On May 7, 2025, deputies from the Clark County Sheriff's Office responded to a crash in Vancouver, WA, where they encountered 54-year-old Marc Fogle—visibly intoxicated and emotionally distraught. After being taken to the station for a breath test, Marc’s behavior shifted dramatically. What began as a routine DUI procedure escalated when Marc allegedly attempted to grab a deputy’s firearm. In the struggle, the deputy used a knife to stop the threat, fatally stabbing Marc inside the police station. This bodycam footage reveals the intense moments leading up to the fatal encounter and raises serious questions about police use of force, mental health response, and station safety protocols. #BodycamFootage #PoliceUseOfForce #ClarkCounty #TrueCrime #PoliceStationIncident #OfficerInvolvedIncident BE NICE: The individuals presented in these videos may be suffering from the effects of alcohol, drug abuse, a mental health disorder or simply having a bad day.
