She Collapsed in a Parking Garage…Police Thought She Needed Help When officers respond to a welfare call inside a downtown parking garage, they find a young woman lying on the concrete, unresponsive, her friend nearby, frantic about a missing car. What seems like a routine check for safety soon turns into a moment of confrontation and confusion. Bodycam footage captures the human side of policing, frustration, empathy, and misunderstanding colliding under flashing lights. Was she simply intoxicated and scared, or did the situation escalate beyond reason?
