On December 9, 2022, police at Orlando International Airport responded to the Frontier Airlines ticket counter over a disturbance involving a passenger who was struggling to load her boarding pass on her phone. The female was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. An arrest is not a finding of guilt: that’s something for a court to decide.
