On March 22, 2023, the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a woman who was screaming and swearing at hotel staff near the bar and pool area. The hotel decided to trespass her and her friends from the premises. After arresting the woman, the deputy has to inform the suspect's friends that they are also being trespassed since they are together as a party. Although her friends tried to reason with the cop and one of them tried to lawyer up, they all eventually cooperated and vacated their room. In the end, the suspect was charged with disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest without violence.
