Village of New Bremen Police Department May 16, 2022 --- At around 10:56 PM, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle. The passenger of the vehicle presented a false name and then fled on foot. The passenger was later identified as William Barrow, 32. It was later found out that he had a felony warrant for his arrest from Colorado. State troopers found William the next day near the highway. --- William was charged with - ORC 2921.13A3 - M1 - Falsification - Pled Not Guilty then changed to Guilty - ORC 2921.31A - M2 - Obstructing Official Business - Dismissed - ORC 2963.11 - F? - Fugitive of Justice William waived his right to extradition hearing and consented to going back to Colorado. I am unable to find any information if he is currently in Colorado or Ohio.
