REAL POLICE BODYCAM footage captures the tense aftermath of a DUI arrest where a young suspect becomes fixated on having his photo taken while officers inventory the vehicle. This bodycam video documents the complicated dynamics of a multi-suspect traffic stop involving a family. In this police bodycam footage from November 7, 2024, officers are processing a vehicle after stopping a truck pulling a trailer with two cars near County Road 466 and U.S. Hwy. 27/441. One officer asks a colleague, "If I give you a phone will you snap some photos for me?" The colleague helpfully responds, "Yeah, absolutely," and receives specific instructions: "Outside trunk, all... All around, all the good stuff. Compartments, anything of value for our inventory sheet." As the officer prepares to arrange for the vehicle to be towed, saying "Um, and I'm gonna start the tow," there's coordination about photographic documentation: "Boom. Slap it right... As many as you want. Go ahead." This methodical evidence collection, captured on bodycam, represents standard procedure for vehicles being impounded. After a pause, an officer provides an update: "Here's another 14 for the hard drink and the soft drink. All 3 were 10-15 to ashee handy," using police code to indicate all three suspects were in custody. Additional radio communication follows: "Just ring DC, let 'em give 'em a heads up. Got it." The scene shifts when 18-year-old Amram Guardado, who was arrested for resisting officers after allegedly becoming hostile and using slurs, begins demanding that someone take his picture: "Look, my daughter's back because she can't take a picture of me. Look, look, you taking her off... Like I just want to, I want, I want somebody to take a picture." His frustration grows as he questions the officers: "It's job, bro. Wha- wha- that's what saying like why, why, why can't nobody take a picture of me? I gotta pay you." When told this isn't possible, he persists: "No, I'm just saying like why, why can't they take, take a picture." An officer explains that documentation already exists: "They got every one of these guys, we're... You've been on video picture the whole time you've been here, my friend." Guardado responds: "Okay, well then I wanna see the pic. I wanna see the..." The officer firmly refuses: "That's not happening right now." When Guardado asks why, the officer states definitively: "Because I said so. You're not being afforded that opportunity." According to police reports, this incident involved Josephine Cordova Alfaro (37) who was arrested for DUI and child neglect, Abraham Cordova Alfaro (34) who was tasered and arrested for resisting and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and Amram Guardado (18) who required four officers to place him in a restraint device. All three were later released after posting bond. This police bodycam footage provides insight into the procedural aspects of processing multiple suspects and a vehicle following a complicated traffic stop involving intoxication, resistance, and familial relationships.
