On March 8, 2025, officers at Tampa International Airport responded after a male passenger confronted a French-speaking Marriott employee on an employee shuttle bus — ordering her to stop talking, touching her shoulder without consent, and attempting to grab her employee badge. He then followed her through the terminal to her workplace.
