you not on the plane? >> We're about to stand at all times. >> Is that the reason? That's why law enforcement's calling. >> Really? >> Yeah. Cuz nobody can wake you up cuz you're too drunk. You can't handle your >> Nobody can wake me up. No one even try. >> Why do you think there's three cops here? >> Yeah. You're too drunk. Now you're going to miss your crews because you can't hurt. >> I like this cop. I like how he is not babying him around. He's not pandering to his emotions. He's not offering him an emotional support blanket. Basically, he's telling him the straight facts. You miss your cruise because you're a drunk idiot. That's the truth, and you have to accept it. Now, I wish that more cops were like that. Honestly, this should be a training video. >> Better plan. So, call it >> right now. Yeah. >> So, we'll we'll get over there. I'll afford you that opportunity. Give me your ID again so I can you know do the proper trespass on you. >> Why is this trespassing? >> Because you're intoxicated. Okay. You're intoxicated at the airport obviously to the point where you got the cops called on you. >> My flight was delayed and >> multiple people tried waking you up. You missed your flight because of this. That's a lie. >> And then you wanted to be wanted to be verbally argumentative to both uh spirit staff and us and everything. So, we're not going to have that happen in our airport. So, come on. >> So, it's not that hard. To your left, sir. >> Hey, I'm not going to tell you again. To your left. >> Elevators right there. You never see this person. >> Why don't you just call your Uber, sir? >> No, I'm good. They go to jail. >> Call your Uber, sir. >> I'll see you guys tomorrow. >> You come back without a ticket, you're going to jail. >> No ticket. And if you come back drunk, it's going to be another problem. So, >> I'm not drunk. >> I'm not drunk. >> You're drunk. >> No, I'm not. >> You're drunk. No, I'm not. You're not intoxicated. >> I don't care how you many times you want to argue this, you're intoxicated. >> That's not Uber, sir. So, I want you guys to really take a look at the attitude and the bravado that this guy is exhibiting right now because he is very combative. He's a tough guy. Now, how much do you want to bet that's going to change real quick when his face hits the concrete? Because usually when these tough guys get arrested, they turn into the biggest mad babies you've ever seen. And I would bet a quesadilla or two that that's exactly what's about to happen. >> What's your name? >> Jackson. >> Jackson. Jackson, do you have an ID, buddy? >> Jackson, is your ID out of Florida? >> Are you going to call an Uber? No. >> All right, I'm going to give this one more chance. Are you going to call an Uber? >> No. >> Okay, put your hands behind. >> Are you a flight tomorrow morning at 7 a.m.? >> Doesn't matter. >> What are you doing? >> Get your back. >> What is going on? We're 104. >> I have a flight. >> Tough luck, bud. >> You're good. Relax. >> Tough luck. >> Gave you plenty of opportunities. >> This is what happened. >> I have a fight at 10:25. >> NO, YOU DON'T. NOT ANYMORE. >> NOT ANYMORE. >> Not anymore. Keep your mouth shut. >> I have a fight. >> You had all the opportunities. You're done. You're done. >> I I'll show >> You are done. Shut up. >> I'll show you. I'll show you. >> You're done. Oh [ __ ] >> Stop. >> You didn't think it was going to happen. We told you 15 times. >> I have a flight. >> It doesn't matter. It's done. You're done. >> I gave you every opportunity to make that flight at 7:00 a.m. That you apparently not. >> Yes, we did. >> You followed me all the way out. >> Yes, we did. >> Yeah, we got to make sure you leave the property. You're not flying tonight, buddy. >> I It's tomorrow morning. Why did I just stay here like everyone else? What do you mean? >> Take a seat. >> I told you numerous times over there. >> I'm not. >> You want to be all big bad tough guy? >> No, I'm not. >> You want to be all big right to shut up. >> So, the subtitles didn't catch that, but I'm pretty sure that the cops said you should exercise your constitutional right to shut up. And that's funny because I say that all the time. The Fifth Amendment is your best friend. You should not talk when you're under arrest. I'm not even going to touch on the legal side of things because maybe there are situations where you might want to talk. But when it comes to embarrassing yourself on the internet because you know damn well these body cams are going online, you're better off staying quiet so you don't completely humiliate yourself just like this guy. >> You want to be a big bad tough guy. You can spend that in jail. So where's your wallet? >> Like every human. >> You'll learn. You're not going to make your cruise now if you want to play this game. What do >> you mean I'm not going to make my cruise? >> You're going to jail. >> Why? >> Because you're drunk. You refuse to leave out here. >> I left. >> I left. I walked out here. I have a flight at 7 a.m. >> Dude, I left. >> You didn't think it was going to happen and you did not. >> I I tried. So >> name's not Jackson. >> I don't know. >> You told us your name two minutes ago. >> Oh yeah, >> on camera. >> Thanks for lying to that too. That's another charge. >> Talking about you said my name is Jackson. That's a city >> you said your name is. >> So it's another charge. >> Another charge. >> Well, it's uh Andrew. >> Andrew. You heard Andrew? >> No. Am I really going to jail for sleeping to my flight? >> No, that's not what you're going to jail for. You were supposed to leave. You were advised most. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. You asked me and I'm telling you. And then you gave us a false name on top of that. You told us Jackson. I didn't just pull that name from behind. >> So false information to us as well. >> I just think my car. >> Can I get on my flight at 7 a.m.? >> That depends on the judge, sir. And I don't think you're going to make your flight at 7:00 a.m. I can listen. Whatever. You might not be, but you have Listen, I drink a lot of alcohol and I can smell it. Bud like 400 p.m. >> All right. Well, >> I'm not going to go anywhere. Can you take your hand off me, >> sir? >> I'm not going to leave. >> No, I have to I have to make sure it's right here, sir. Where were you born? >> To meet my wife and two kids in Fort Lauderdale for a Disney cruise. >> Where were you born? >> Oh, where was I born? >> Yeah. Where were you? >> I need you to stand up. >> Are you real? >> No one seat. >> Take a seat. So, in the end, he got charged with resisting an officer, giving a false name to law enforcement, disorderly intoxication, and trespassing. I don't even know why the cops bothered charging him with all that because the prosecutor just dropped all the charges. So, I guess the only penalty he got out of this was missing his cruise. Now, let's move on to the next body cam. >> That's why I call so I can [ __ ] go home. That was the [ __ ] security guys. >> I'm not security. >> Zone one. Zone one. Welcome to board for flight >> 382 going to Tampa. Zone one are welcome to board. >> Fine. It's all fine. It's all fine. It's all fine. Everybody's fine as long as I'm fine. Right. >> You been drinking, man? >> I went to talk to my mom. What the [ __ ] >> Ma'am. Ma'am, listen to me. Put the phone down. >> What's going on? >> I want to go to see my mother and my father. >> Okay. Well, you're not going to go acting like that. >> All right. >> I can go to see my mother and father anytime I want to. >> Listen. Stop. Stop. You're intoxicated. >> All right. Stop. >> Talk to them. I'm talking to you. [laughter] You're a grown to them. You're a grown woman. I'm talking to you. >> What time is your plane your plane supposed to leave? >> I don't [ __ ] care what time my flight is supposed to leave. >> You cuss for more. Come put you in handcuffs. >> Okay, fine. >> Okay, you need to calm down. >> Will my dad come get me if I can get out of these [ __ ] handcuffs? >> Tango 11 backpack. It's sitting in a seating area close to >> Go ahead. Talk to my dad. Go ahead. Talk to them. Talk to them. Go ahead. >> Black. >> I don't [ __ ] care. >> Are you [ __ ] kidding me? >> Have you ever gone out in public and then you realize, "Ah [ __ ] my shirt is backwards." Well, that's exactly what happened to this cop except for his body cam. Luckily, that's not a big deal because it's so easy to flip it around. But this woman, man, she is something else. This is the typical Spirit Airlines customer. self-entitled, thinks she's the center of the universe, drunk as a skunk, and belligerent. Once again, like I said earlier, this is just going to be another lost soul that lost their home in Spirit Airlines. It really is a tragedy. >> He's right there. >> No [ __ ] target. >> I wish I would do that if I were you. >> I wouldn't do that. >> Come over here. >> Oh, really? You're going to right now. >> She's not, but she was in our in our gate area. So, I I told her she she couldn't stay down there. >> Okay. All right. So, who she flying with? >> DON'T [ __ ] TOUCH ME RIGHT NOW IF YOU'RE NOT [ __ ] MY DAD. DON'T [ __ ] TOUCH >> I GOT HER I GOT HER TAG. Hold on. All right. >> I just brought her them off. OKAY. >> DO NOT [ __ ] TRY ON MY [ __ ] DAD. I'M [ __ ] >> This is [ __ ] This is [ __ ] >> Need your car. >> There's my [ __ ] car. Yeah, sure. [ __ ] [ __ ] >> Yo, this is this is hilarious, right? This is [ __ ] hilarious. >> What are you doing? I'M TRYING TO GET [ __ ] TO MY [ __ ] THUMB. FAMILY. >> That's my phone THAT YOU HAVE IN YOUR [ __ ] HAND. You [ __ ] [ __ ] >> She [ __ ] with you guys, right? >> Yeah, she >> Yeah, THAT'S MY [ __ ] GRAND TALKING TO YOU. [ __ ] [ __ ] >> ALL RIGHT, that's it. That's it. Now you're going to jail for sure. All right, you better stop. Stop it. The way he's talking to her is how I talk to my six-year-old daughter when she's doing something wrong. Stop it. It's like these cops are doing more babysitting than law enforcement. It's ridiculous. This woman is such an overgrown toddler. I wonder how she made it this far in life. I wonder if she's even able to tie her shoes. >> Do you understand? >> Stop. Be advised, it's going to be a groundhouse killer burgers. I'm sorry. Groundhouse Killer Burgers. Killer Burgers. >> Is this radio show? Is this a good show? Good job. >> 513 through X-ray. I got one to 10 in cussy. Actually, >> I copy one to 10 in 1950. >> Good job, guys. Good job. Good [ __ ] job. Good [ __ ] job. >> Take that, please. Thank you. All right, >> let's go. >> No, I'm not going with you. Are you [ __ ] kidding me? Are you [ __ ] kidding me? I'm not joining with you. >> 375 radio. >> Can you just [ __ ] stop for two seconds? >> Call my [ __ ] dad. >> Gi. >> Yes, ma'am. Right down. You're under arrest. >> I don't [ __ ] either. >> I mean Clark. >> What? What am I under arrest for? >> Public intoxication, assaulting an officer, obstruction of justice. >> Okay. >> So, I get to go home now. >> No, you're going to jail. >> Okay. Well, good. Let's go. >> Okay, let's go. >> Walk downstairs. 373 is already on. >> Now, I'm sure that her father and uncle do care about her. And if they were able to talk to her right now, what they would say is, "Put down the bottle. You're taking a plane. You don't need to get shitfaced before you get on the plane. You can have one or two drinks while you're on it. That's perfectly fine. But try to stay in control, which is the bare minimum you should be able to do when you're out in public. But once again, I think that if her father, her uncle said that to her, it would go in one ear and out the other. She wouldn't listen to them because she is way too far gone. >> This is [ __ ] [ __ ] >> Right over here. >> Have a seat. >> I will take a seat. Oh, thank you so much. three. >> What's the [ __ ] up? >> What did I do wrong? >> Right over here. >> I didn't pay a bill. I'll pay the bill. >> Is this a [ __ ] joke? I'm not going in there. Yes, you are. >> Yeah, you are. >> It hurts my leg. >> Be still. I can take it off. >> What did I do so wrong as I trying to go? >> What about the confus? >> Turn up. Don't turn around. Stay where you are. Stay right there. >> Are you [ __ ] kidding? >> I've been dealing with him for 3 days. >> All right. Hold on. >> Turn back on. >> I don't know why you want me to go. >> Told you not to turn around. Stay where you are. [snorts] >> Come stand over here. Got to take this bag off. >> Stand up in here right against the wall. >> Hold on. Let me hold. Let me take this off first. >> Whoa. Oh, just put your hands up against the wall. >> So, you guys heard the charges from the officer's mouth. It was public intoxication, assaulting an officer, and obstruction of justice. Now, let's move on to the final body cam, and this one is really crazy. There's this woman that is completely shitfaced. She is asleep at the wheel and she thinks that because the car is not on, she's not going to catch a DUI. Well, she is gravely mistaken. Take a look at this. >> Espresso martinis and I guess two or glasses of wine. I saw her like kind of get all sloppy all of a sudden. She went to the bathroom. Uh my bartenders alerted me. I came out from my office. Uh I didn't want her getting behind the car obviously. I kind of walked out and I saw her in there. Kind of went a little loopy and then just kind of nodded out. what it looks like. Looks like she's breathing totally fine. I think she's just honestly [ __ ] up. She could be potentially honest. >> All right, if you don't mind, just just hang out here. I'm going to go >> park my vehicle in front of her. I don't want >> my concern. I don't want someone dying, bro. Exactly. That's my concern. I don't want to be in trouble. >> Agree. I don't want nobody dying. >> 100% agree. So, just hang out right here. If we got to come talk to you, we'll come talk to you. All right. So told me that she went in there, had about four drinks, got up, started stumbling a little bit. So wait for traffic to get here, see what he wants to do. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I had about four drinks, two espresso martinis. So, I'll wait for traffic to get here. See what he wants to do with it. >> Evening, ma'am. We're officer Flint Palm Beach Gardens. >> Yeah. >> Are you okay? Are you sick or injured? >> No, I'm good. >> Okay. Why are you passed out here? >> No, I I'm >> Okay. Do you have your ID on you? Yeah, >> cancel. >> Do you have your license? >> Yeah. >> May I see it, please? >> Sure. So, the manager of the restaurant said that she had four drinks when she was there, which is not entirely unreasonable. I don't think they overserved her, especially since she's having it with food. But here's the thing, you don't know how much she drank before getting there or when she was in the car. Also, there's a lot of other factors, possibly lack of sleep. I know for myself now, I've been getting a lot less sleep with the baby and when I have a drink or two, it hits a lot harder than it used to. So I have to be very careful there. So yeah, I think she had more than four or something else is going on. >> It's on your Facebook. >> Well, I have it regularly if you want. >> Yeah, your license. Yeah, your driver's license. Why do you keep going to Facebook for your driver's license? Like, do you have the physical card? No, I don't have my physical driver's license on me right now. >> It's Florida. You got to have your driver's license on. Get the physical one. >> For real? >> Yeah, of course. >> Fox. >> It's not like in your purse or anything. >> No, I have it just like on my home. >> Do you have like any kind of photo ID that's in your purse? >> Yeah. Your driver's license. This exactly what I've been asking for this whole time. Uh, make sure she's, you know, >> so you here at Jay Alexander. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Why are you sleeping here? >> I'm not sleeping. >> Yeah, I walked up. I woke you up. >> No. >> Come on now. You can't gaslight me. I seen you. I seen you sleeping. >> Okay. >> All right. >> So, what time did you get here? >> What time did I get here? >> Yeah. DJ Alexander. 8:00. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Do you know what time it is now without looking at your >> 11:00? 11:00. No, it's 10:00. Okay. So, all right. Have you drank anything alcoholic tonight? >> No. >> You haven't? Smells like you have. And you're sluring your words. >> Are you for real? >> I'm 100% for real. >> All right. Have you had any narcotics or medication or anything? >> Absolutely not. >> Okay. And you haven't had any alcohol? >> No. >> Even though you just like hardcore slurred when you said absent. >> No. >> Okay. All right. So, we're a little concerned you might be under the influence. All right. You are in actual physical control of a vehicle, which in Florida is the same thing as driving. >> No, I'm not driving. >> You're not driving, but you're in physical control, which is the same thing. >> You're in the driver's seat. You have the ability to drive a vehicle. >> I'm not driving. >> No, but you're in physical control, which is the same thing. So, I have to admit, if it wasn't for body cams, I wouldn't know about that either because when you think of DUI, it means driving under the influence. The key word is driving. But here's the thing, the statutes explain that you don't have to be driving. As long as you're in control of the vehicle, then you're guilty. And that's why it's really important to know the law because ignorance of the law is not an excuse. She can say that she's not driving or that she didn't know that, then that doesn't mean anything. It won't hold water in court. Now, if she went in the passenger seat and put the keys maybe in the back, then that would have been another story. But that's not what she did. >> Okay. So, I'd like you to exit the vehicle with me. We'll do some standardized field sobriety exercises. We'll figure out if you're under the influence, you're not going to do standards. No. >> All right. We'll get out of the car. You do have to get out of the car. >> No. >> I asked you twice. Next time I'm going to make you get out of the car. >> Are you for real? >> I'm 100% for real. >> Are you for real? >> Yes. >> I'm not getting out of my car. >> Get out of your car. >> Are you for real? >> Ma'am, get out of your car. >> All right. You got to get this on. You got legs. >> Okay. Stop resisting. >> I'm not resisting. >> You are. You're not getting >> You guys are hurting me. >> YOU GUYS ARE HURTING ME. >> You're hurting me. >> Here, Dan. Toss it on me. Slow it down. Keep that hand. All right, we're good. Double lock that drive 13. >> Female 1015 signal one and RA without we start a female to your search. All right, boys. Everybody's good. >> Yes, sir. >> All right. All right. As soon as you get a double lock and we'll sit her up. >> All right. Good. >> All right, man. You're going to have to help us out. >> Yeah. So, for now, we'll just put her in the car back here. >> This was her bill. Four drinks, two espressos, two wines. >> Is this in her pocket? Really gave it to me. >> Manager gave it to me. >> By yourself? >> Yeah. >> I'm officer Flink. Palm Beach Gardens Police reminding you to be placed under arrest for DUI since chapter 3, which can be imposed by law. Refusal to submit to the test I have requested is admissible into evidence in any criminal proceeding. Do you understand what I read to you, ma'am? >> I guess so. >> What don't you understand about it? >> You understand it? >> No. >> Okay. What don't you understand about it? >> Let's go to the jail. >> Let's go to the jail. Okay. Are you willing to take a breath test? >> No, I'm not taking a breath test. >> All right. That's all I needed. Thank you. >> So, I've seen a lot of [ __ ] sentences when it comes to DUIs. This is not one of them. Two days in jail, losing your license for a year, and a $1,600 fine is nothing to sneeze at. The money alone is a really big inconvenience. Now, that's it for the video. Thank you so much for watching. Don't forget to subscribe, and I'll see you guys on the next one.
