👮 Bodycam footage shows as Police conduct a traffic stop on a car that appears to be flashing its lights erratically. During the stop, Officers notice movement inside the car that appears to be the driver and passenger switching seats. The passenger is arrested for driving without a license by issue of court order for a previous DUI (OWI), but not before he able to squeeze in one last cigar. 😂 The owner of the car is able to leave without citation, but cops do accuse her of switching seats with the driver of the car while the car was still in motion. She is given a stern warning and sent on her way. #bodycam #Florida #crimecam #driving #switchingdrivers 👀 This video provides a raw and unfiltered look at the challenges that law enforcement face in many tense, but sometimes hilarious, encounters with the public.
