On December 16th, 2024, a routine patrol turned into a drug and stolen vehicle bust when officers found Felicia and her boyfriend Vincent lounging in a stolen Toyota Camry outside the Atlantic Inn Motel. Felicia claimed the car belonged to her boyfriend, but her story quickly unraveled. She tried to flee, gave conflicting excuses, and was caught with a duffel bag full of weed, oxycodone, and MDMA. Despite acting clueless, she admitted the drugs were hers. Both were arrested and charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, controlled substances, and intent to distribute.
