When the officer approached the vehicle, the undeniable stench of booze immediately exposed her, despite her casual excuse of just grabbing drinks at Rocco’s Tacos. The interaction quickly spiraled as the entitled suspect completely bombed her field sobriety tests, failing to walk a straight line, count correctly, or even balance on one leg. Not even the sudden arrival of her girlfriend at the scene could save her from being thrown into the back of the patrol cruiser. After being hauled to the county jail and blowing a staggering 0.130% BAC—well over the legal limit—she was officially hit with a DUI charge under statute 316.193(1)(A) and locked up on a $500 bond pending court. What started as a reckless late-night joyride ends in handcuffs, criminal charges, and instant regret—caught entirely on camera.
