On November 4, 2024, University of Central Florida (UCF) Police Officer Temperato observed a vehicle traveling on only 3 tires. The 4th tire fell off and the vehicle was traveling on its rim. Officer Temperato initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle, which was being driven by a 24-year-old UCF student, who was apparently unaware of her car's situation. Officers claimed they could smell alcohol coming from the vehicle, so the woman was asked to step out and perform field sobriety tests. The woman then put the 2 officers through some of the most excruciating and challenging FSTs ever. At the end, she was arrested for DUI. The police report indicates she was transported to the Orange County DUI Testing Center, where she blew a 0.212% BAC. Her charges are listed at the end of the video. Her case is still open and all suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
