On June 28, 2024, Millburn Police Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident, where a vehicle crashed into a utility pole. The police report indicates that the 34-year-old driver smelled like alcohol, had slurred speech, and bloodshot eyes. When asked what happened, she blamed a non-existent Porsche for the accident. She agreed to submit to standardized field sobriety tests and was arrested for DUI. She was taken to the Union police station, where she submitted to an evidential breath test. The result was 0.19% BAC. While being placed back into the police car, she urged the Millburn Officers not to post the body worn camera footage on YouTube. Once back at the Millburn Police Headquarters, she was issued citations for DUI and Careless Driving. Her case is still open and all suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
