On the night of November 11, 2025, 55-year-old Michael Craig was walking along Providence Way in Sharonville, Ohio, when 37-year-old Jeremy Van Doren hit him with his car on purpose and drove off. Craig died the next morning, on his birthday. Anonymous tips and security video led police to Van Doren and to the vehicle he used. A second man, Justin Fladung, was charged for helping cover it up. In this footage, Van Doren breaks down crying for his mom. He was first charged with murder, then pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicular homicide and failure to stop after an accident. In June 2026 he was sentenced to 6 to 9 years in prison. "I made horrible mistakes," he told the court. This video is for educational and news purposes only.
