Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: Around 1:43 a.m. on April 27, 2025, Officer Stephen Molenda of the Villa Park Police Department spotted a 2005 Volkswagen sedan weaving west on Roosevelt Road. Folks in nearby Elmhurst had just called in about a reckless driver. Molenda radioed dispatch. He figured this Volkswagen matched that description. The car kept swerving. He flipped on his lights for a stop. He approached the driver. Her name turned out to be Juana Cerriteno. While talking, he smelled booze. He saw signs she was impaired. He asked for her papers. She fumbled, couldn't find them. An open alcohol bottle sat right there in the car. Her two kids—a son and daughter—rode along as passengers. He suspected she was drunk. He told her to do sobriety tests. She said no. Molenda arrested her for DUI. Her driving was wild. Booze smell hung heavy. Impairment signs showed clear. Open container was inside. She refused the tests. He cuffed her. Put her in the squad car. Took her to Villa Park Police for booking. He told the kids to get out. But the car needed towing. Looked like everyone had been drinking. The daughter said they'd hit Allstate Arena that night. At the station, they read her the Warning to Motorist form. She wouldn't give good breath samples. They processed her. Then released her for court.
