#bodycam #policebodycam #bodycamreports His Final Words Exposed His Girlfriend’s Deadly Secret In the early hours of June 17, 2023, deputies responded to a home in Big Coppitt Key, Florida, where 30-year-old Tyler Kinnon Nulisch had been found with a gunshot wound to his back. His girlfriend, Brittany Nicole Holbrook, initially claimed she could not remember what happened. Her account later shifted as she alleged that Tyler had strangled her and that the shooting occurred in self-defense. Investigators, however, found no injuries supporting her description of the alleged attack. The most damaging evidence came from Tyler himself. Before losing consciousness, he reportedly identified Brittany as the person who shot him. Detectives also recovered a 9mm handgun and a spent shell casing from the home. During a week-long trial, prosecutors presented forensic evidence, witness testimony and Brittany’s changing statements. On February 24, 2025, the jury found her guilty of second-degree murder with a firearm in less than an hour. She was subsequently sentenced to 40 years in state prison, with the first 25 years to be served without earned gain time.
