On February 11th, 2023, officers in Georgia responded to reports of a stolen butcher’s coat. What began as a simple shoplifting case quickly spiraled out of control. When confronted inside a liquor store, the suspect gave officers a shocking excuse for exposing himself: “my balls itched.” Things escalated fast—he resisted arrest, tried to headbutt an officer, and bolted into the street. Officers deployed tasers with no effect, chased him on foot, and even had to order him out of a moving trailer before he ran again. The pursuit ended at a nearby gas station, where police finally brought him down at taser-point. At the jail, the situation worsened. A hidden stash of cocaine and meth was discovered, along with a stolen debit card.
